Good day all. The long nightmare of young Kyle Rittenhouse has finally come to an end. The political prosecution, if not persecution, has ended with a verdict of not guilty on all counts.
As expected, the lunatics, moonbats, progressives and liberals, (But I’m repeating myself), have taken umbrage that the jury did something they couldn’t be bothered to do. They reviewed all the evidence and determined what most people had already figured out from the pictures. Kyle Rittenhouse was trying to get away from a violent mob and was attacked with intent to cause harm or death. At that point, he fired.
The “Main Stream Media,” on the other hand, pretty much lied about the entire incident and for the most part, continues to do so. MSNBC was so flagrant about their intent to force a guilty verdict that they had one of their people tailing the bus with the jury in it from the courthouse. This enraged the judge who flat out banned anyone connected with MSNBC from entering the building for the duration of the trial.
Now we have the fat, corrupt pig of a “Representative” demanding that the Department of Justice arrest Mr. Rittenhouse. Here are some of the details from Legal Insurrection:
The left’s reaction to Kyle Rittenhouse being acquitted of all charges was predictable and not particularly creative. According to them, he deserves to die, rot in hell, yadda, yadda, yadda.
But one Democrat is taking things further by calling on the Biden DOJ to consider federal charges against Rittenhouse. Rep. Jerry Nadler, who is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, tweeted his call for a federal review just hours after the jury’s verdict was announced.
This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ. Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest.
NoNads Nadler is, sadly, chairman of the House Judiciary committee, and has no problem abusing his position He was one of the Communazis who tried to impeach President Trump. He also has no problem at all protecting corrupt Progressive office holders and bureaucrats who hold the Constitution in contempt. That he would demand that the Department of InJustice go after Kyle Rittenhouse because he didn’t like the verdict should concern everyone.
As to his demand that the DoIJ review the case, the question is, on what grounds? Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted on all counts. Of course, NoNads has brought up the thoroughly debunked, in a courtroom, accusation that Mr. Rittenhouse brought the rifle he used across state lines while a minor. Perhaps the fat slob should read the transcripts or contact the judge in the case who DISMISSED THE GUN CHARGE before it went to a jury. Why? Because it was garbage and the D.A.’s office knew it when they tried railroading Kyle into prison.
As for the rest of the Moonbats of the barking variety, they are going out and protesting the fact that the jury has decided that shooting criminals is ok. Here are some of those details from Fox News:
Protests erupted in major cities across the U.S. on Friday evening into early Saturday morning after a Kenosha, Wisconsin, court acquitted Kyle Rittenhouse of all charges against him.
Rioters smashed the window of a city print shop, the near window of a police vehicle and vandalized the Bureau’s precinct downtown. Police made one arrest and issued five citations and 17 warnings before “the destructive crowd…dissipated” by Saturday morning, the Portland Police Bureau’s said in a Saturday morning tweet.
Those vermin out in Portland have all but sacked the city. The city government has refused to reign in the Antifa and BLM thugs. There have been repeated assaults against anyone who doesn’t toe the Communazi line out there including at least one murder. Police have been ordered to basically not do anything. Eventually, there is going to be a major incident where a group of people come in and Rittenhouse the thugs. If/when that happens, good luck prosecuting the militia. My guess is any attempt after that would end up in a full blown battle between local and state, possible federal law enforcement and hundreds if not thousands of Deplorables. Picture the Bundy ranch incident if shooting had occurred back then.
Thieves in Chicago reportedly targeted a Neiman Marcus store on Chicago‘s Magnificent Mile and a GameStop on the South Side on Friday night as protesters took the streets, according to police. At Neiman Marcus, a group of 15 men reportedly rushed into the department store and left in three vehicles with their stolen merchandise, though police would not say whether thefts were related to protests, FOX 32 Chicago first reported.
“Multiple offenders pulled up in 2-3 vehicle[s], they exited the vehicle and entered a retail store taking large amounts of merchandise,” the Chicago Police Department said in a statement of the Nieman Marcus theft. “The offenders then fled in a vehicle. No offenders in custody Area three detectives are investigating.”
