Racist company tells hiring managers they need permission to hire White people

Good day all. One of the aspects of progressiveness and “Woke” companies is just how blatantly racist both the philosophy and politics they are. It’s also interesting that the biggest racists around are white liberal Democrats. (Aka Communazis)

Up until recently, things were going pretty well for everyone. Most people didn’t care about someone’s skin color, just what kind of a person they were. Things changed for the worse when Obama was elected. He is probably the most racist president we’ve had in decades, from either party. Progressives, Liberals, Democrats and Communazis, (But I’m repeating myself) can’t see past a person’s skin color. They believe that anyone who isn’t Caucasian simply can’t succeed unless they are “assisted” by the progressive controlled state rung by progressive white people.

Since the progressives took control of the government in a tainted and questionable election in 2020, they have goon all in on this. They have flat out stated that if you are a Caucasian, you are a racist, period, end, full stop. As such, unless you are one of the woke progressive class of Caucasians, you must be punished. Now a major company has issued a new hiring policy. If you are a hiring manager, you must have permission before hiring someone who is white. Here are the details from Fox Business News:

Leaders at one of the largest investment firms in the world, State Street Global Advisors, will need to ask permission to hire White men as it rolls out a diversity hiring initiative. 

“This is now front and central for State Street — it’s on every senior executive’s scorecard,” said Jess McNicholas, the bank’s head of inclusion, diversity and corporate citizenship in London, according to the Sunday Times

So now racism is formally corporate policy for this company? I wonder, does this policy also affect white women or is it just aimed at men? If the latter, I guess we can include sexism as well.

“All of our leaders have to demonstrate at their annual appraisals what they have done to improve female representation and the number of colleagues from ethnic-minority backgrounds.”

Well that answers my question. It’s aimed at white males. Now I wonder about gay white men. Are they also going to be told that they don’t need to apply either? As I understand it, this corporation is global in nature, however they are based out of Boston, Massachusetts. As such, they are covered by American laws regarding discrimination. As to their reasons for this policy, (Besides abject stupidity)?

The company aims to triple the number of Black, Asian and other minority staff in senior positions by 2023, the Sunday Times reported. If executives don’t meet the target, they will face lowered bonuses.

I have a few questions. When referring to “Asians” are they using the American definition or the British definition? There is a significant difference. In America, Asia is considered to start around the Philippines and Japan, and end at the western borders of Burma and China. The British consider India and the Middle East to be part of Asia.

My next question is on qualifications. On average Asians, (Under the American definition since I am an American), tend to do a little better than Caucasians in school. There are any number of reasons for this that, frankly, don’t matter. Because of this, Asians tend to be discriminated against by the Ivy league schools. They treat them as Caucasians. (And there have been lawsuits about this too)

Finally, are these “Minority” candidates just as, or better qualified than the Caucasian applicants, or are they getting the jobs due to their skin color? In other words, they aren’t expected to perform as well as the people that were discriminated against.

The firm will still hire White men, McNicholas said, but recruiters are required to show that women and minority applicants were interviewed by the panels.

Uh huh, sure. Nice story bro. Basically, White Males need not apply.

The company is pledging to “hold ourselves accountable for strengthening black and Latinx owned businesses.”

And they just insulted all central and south American men and women. I understand they hate the term “Latinx” with a passion. But then, what would you expect from a Woke company? I have to wonder if the geniuses who came up with this policy actually ran it bast the corporate lawyers? I can’t speak to other countries, but in the United States, this policy is so illegal, it isn’t funny.

It won’t be just civil suits that they will be hit with, there is also the potential of criminal charges as well. There will also be the potential loss of business as customers decide they can’t trust the company to hire the best people, regardless of their skin color and move their accounts elsewhere. There is also the possibility that a client who losses a ton of money could sue, citing the company policy of not hiring the best people, but hiring solely on the color of their skin. Basically, whoever dreamed up this idea has put the company into a world of hurt, which is a shame, considering they once did something that I found utterly cool.

State Street previously made headlines in 2017 when it commissioned the statue of a girl staring down Wall Street’s “Charging Bull” sculpture for International Women’s Day.

Honestly, I forgot about why they put it there. (Some stupid politically correct move of course) However, I do remember that most people loved the idea, and it crossed political lines. Of course, the leftists went all PC and Woke about it, saying that it showed how strong women are, yada yada. Everyone else just thought it was a great image. Of course, the sculptor had to be a wet blanket.

The sculpture, known as the “Fearless Girl Statue,” was later moved to the New York Stock Exchange building after complaints from the sculptor of the Charging Bull.

In any case, the girl staring down the bull was basically a positive for the company with many people, including myself, thinking it was funny as hell. (The left, of course, had to go all political, which isn’t surprising. They, as a group, are a humorless bunch) This stupid and blatantly racist idea, which had to come out of their HR department, is going to blow up in their faces. If this came out of the CEO’s office, he, or she, needs to be shown the door as a legal threat to the company ASAP. If you do business with them, and they go forward with this policy, you should stop doing business with them ASAP.
