Good day all. One of the horrors of the Great Panicdemic of 2020 was the high number of deaths of the elderly living in nursing homes. The five worst states for this tragedy also happen to be the states that are controlled by the Democratic CommuNazi party, with New York leading the way.
The death toll in these states is totally out of proportion when compared to other states. Now that things are winding down, people are looking at what happened and why nursing home residents suffered at a far higher level then other demographics. Granted, The China Virus is really dangerous for those with a weakened immune system and people in their 70’s and 80’s are generally not in the best of health.
This is why many people want to know why certain governors issued orders that patients with the Wuhan Flu were sent to nursing homes that weren’t set up to deal with them. One of the worst states where this happened was New York. Here, Governor Andrew “Flaming” Cuomo” issued an edict that nursing homes had to take in these patients, “Or Else.” Now the Department OF Justice would like to know why this was done and were the patients civil rights, such as the right to not die of a disease that they shouldn’t have been at risk to contract. Here are the details from Breaking 911:
Today, (August 26th) the Justice Department requested COVID-19 data from the governors of states that issued orders which may have resulted in the deaths of thousands of elderly nursing home residents. New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan required nursing homes to admit COVID-19 patients to their vulnerable populations, often without adequate testing.
For example, on March 25, 2020, New York ordered: “No resident shall be denied re-admission or admission to [a nursing home] solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19. [Nursing homes] are prohibited from requiring a hospitalized resident who is determined medically stable to be tested for COVID-19 prior to admission or readmission.”
“Protecting the rights of some of society’s most vulnerable members, including elderly nursing home residents, is one of our country’s most important obligations,” said Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Division Eric Dreiband. “We must ensure they are adequately cared for with dignity and respect and not unnecessarily put at risk.”
That squishing sound you just heard was Governor Flaming Cuomo’s tiny little testicles suddenly shrinking to a microscopic size and climbing up into his pelvis. Flaming Cuomo has been very loud in first, denying there was any problem with his order, and second, blaming everyone else for his own murderous incompetence. He has been doing everything he can to bury any investigations into his actions. When it was a state investigation, he could get away with it. Now it’s a federal case, and Cuomo is worried.
The Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division is evaluating whether to initiate investigations under the federal “Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act” (CRIPA), which protects the civil rights of persons in state-run nursing homes, among others. The Civil Rights Division seeks to determine if the state orders requiring admission of COVID-19 patients to nursing homes is responsible for the deaths of nursing home residents.
I think the answer to that would be “HELL YES!!” Governor Flaming Cuomo managed to kill thousands of people with his orders, which were totally unnecessary. The idea behind the order was to keep beds open for critical patients. However, the flaming idiot, along with the other Progressive Liberal failures who did the same thing, never had any shortage of bed space.
In the case of New York, President Trump sent a hospital ship that ended up not being used. (I think the most patents they had on board was 100?) The hospital ship was so empty that the captain offered to reconfigure his wards to handle any Kung Flu patients, something they were very well qualified to do. Flaming Idiot Cuomo flat out refused to let China Virus patients on to the ships.
Now, the chickens are coming home to roost. The only hope for Cuomo, Murphy, Whitmer and Wolf have of keeping their asses out of jail is if Joe “Pleased Dementia” Biden somehow wins the election. Once he takes office, (For about a week), he will, or more then likely Heels Up Harris, will order all such investigations ended. However, if President Trump wins re-election, I think there is a fair chance that a number of governors and mayors may find themselves changing their wardrobe. I wonder how they look in Orange?
