Good day all. News broke October 6th that the Feds may have enough evidence to indict Dementia Joe Biden’s fair haired bagman boy, Hunter “Hoovernose” Biden.
The investigation into Hoovernose’s dealings have been ongoing since 2018. Apparently, the investigation team is headed up by a Trump appointee who was not replaced by the maladministration. Now there are leaks indicating that they might be ready to lock up Hoovernose. Here are the details from Fox News:
Federal investigators are weighing whether to charge Hunter Biden with various tax and foreign lobbying violations, false statements and more, with a former official telling Fox News that an outcome to the case could be “imminent.”
You will have to excuse my skepticism. This IS the Bumbles Dementia Biden maladministration, and I don’t see them allowing Hoovernose to be indicted. One reason is, he might just flip on the “Big Guy,” Joe Biden.
Fox News first reported in July that the federal investigation into President Biden’s son had reached a “critical stage.” Hunter Biden has been under federal investigation since 2018. The investigation is being conducted by Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, a prosecutor appointed by former President Donald Trump.
Fox News reported in July that the federal grand jury looking into Hunter Biden’s business dealings wrapped up its latest term in June and expired. A source, at the time, said no charges had been filed. A former senior Justice Department official told Fox News on Thursday, though, that the government does not need to have an active grand jury in order to file charges as part of a plea agreement.
A plea deal? What could Hoovernose possibly do to reach a deal? The crimes he’s being accused of are all felonies and would require some jail time. The only way I can see him keeping his junkie ass out of prison would be to provide something to the prosecutors that was far more valuable.
That official also told Fox News that renewed focus on the investigation, especially by the media, suggests a disposition, or resolution, may be “imminent” in advance of a possible Republican takeover of the House of Representatives.
Hmm, that sounds more like the “Fix is in” then actual justice. The GOP has been asking some very pointed questions on why Hoovernose hasn’t already been arrested considering all the information found on his laptop. (The one the FBI tried to bury before the 2020 election)
Attorney General Merrick Garland and Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco have been briefed on the investigation.
I can see the look on Merrick Garland’s face now. He’s probably very angry that valuable resources are being used to investigate the Biden Crime family that could be better used to go after parents and people who support President Trump. That is his priority after all, not pushing an investigation that may lead to the resignation or impeachment of the worst president in American History.
The Fox story goes into details of what the investigators are looking at. What isn’t mentioned are the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop. That apparently contains a lot of very interesting, and incriminating information. Thanks to the foresight of the shop owner where Hoovernose abandoned the laptop, the information is now out in public. I have not viewed the data, and am only going by what has been made publicly available. What’s out in the public domain is damning enough to remove Joe Biden from office. (In my not so honest opinion of course)
The reactions from across the political spectrum have been loud, amusing as well and furious. Many of the conservatives have been mocking the report of the potential indictment as the equivalent of a parking ticket. Here are a few of those details and responses from another story on Fox News:
Conservatives and liberals alike voiced their opinions about the news Thursday that President Biden’s son Hunter could be charged with federal crimes.
With the potentially major news hitting the media just weeks before the 2022 midterm elections, Twitter users on both sides of the aisle had strong reactions to reports of possible charges against Hunter Biden.
Conservatives mocked the report, broke by the Washington Post, following years of media silence and the original story about Hunter Biden’s laptop being buried as “Russian disinformation” ahead of the 2020 election.
Washington Examiner executive editor Seth Mandel wrote, “looking forward to the ‘obviously a Russian disinfo op’ letter signed by all the decorated intel officials.”
This is in reference to a letter sent out by about 50 former members of the Intelligence Community, all of whom hate the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, stating flat out that the Hunter Biden laptop was planted by the Russians. None of these worthies had access to the laptop, and most have had their security clearances revoked since they are no longer needed. It’s now known that the data on the laptop is genuine and wasn’t manufactured by the Russians or anyone else. (Other than Hoovernose himself)
“Obviously, the Russians are involved in setting up Hunter Biden! Also the Saudis! And even Q-Anon!” Radio host Jason Rantz joked.
Actor Daniel Bostic tweeted, “Charging Hunter Biden for tax and firearm crimes is like charging Harvey Weinstein for mortgage fraud.”
