Good day all. With the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the United States Supreme Court, the Progressives in the CommuNazi Party have gone around the bend and dove head first into the Kool-Ade. Last week, Andrew Cuomo threatened to sue the Supreme Court if it overturned Roe v Wade.
Cuomo is not one of the brighter bulbs in the lamp and has a small problem with honesty, integrity and actually following the Constitution. Still, threatening to sue over a USSC court decision just shows what an ignorant idiot he is. Here are some of the details from The Washington Times:
Mr. Cuomo made the odd threat Wednesday, pushing for a bill in the state legislature that would establish abortion as a right under New York state law. That bill is being sold as preparation for the possibility that the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, the 1973 decision that made abortion a national constitutional right and a ruling that liberals believe to be in jeopardy from the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the high court.
A few things for the billions millions dozens, one or two people who read my rantings and ravings regarding abortion. I really don’t like it, and I don’t plan on having one. However, the blanket bans or abortion up to year 5 after birth extremes really offend me.
I came up with a tentative solution. Put all the funds from both sides into science and research and figure out a way to make abortion obsolete. Women won’t have one because they won’t need or want one. We already pour money into research to prevent or reverse problems that occur with birth defects or serious health issues for the mother. Why stop there? One reason is, it makes sense and that is something both sides are seriously lacking. Speaking of lacking any sense…
“We now need to codify Roe v. Wade, which will actually increase the protections in New York. God forbid they do what they intend to do. I want to get it done before the Supreme Court does that because I don’t want any gaps in a woman’s right to protection. We have a better legal case when the Supreme Court acts because I will sue (Italics mine. AW) when the Supreme Court acts,” Mr. Cuomo said in a statement, according to Rochester TV station WHEC.
Who is this idiot going to sue? The Supreme Court?
The statement caused much head-scratching among conservatives, for a number of reasons, not the least being … how does one sue the Supreme Court? And where?
“Did he really say that? Whom would he sue, and where would he find a court able to overrule the Supreme Court?” wondered Fox News Channel political analyst Brit Hume.
Added veteran blogger “Allahpundit” at the conservative Hot Air site: “He’ll sue? Who does he think he’s going to sue, Brett Kavanaugh? Somehow, some way, this guy is a law-school graduate.”
FYI, I stopped paying any attention to Hot Fart’s AllahPundit years ago. He’s a flaming RINO and noted Never Trumper. And sue over what? The overturn of Roe v. Wade wouldn’t ban abortion nationwide, merely leave the states free to make whatever abortion laws they wished, as had been the case before 1973. New York would have no legal cause of action against anyone, much less the Supreme Court that had just given it the right to make whatever laws it wished
“It’s too bad [Mr. Cuomo is] not the Governor of a State or something, given that after Roe the legality of abortion will become a matter of State law. The stupid is strong with this one,” wrote “Satirical Gangsta.”
Cuomo is a Progressive Liberal CommuNazi. Of COURSE he’s stupid! Saying so is just repeating the obvious.
Even pro-life legal scholars acknowledge that, at least in the short term after a reversal of Roe, a significant number of states, New York almost certainly among them, would keep the procedure legal with few regulations, and even serve as magnets for women in states that restricted or banned the procedure.
Knowing that idiot Cuomo, he’d probably do a variation of what the State of New Hampshire does. New Hampshire has a state monopoly on selling distilled liquor and you will see dozens of state liquor stores within a few miles of all major and minor roads leading in from Massachusetts. Cuomo and the Moonbats will probably do something similar. In and out abortion super centers at all border points.

Considering the fact that most of the “Republicans” in New York are classic RINO’s, they won’t even need to bring out the steamroller in the first place.
Cuomo’s scaremongering is an ironic reminder to blue-staters that not only would nothing change in their backyards if Roe were dumped, the new legal regime that replaces it in the state legislature might be more liberal than what Roe has provided them. If that’s possible,” “Allahpundit” wrote.
Knowing what an extreme moron Cuomo is, he would probably put forward a bill that every pregnant woman must be counseled to have an abortion even if they don’t want one, and that the taxpayers will pay for it. He might even put in mandatory abortions for certain classes of people because they aren’t the “Right” sort of people. (The Progressive CommuNazis have a long history supporting eugenics)
Now I made my position on Abortion clear earlier in this post. I want to figure out a way to make it obsolete, rendering all these legal shenanigans moot. The funny part of all this? As far as I know, there are no direct challenges to Roe verses Wade in the court system at all. Even if one went in, it would take years for it to reach the Supreme court, and there would be no guarantee that it would be overturned. I think Governor Cuomo might have missed that part when he decided to show his stupidity to the world…again.
