Good day all. It looks like the sharks are smelling blood in the water and have begun to circle Govno Flaming Cuomo. First, the Department of Justice has begun looking into Cuomo’s mishandling of the China Flu and the apparent eldercide his policies caused.
Other reports are saying that Cuomo and his merry band of miscreants actions could rise to the level of criminal offenses. To begin with, the news came out last week that the DoJ was starting to investigate what the heck happened, Here are the details from Fox News:
The FBI and US attorney’s office in Brooklyn have begun an investigation into how New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s administration handled the state’s nursing home crisis during the coronavirus pandemic, according to a report Wednesday.
The investigation is not yet far along and is focused on top members of Cuomo’s coronavirus task force, the Albany Times-Union reported, citing a source with direct knowledge of the matter. Neither Cuomo nor any administration official has at this point been accused of any wrongdoing.
Flaming Cuomo hasn’t been accused of wrongdoing by anyone who has the power to throw him into a nice prison…yet.
Members of Cuomo’s task force include New York State Health Commissioner Howard Zucker and Secretary to the Governor Melissa DeRosa. The latter drew scrutiny this month after she seemingly admitted the governor’s team withheld information related to COVID-19-related deaths at nursing homes.
And now we have an interesting conundrum. It looks like DeRosa’s the one in real jeopardy at the moment, with her admission that she hid the numbers of people who died due to Flaming Cuomo’s orders. The question is, will she “Take one for the team” or roll over on her boss and testify against him to try and stay out of prison? You know, if this mess happened under Governor Felonia von Pantsuit, I would be very worried for the continued good health of Melissa DeRosa.
This brings us to the second story from Fox News, does Cuomo’s actions raise to the level of criminal activity? It certainly has trashed Cuomo’s standing in New York.
Legal experts are warning that New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s alleged undercounting of nursing-home deaths amid the COVID-19 pandemic may rise to the level of a criminal offense.
Cuomo has found himself at the center of a federal investigation into whether his administration sought to hide the true toll of the pandemic. The New York Post reported earlier this month that Melissa DeRosa, Cuomo’s top aide, told lawmakers the administration had withheld the numbers for fear of them being “used against us.”
And that was when the tide started to turn on Flaming Cuomo. Prior to this, that fatheaded bully could do no wrong. He was being protected by most of the media and it was assumed that with the installation of the Fake President, the whole scandal would be quickly sent down the memory hole.

In an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal, John B. Daukas, who served as acting U.S. attorney general for the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, wrote that DeRosa’s reported admissions weren’t “merely negligent, but intentional and perhaps criminal.”
“Even if it cannot be proved that the Cuomo administration knowingly provided false information to Justice and the (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services), New York’s willful failure to provide information may itself constitute a criminal offense—particularly if the intent was to thwart a federal investigation—which, after all, is exactly what Ms. DeRosa reportedly said the administration did,” Daukas wrote.
As I said before, DeRosa can count her blessings that she doesn’t work for Governor Felonia von Pantsuit. She would already have had either a fatal accident or have committed suicide by shooting herself in the back of the head 3 times. Flaming Cuomo, even though he worked for the Clinton Crime Family back in the 90’s, doesn’t have those contacts.
And on Saturday, Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett said DeRosa’s admission to lawmakers – if true – constitutes a potential obstruction of justice charge. Per the federal statute, Jarrett noted, if a government official falsifies or hides evidence to avoid triggering an investigation (or acts out of fear that such a probe may occur) that official is still culpable under the law of obstruction.”
And why would Flaming Cuomo try and bury his mass murder of thousands of elderly people? To protect his reputation as someone who is competent.
The nursing home scandal has dealt a harsh blow to the governor’s high favorability. Early on in the pandemic, the governor went on television for daily briefings that were paternal, almost philosophical, and also sharply critical of the Trump administration. They became must-see TV across the country, aided in part by his CNN news host brother.
I question those “High favorability ratings.” Flaming Cuomo has all but destroyed the New York economy. Businesses are either closing or leaving the state, and Cuomo’s demands for money from the taxpayers and producers is even forcing the New York Stock Exchange to consider pulling out of New York.
Andrew Flaming Cuomo has been a complete disaster as governor. He is incompetent and quick to blame others for his screw ups. I have little doubt that Melissa DeRosa will be the next person he throws under the bus. This is why I wonder if she isn’t already talking to a lawyer about cutting some kind of deal. Cuomo has been in repeated photo finishes with prosecutors since he took office. Perhaps this is the one that will finally put him where he belongs, inside a cell in a supermax prison.