That comment hits the proverbial nail on the head. The data on the laptop appears to indicate that as Vice President, Joe Biden sold his office for personal gain, and that he was taking “His cut” from China and some Ukrainian energy companies. Harvey Weinstein is currently rotting in prison for forcing himself sexually on actresses in the classic “Casting Couch” scenario. I think he may have also lied on a mortgage application, but can’t be bothered to look it up.
James Bradley, who is running as a Republican in California for U.S. Senate, similarly joked, “Charging Hunter Biden for tax crimes and a false gun statement is like charging Alec Baldwin with a misdemeanor for murdering Halyna Hutchins.”
The way things are going, Baldwin might not even have to face a jury after brutally murdering Ms. Hutchins with his complete lack of concern over the safe use of a firearm on a movie set.
Liberal Twitter users, however, were upset this leak came out only weeks before the midterm elections and demanded equal action from the Department of Justice in the ongoing investigations into former President Trump.
The Nation correspondent Elie Mystal wrote, “Also, since apparently it’s okay for @TheJusticeDept to leak now, COULD WE GET SOME INFORMATION ABOUT WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE DONALD TRUMP AND HIS PEOPLE FOR THE ATTEMPTED COUP??? Asking for people really concerned about ‘both sides.’”
As usual, the Leftists are projecting again. They love to say that the January 6th protest was an attempted coup. It wasn’t. However, the “Russian Dossier” (paid for by Felonia von Pantsuit), along with the FBI actually working to overthrow the sitting president, along with the remarks of General Milley could be considered an actual coup attempt.
Radio host Dean Obeidallah tweeted, “If Hunter Biden is indicted that means 100% DOJ will be indicting Donald Trump. It’s how DOJ gets to appear fair.”
On what charges? That is one thing the Progressives never seem to be able to answer. They also don’t seem to be comprehending what would happen if the maladministration did try to indict President Trump and “Trumped up” (No pun intended), charges. That would tell everyone that the Republic is dead and the gloves would come off.
“Washington Post reporting federal agents have enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden with tax and gun crimes. Fine, if they’re going to charge the son of a sitting president, they sure as hell better charge a former president,” NBCUniversal executive editor Mike Sington wrote.
Again I ask, for what? Being a Pro-American president who said what he meant and did his best to keep his promises? If you think you’ll get him on the classified documents nonsense, good luck. Presidents can declassify anything and yes, that does include nuclear secrets. (They won’t of course)
Now one person you can charge under those statutes would be Felonia von Pantsuit, aka Hillary Clinton. She definitely mishandled classified information.
Author Don Winslow tweeted, “Turns out Twitter was right. Merrick Garland’s DOJ was working on something. They were working on Hunter Biden. AND leaking to The Washington Post 30+ days before the mid-terms in complete violation of the so-called DOJ policy.
I do have to agree that leaking this was really stupid. It would have been far better to send 30 heavily armed agents out in a raid and drag Hoovernose off in shackles a few days before the election. Now the so called “Elephant in the Room” is whether or not Dementia Joe Biden will let Hoovernose go to prison.
Hoovernose won’t do well in the House of Many Doors, and I doubt he wants to make friends with anyone in the showers. It might happen that Hoovernose decides that flipping on “Daddy” makes sense. If that happens, even the Democrats, who are notorious for protecting their own, will have no choice but to remove the Senile One from office. (God help us, that would mean Kamala Heels Up Harris as president)
It’s possible that Bumbles Biden might just decide to pardon Hoovernose, but that opens up other issues. Hoovernose would be dragged in front of all sorts of congressional committees to answer some very pointed questions on just how involved the “Big Guy” was in Hunter Biden’s financial shenanigans. If he lies under oath, he could be charged.
If he is forced to tell the truth, and with his pardon, he can’t be indicted, he could end up providing everything needed to remove the Big Guy from office and, potentially, get him thrown in jail. (That won’t happen of course. His lawyers could argue diminished capacity)
There is one last possibility. The U.S. Attorney investigating this decides not to indict Hoovernose. Even though there is sufficient evidence on the gun charge, which would get anyone else locked up, this guy might decide he doesn’t want to end up committing a version of arkancide.
So, what do you think might happen? Hunter Biden indicted? Joe Biden pardons him? Hunter throws daddy under the bus? There are so many possibilities, all of them so entertaining.