An “unknown” amount of merchandise was stolen from the GameStop store, and police do not have any offenders in their custody as of Saturday morning, according to the department.
This doesn’t sound like it was a protest, just your typical “Smash and Grab” by criminals who know that they have nothing to worry in the Windy City from either police or armed citizens. Of course, we also have the failed mayor of the failed city, Lori Lightfingers Lightfoot. She had the sense to tell people to respect the verdict, (Which, no doubt, thinks is wrong), and then went out to badmouth Kyle Rittenhouse.
“I am aware of the jury’s verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse case, and under our constitutional system, we must respect the jury’s decision. However, no one should ever take the law into their own hands, or attempt to make themselves the judge, jury, and executioner. What Kyle Rittenhouse did was reckless, dangerous, and showed an utter disregard for human life.
No you incompetent idiot, what Kyle Rittenhouse did was defend himself from a pack of murderous vermin bent on flat out killing him after he became separated from his friends and other people. Mr. Rittenhouse was putting out fires that were started by people you support. When the vermin went after him, he didn’t just turn and do a magazine dump. He tried to get away, and only when they caught him and started beating him, trying to take his rifle away and pointing a gun at him, did he open fire. His trigger control was quite good for that situation too.
Next we have the fat greedy, power mad govno of Illinois, JB Pritzker. He too claimed that Kyle Rittenhouse brought his rifle across state lines, which was determined during the trial to have not occurred. This fat slob had this to say.
“Carrying a loaded gun into a community 20 miles from your home and shooting unarmed citizens is fundamentally wrong. It’s a tragedy that the court could not acknowledge that basic fact. 26-year-old Anthony Huber and 36-year-old Joseph Rosenbaum, a father, had their whole lives ahead of them. They deserved to be a live today. They deserve justice. My thoughts and prayers go out to all who loved them. We must do better than this.”
Well, it’s nice to see that Govno Pritzker will not let the facts confuse him. All three of these scum had long criminal “rap” sheets. Rosenbaum was a child molester who should have been locked up in prison. In fact, he had jumped bail and was being charged with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity with children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old. He was convicted of two amended counts as part of a plea deal. See those documents here.
The other fully rehabilitated criminal, (Since he’s dead, he will never break the law again), Anthony Huber was another prize winner in the Darwin awards. His rap sheet is rather extensive and showed that he was a violent thug. You can read all about it at Wisconsin Right Now:
Frankly, most of the “Protests” were very small, a few hundred loudmouth moonbats who didn’t actually cause trouble. (In other words they didn’t set fire to the cities) The Hollywierd Progressives, of course, have gone completely off the rails.
They, for the most part, can’t understand why young Mr. Rittenhouse isn’t going to prison. After all, all the news reports from their favorite news sites, (CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, The new York Times, The Washington post, etc), said that Kyle Rittenhouse shot 20 black children with a machinegun while wearing a white sheet with a pointed hat, and singing Dixie.
Twitler exploded with their mindless drooling. I spend almost no time on Twitler, other than pushing up new blog posts, so I didn’t see any of their mental vomiting. The Hollywierd news site, Variety was good enough to wade through the mindless verbal diarrhea and post some of the garbage from the Stupid class. Of course, all of these idiots live in gated communities with armed guards who will shoot anyone that tries to come in, but, hey, that isn’t hypocritical. They are special people who, because they play smart people in movies and TV, are experts at everything.
What I think is happening is that the Progressive Liberal Moonbats are coming to the conclusion that the game coming to an end. They might have the backing of the progressive Communazi elites currently mismanaging the blue cities, states and Washington D.C., but the average people have just about had it. The jurors have said that if you try to kill someone and they shoot you, well, it sucks to be you.
I have little doubt that there will be more incidents, and the Soros Prosecutors might decide that survival is the better part of valor and not prosecute if the evidence shows a classic case of self defense. Hopefully, Kyle Rittenhouse can get on with his life. He is forever changed now, both with having to kill some criminals, and with the flat out abuse of the system by the corrupt District Attorney. Hopefully, he will sue all these loudmouths, including Dementia Joe Biden for libel and slander. That will be up to him, his family and the lawyers. They do have the precedent created by Nick Sandmann.
