Good day all. With all the news regarding the Democrats Coup plot dressed up to look like an impeachment, and the potential Virginia Boogaloo, this story slid in under the radar. A Wisconsin judge has ordered that up to 209,000 names be purged from the voter rolls.
One of the ways that the Democrats steal elections is by using the names of people who once lived in the district, but wither moved away or died. There have been instances where there were upwards of 50 people registered at an address their was either a single family home, or a vacant lot. Getting these fake voters off the rolls should be a no brainer, but this would mean the Democrats ability to steal elections would be thwarted.
To prevent this, they have been suing everywhere to stop things like requiring an ID to vote or to have the voting rolls validated to show the people on them actually existed. Now they are starting to lose these suits as people wise up. Still, you have cases where local officials won’t clean up the voter roles. Now a judge in Wisconsin has lowered the boom on one state’s election commission and ordered them to clean out the voter rolls. Here are the details from Fox News:
A Wisconsin judge on Monday found the state’s Elections Commission and three of its members in contempt of court and ordered the commission to remove up to 209,000 names from the state’s voter rolls, in a case that could have major implications later this year in a key battleground state.
Of course it will have major implications! This will cut deeply into the standard Democrat margin of fraud. Why President Trump might actually carry the state by an even wider margin this time.
Saying in his ruling that “time is of the essence,” Judge Paul Malloy said that there is no time to wait for the case to make its way to the Wisconsin Supreme Court and ordered that the state pay $50 a day until it starts removing people from the voter rolls.
Wow! That’s really hitting them in the wallet. (That was sarcasm in case you missed it)
Malloy also ordered that the three Democrats on the commission – Ann Jacobs, Julie Glancy and Mark Thomsen – pay $250 a day each. The state Justice Department asked Malloy to stay his order of contempt pending an appeal of his ruling, but the judge denied the request.
Hmm, now that will sting. Looks like the Democrats on the commission are going to have to up their intake of graft and bribes.
“I can’t be any clearer than this,” Malloy said, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “They need to follow my order.”
State Democrats in Wisconsin are fighting the lawsuit, saying the purge would unfairly affect their voters.
By this, I assume you mean the deceased, illegal aliens and people who have moved out of state or to another voting district?
Those bringing the lawsuit argue that the state elections commission, which includes an equal number of Republicans and Democrats, broke the law when it did not remove voters from the rolls who did not respond within 30 days to a mailing in October indicating they may have moved.
And the Democrats would prefer to wait until later in the year to clean up the rolls. How much later you ask?
The commission wanted to wait until after the November 2020 presidential election before it removed anyone because of inaccuracies with a previous round of data identifying voters who had potentially moved.
So, basically, they wanted to wait until they could steal the election and make sure President Trump lost the state this time.
Malloy last month sided with conservatives who filed the lawsuit and ordered that the voters have their registrations deactivated. The elections commission has deadlocked on when to do that, however. That led to the filing of a motion to find the commission in contempt and face $12,000 a day in fines if it doesn’t move to purge the voters.
Notice that Judge Malloy isn’t going after the Republicans on the commission. Why? The obvious reason is that they are working to comply with the order and clean out the dead voters. This is typical of the Democrats. They believe that they don’t have to obey little things like the law and judges if the ruling go against them. Hopefully, they will continue to ignore him and rack up thousands in fines and penalties.
In 2016, President Trump won the electoral vote, but supposedly lost the popular vote by some 4 million votes. However, people started looking into those 4 million votes and began discovering that most, if not all of them were actually fraudulent. In New Hampshire Republican senator Kelly Ayotte lost to the Democrat by about a thousand votes.
It was later determined that at least 2000 same day registrations, (people who claimed to have just moved into NH but hadn’t had time to change their drivers licenses and car registrations), couldn’t be located. It’s very likely that Senator Hassan is not the lawfully elected Senator from new Hampshire, and that Donald Trump might have actually won the state.
Repeat this around the country, especially in places like Kalifornistan and New York where fraud is rampant thanks to the Democrats rigging the system in their favor. Now judges are being asked to force various voter commissions to actually do their jobs and verify that people voting are entitled to do so. This is the last thing the Democrats want, and this is why they stonewall the orders from judges like Malloy. Now it’s going to hurt them, and it’s about time they feel pain.
