Good day all. For his entire political career, first as Governor of Massachusetts and now as the Senator from Utah, Mittens Romney has shown what he truly is, A lying opportunistic RINO looking out for himself.
Romney managed to sleaze his way into the office of Senator by basically lying to the voters of the state of Utah. He also voted to convict President Trump during that farce of an impeachment, basically ending his career in politics in the Republican Party. My guess is, he’s going to be a one term senator. Hmm, perhaps he should be called “One Term Romney, since he’s never served two terms in anything.
Recently, this two-faced lying sack of manure announced that he had voted. Fine and dandy, if wrong. (People should vote on election day, at the polls unless they know they won’t be able to get there) Then this TransRepublican announced that he had not voted for President Trump. Here are the details from Fox News:
Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, has already cast his ballot in the 2020 presidential election and did not vote for President Trump, his office confirmed to Fox News on Wednesday.
It’s unclear whether the senator voted for former Vice President Joe Biden, but his decision underscored tension within the GOP before the Nov. 3 election.
Oh I think it’s safe to say this slimeball voted for the senile pedophile. I’ve heard rumors that he’s hip deep in the financial shenanigans Dementia Joe and his soon, Hoovernose have been involved in.
While Republican politicians have overwhelmingly supported the president, the party saw breaks in its ranks in recent months. For example, former Ohio Gov. John Kasich offered his support for Biden in August when he spoke at the Democratic National Convention.
Kasich is about as Republican as Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He’s also a lying two-faced weasel who screwed over the people of Ohio on a regular basis.
Earlier this month, Romney issued a statement in which he criticized Trump’s behavior as part of a broader, more toxic culture in U.S. politics.
Romney’s basic idea of being a Republican is to basically give the Democrats whatever they want as long as he also gets his part of the pie. As for the American people in general, and his own constituents? They mean absolutely nothing to him.
“I’m troubled by our politics, as it has moved away from spirited debate to a vile, vituperative, hate-filled morass that is unbecoming of any free nation — let alone the birthplace of modern democracy. The president calls the Democratic vice presidential candidate a ‘monster;’ He repeatedly labels the Speaker of the House ‘crazy;’ he calls for the Justice Department to put the prior president in jail,” he said, before criticizing Democrats’ “blistering attacks of their own.”
And I will call Mittens Romney a flat out traitor to the United States of America. He is one of those country club Uniparty RINO’s that happily shafted the American workers and middle class by shipping their jobs to China. No one who knows him trusts him.
Romney famously faced intense backlash from his own party when he split from other Senate Republicans in calling for additional witnesses and evidence in Trump’s impeachment trial. He was also lambasted for voting in favor of one of the articles of impeachment brought against Trump in the Senate trial.
Romney has managed to make himself persona non grata in the Republican party. He’s been told not to bother showing up to Republican party events.
“The ‘extreme conservative’ and Junior Senator from the great state of Utah, @SenatorRomney is formally NOT invited to #CPAC2020,” tweeted Matt Schlapp, who leads the organization behind CPAC.
Mittens is on several senatorial oversight committees, including a chairmanship of one subcommittee. Frankly, it’s long past time for McConnell to just strip him of all these positions. As for the people of Utah? We did try to warn you just what a lying two-faced sleazeball Romney is. Frankly, I am, like many in the Republican Party, (Although I am registered as unenrolled or independent), ashamed that I supported him in his run against Obama.
Of course, it was that run that finally put paid to any interest I had in him. He showed his true colors. He crushed Obama in the first debate, then promptly rolled over, dropped his pants and let the Great mistake sodomize him. Basically, he threw the election. I expect he will announce that he won’t be seeking reelection in 2024. Why? Like his governorship in Massachusetts, he will walk away rather then be crushed at the polls. (He’s always been a political quitter and gutless wonder)
