Good day all. Yet another race has finally been determined, and it was a close nail biter if there ever was one. This was for Colorado’s 3rd District, and was the race between Progressive Liberal Democrat Adam “I’ll kiss Pelosi’s shoes” Frisch and the incumbent, Lauren Boebert. (MAGA-CO)
Rep. Boebert’s was redistricted and had a new area she had to run in. The map was redrawn to basically get her out of Congress. Representative Boebert is no quitter and ran hard for her seat. The race was finally called in her favor by about 500 votes. This triggers an automatic recount, (Which anyone would expect), however her opponent, Adam Frisch threw in the towel and conceded the race. This has caused some serious indigestion for the Progressives since they’re now eating their words. Here are the details from Fox News:
The concession of Democratic challenger Adam Frisch to incumbent Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., in their extremely close race for Boebert’s U.S. House seat is casting new light on the opinions of liberal pundits who gloated over what seemed to them to be her impending loss.
You don’t say?
By the time Frisch had conceded defeat to Boebert towards the end of a vote count that took about a week and a half to finish, leftist pundits had littered Twitter and cable news networks with gleeful and celebratory statements that she wouldn’t make it back to Congress for a second term.
You can always count on the Progressives to be polite in their remarks towards conservatives, much as you can count on a shark to become a vegan.
By the end of the race, Boebert acquired a razor-thin lead over Frisch, the former Aspen City Council member. Though the contest ended up being so close that it will likely require a recount according to Colorado state law, Frisch conceded, claiming in a statement on his Facebook page, “The likelihood of this recount changing more than a handful of votes is very small.”
In other words, “Hey! Don’t crank up the printing machines, everyone is watching this race to closely and we won’t get away with it!”
According to Reuters, Frisch claimed he did not want to “raise money from supporters for an effort that would not succeed.”
Translation, “There’s no way we’re going to get away with it this time and I don’t want to go to jail.”
The disparaging barbs made by pundits prior to her lead, and now-probable win, displayed the contempt prominent liberals have for the outspoken GOP lawmaker. Needless to say, each of these statements aged poorly.
The harshest statement came from DNC strategist and former “Lincoln Project” adviser Kurt Bardella. He went so low as to joke during an appearance on MSNBC anchor Joy Reid’s show that the congresswoman may have to look for new work in the adult entertainment industry.
During the episode of MSNBC’s “The ReidOut,” Bardella claimed that Boebert’s loss would be a “gain for OnlyFans,” a pornography-based social media platform.
I wonder when Bardella’s resignation for attempting to pick up 12 year old boys will be announced? Before or after his arrest? (To harsh? Naa, this is the Lincoln Project after all) It seems that the idea of having Rep. Boebert going into porn had the leftists all emulating Jeffry Toobin.
Mystal also mocked Boebert in a tweet last week while she was behind Frisch in the race. Seeing her deficit, he wrote, “I peed my pants when they flashed that Boebert number.”
Have you talked to a urologist about that problem?
Begging for her loss, he added, “Please please please.”
So, how did that work out for you? Oh wait, it didn’t! In fact, it looks like all of the usual suspects of the Hard Left, (Basically Communists), were drooling over the all but assured loss of Lauren Boebert.
Prominent Twitter liberal and former Obama campaign staffer Jon Cooper called the race way too early on the Wednesday after Election Day. He tweeted, “I’ve seen enough. In a HUGE upset, Democrat Adam Frisch has DEFEATED Lauren Boebert, one of Trump’s most ardent – and most despicable – supporters.”
Even former White House press secretary and current MSNBC contributor Jen Psaki got in on the bad calls, tweeting, “Just a shout out to my Dad who lives in her district and told me last month @laurenboebert could lose and I didn’t believe him.”
Looks like your initial thought was correct. Pity your father was 100 percent dead wrong. That must have really shattered your view of him.
Now this was a close race, without a doubt. Whether it should have been will be discussed over the next two years. It will be interesting to see what the recount turns up, especially since Frisch has conceded the race. Will a couple of thousand ballots suddenly turn up, all for Adam Frisch? Will that mean he will “Unconcede?” Frankly, with the level of hatred by Democrats, it wouldn’t surprise me a bit if they tried to pull something like this. If they do, it won’t work this time. To many people have had it with these games and will not put up with it. As it stands now and for the next two years, please say congratulations Representative Boebert on your second term.
