Good day all. President Bumbles Dementia once lied and said that he would never mandate people take the China Virus vaccines. Now he has ordered any company with 100+ employees to force their staff to get “the shot” or else. This has led to a significant backlash.
Now the State of Texas under Governor Greg Abbott has responded to these mandates by issuing his own Executive Order banning anyone from forcing other to “Get the jab.” Here are the details from Fox News:
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott issued an executive order banning “any entity” in the state from enforcing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
“The COVID-19 vaccine is safe, effective, and our best defense against the virus, but should remain voluntary and never forced,” Abbott said in a press release Monday (October 11th).
I will argue about the safe and effective comment, but the jist of the remark I agree with. It should be YOUR choice, not someone else telling you to do this on pain of losing your job.
Abbott’s executive order prohibits “any entity” in the state from compelling an individual to receive a COVID-19 vaccine “who objects to such vaccination for any reason of personal conscience.” The order applies to both employees and consumers who refuse to receive the vaccine due to “religious belief, or for medical reasons, including prior recovery from COVID-19.”
FINALLY!! Someone who is recognizing that if you have caught and recovered from Fauci’s Genetically Engineered Biological Weapon the Wuhan Flu you’re carrying a bucket full antibodies that will protect you from reinfection.
The order will also “supersede any conflicting order” that has already been made by local jurisdictions, authorizing the “maximum fine” allowed under Texas law for any entity that fails to comply with the order.
That was a shot across the bow of Austin. They have been abusing their authority since day one. Of course, they are where all the Kalifornistan Moonbats flock to once they flee the Socialist Workers paradise of San Francisco.
Abbott also issued a message to the state’s Senate and House of Representatives formally requesting the legislature to consider drafting legislation codifying a similar order into law.
Well, that is something that President Bumbles Dementia would never do. The meat puppet’s string pullers only go to the Congress when they have no other choice. Governor Abbott, along with Florida’s Governor DeSantis, will issue the order as a stopgap and then ask the legislature to make a formal law he can sign.
The governor’s move may have come in response to President Biden’s September executive order that will require employers with more than 100 workers to require the vaccine or submit to weekly testing for the virus.
“In yet another instance of federal government overreach, the Biden Administration is now bullying many private entities into imposing COVID-19 vaccine mandates, causing workforce disruptions that threaten Texas’s continued recovery from the COVID-19 disaster,” Abbott said of that order at the time.
Yes, that’s working out real well for the Communazis on both the state and federal level. Last weekend, (October 9th), Southwest airlines had to cancel a huge number of flights, (More than 1000 I believe), because flight crews and ground crews called in sick. They are one of the company’s that have been threatening their workforce with mass firing if they don’t comply. The CEO blamed the weather and Air Traffic Control problems for all the cancellations.
While one ATC center did shut down due to an epidemic of “Blue Flu” and that did cause major disruptions, others remained fully operational. I have little doubt that the CEO and the Board of Directors are trying to figure out how to fill in the hole they’ve dug for themselves.
Right now, Dementia Joe’s Executive Order has not gone into effect as yet. His staff is giving him scripts to read, (Hoping he sticks to them), and Reach Around Psaki is in full lying mode, trying to blame everything on the Republicans, The Greatest president of the 21st Century, Donald Trump and anyone who supports him. It isn’t working.
Now the governors are fighting back, and when the inevitable court challenges are initiated by Heinrich Himmler Garland and the Department of (In)Justice, that’s when things will get interesting. We have just about reached the point where one or more states, tired of their rights under the 10th Amendment being ignored, tell some federal judge that no, they will not follow the federal orders, period, end, full stop. Then the real fun begins.
