Good day all. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has earned the sobriquet as the 9th Circus. For decades they have been the most overturned appeals court in the country. Their history of legislating from the bench and completely ignoring the Constitution is well known. However, President Trump has begun the process of fixing that problem.
Last week, President Trump had another of his generally fine nominations approved by the Senate over the deranged screams of the CommuNazis. In fact, breaking with “Tradition”, President Trump completely ignored the “advice” of Kalifornistan senators Feinstein and Harris. Here are the details from Fox News:
The Senate on Tuesday confirmed President Trump’s nominee to be a judge on the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in a party-line vote — and, in a historic snub, the White House ignored the input of the judge’s two Democratic home-state senators in the process.
The aggressive and unprecedented move to bypass the traditional “blue slip” consultation process and plow ahead with the confirmation comes as the Trump administration seeks to systematically erode left-wing dominance on the key appellate court, which Trump has called “disgraceful” and politically biased.
President Trump is being to kind in his words regarding the 9th Circus. A more accurate term would be “Treasonous threat to the Constitution and the Republic.”
With a sprawling purview representing nine Western states, the appellate court has long been a thorn in the side of the Trump White House, with rulings against his travel ban policy and limits on funding to “sanctuary cities.” A lawsuit is currently pending before the 9th Circuit concerning Trump’s emergency declaration over border security — and Trump had sarcastically predicted that Democrats would purposefully file suit in the San Francisco-based appellate court to improve their odds.
The 9th Circus has historically sided with enemies of the United States and has worked tirelessly to strip the rights of individuals in favor of the progressive herd. Many of their “decisions” end up in front of the Supreme Court and either being sent back to them for review, (Usually with a legalistic version of “What the Fuck are you thinking?” message), or being flat out overturned. The CommuNazis have, for decades, used the 9th Circus as their way of forcing their views on the voters.
The new 9th Circuit judge, Seattle attorney Eric Miller, was confirmed 53-46. Miller was one of the 51 federal judicial nominees left over from the previous Congress whom the White House re-nominated last month.
Among those objecting to Miller’s nomination were Washington State’s two Democratic senators, Maria Cantwell and Patty Murray. Aides say Miller’s confirmation marks the first time the Senate has strayed from tradition and confirmed a judicial nominee over the dissent of both home-state senators.
“This is wrong. It is a dangerous road for the Senate to go down,” Murray said Tuesday on the Senate floor. “Confirming this 9th Circuit court nominee without the consent or true input of both home-state senators, and after a sham hearing, would be a dangerous first for this Senate.”

What the CommuNazis are so upset over is the fact that the judges President Trump has been appointing have been people who actually read the constitution and understand what the purpose of this great document is for. They don’t make things up that aren’t in it the way the Progressives have been doing for almost a century. As for the complaints from the Progressives? The Senate Republicans have finally woken up to the fact that there is no compromising with the CommuNazis, they must be crushed utterly.
The White House has previously signaled it will also plow ahead with other 9th Circuit nominations in other states without using the “blue slip” consultation process. The Sacramento Bee reported last year that White House officials had been negotiating with California Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris about 9th Circuit appointments, but the dialogue collapsed, and the White House proceeded to announce three nominees over their objections.
Those two Moonbats had their chance to provide input, but, thanks to the Kavanaugh hearings, demonstrated that there can be no working with them. They showed that they will lie, cheat and steal to get what they want.
Those nominees — Patrick Bumatay, Daniel Collins and Kenneth Kiyul Lee (all from the Golden State, and reportedly all members of the conservative Federalist Society) — have yet to be confirmed.
There are two reasons they haven’t been confirmed yet. The main one is flat out logistics. President Trump has a number of vacancies to fill and there are only so many the senate can review. The second is the CommuNazis trying to throw roadblocks into the process in a vain attempt to hold on to the Judicial Branch, which they have considered to be their property since the Roosevelt administration. (FDR, not Teddy) One person who is beginning to side with the Beltway Uniparty is Chief Justice Roberts.
Last November, Chief Justice John Roberts openly disputed Trump’s comments that the nation has “Obama judges” and partisan hacks on the courts. The move marked a highly unusual challenge to the White House from a sitting Supreme Court justice, and prompted some observers to accuse Roberts of naivete.
“What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them,” Roberts said in the head-turning statement.
But Trump, invoking the 9th Circuit, fired back immediately.
“Sorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have ‘Obama judges,’ and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country,” Trump tweeted.
“It would be great if the 9th Circuit was indeed an ‘independent judiciary,’ but if it is why are so many opposing view (on Border and Safety) cases filed there, and why are a vast number of those cases overturned,” Trump continued. “Please study the numbers, they are shocking. We need protection and security — these rulings are making our country unsafe! Very dangerous and unwise!”
Roberts managed to utterly disgrace himself with the Obamacare decision that basically said that you had to pay in order to be a United States Citizen, in a flagrant denial of the foundations of this nation. I’ve heard stories that there were a number of people who were ready to “Do something” and were talked out of it by their friends. (They were that angry)
The next, expected, major justice to be replaced is Ruth Bader-Ginsberg. She is notorious for her utter contempt for the Constitution and her rulings generally reflect that. When she either throws in the towel, or croaks, that fight is going to be epic. However, the Republicans not only held onto the Senate, they increased their numbers, negating RINO’s such as Alaska’s Murkowski and Susan Collins. (AKA The Rino Sisters)
Once again, President Trump is doing something unheard of in Washington. He is working as hard as he can to keep the promises he made in the 2016 campaign. This is why the CommuNazis, (and not a few Never Trumpers in the GOP(e)), are working so hard to subvert and overthrow his administration. He is, among other things. Stripping power away from the Beltway Bandits and putting it where it should be, in the hands of individuals and the states.
In the past, they could count on their friends in the courts to protect them and their power. President Trump’s nominees aren’t putting the Uniparty first, they are putting the Constitution first, and more power to them.
