Good day all. The fall out from the news that Representative Eric “Nuke Gun owners” Salwell, (D-Beijing), was playing footsy with a Chinese spy continues to blast around the internet.
There have been a few calls for Salwell to resign, however, San Fran Nan Pelosi has “No concerns” regarding Chinese spying and influence in Congress. This doesn’t surprise me since the Democratic CommuNazi party is in bed, (And in Salwell’s case, this may be literally), with the Chinese Communist Party. After all, it was recently discovered that Dianne Feinstein’s driver of 20 years was a Chinese spy. Now there are calls to remove Salwell from the Intelligence Committee since he’s been compromised and is considered a security risk. San Fran Nan has no issue and will not do this. Here are the details from the Washington Examiner:
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on Thursday that she is backing Rep. Eric Swalwell, a California Democrat tied to a Chinese national who was targeting important politicians and is suspected of spying for her country.
“I don’t have any concerns about Mr. Swalwell,” Pelosi told reporters.
Of course she doesn’t. She needs him to initiate a nuclear first strike on American gun owners.
Republican leaders this week questioned Swalwell’s membership on the exclusive House Intelligence Committee, which has access to top-secret national security information.
Pelosi dismissed GOP calls to remove Swalwell from the panel.
Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, a California Republican, has been the most vocal critic of Swalwell and has even suggested he should resign his seat in Congress.
“Did Nancy Pelosi know this had transpired when she put him on the committee?” McCarthy said on Fox News this week.
Of course she doesn’t. I doubt she has any idea what day of the week it is.
But Pelosi dismissed McCarthy’s concern.
“He’s trying to deflect from the fact that he has QAnon in his delegation over there,” Pelosi said.
Frankly, I don’t know anything about this group “Qanon.” I’ve only recently heard of them and to my knowledge, have actually read anything by them. I suspect it’s just another Progressive tool to dismiss any criticism of the Progressives in Congress as a tin foil hat conspiracy. Of course, the Federal Bureau of Incompetence Investigation was concerned enough that they opened an investigation.
Pelosi made the case Thursday that the Chinese spy information was revealed at the same time to leadership in both parties.
“And at the time, it was the end of it,” Pelosi said.
Was it the end of it? As I recall from other things I’ve read, the spy managed to put one of her people into Salwall’s office as an intern. Considering just how lax these politicians are, who knows how much the spy may have picked up? No, I think Pelosi, or at least some of her handlers, are cringing at this story. For the last four years, Salwell has been accusing President Trump of being under Russian control. Not it appears that it was Salwell who was under the control of a foreign government. Yeah, I think he needs to resign from office.
