Dementia Joe finds a new Chief of Staff

Good day all. No sooner do I write a post about the Biden Maladministration’s Chief of Staff, Ron Klain, announcing that he’s abandoning the sinking ship moving on, and that no one had been chosen to replace him, then the news comes out that, yes, someone has stupidly accepted the job.

The new Chief of Staff is Jeff Zients. His claim to fame is that he was the “Covid-19 Czar,” which probably means he’s a co-conspirator in one of the biggest crimes in American history. (Which makes him a perfect fit for the job as the Chief of Staff for one of the most corrupt presidents in recent memory) Here are the details, such as they are, from Fox News:

President Biden’s former COVID-19 czar Jeff Zients will soon replace Ron Klain as White House chief of staff, The Washington Post reported Sunday. Fox News Digital has not independently confirmed the plans.

That doesn’t surprise me. First, the Washington Compost is one of the “Go To” newspapers when the Democrats want to launch some trial balloons. They are also noted for making things up. This has two benefits for the maladministration. If there is any real push back from the Democrats, the Compost story can be disavowed as fake news. If there is no push back, then the Compost can claim they got the “Scoop” of who the new CoS is.

President Biden has touted Zients’ work since the beginning of his administration when he tapped him to lead the administration’s COVID-19 efforts.

“There is no one better at delivering results than Jeff,” Biden said at the time.

Biden credited Zients for putting “decades of management experience to work formulating and executing on a plan to build the infrastructure we needed to deliver vaccines, tests, treatment, and masks to hundreds of millions of Americans.”

So he took the plans that the Trump Administration had written up, stamped his name on it, claimed it was all his idea, and then promptly screwed it all up. Considering that the Covid vaccines doesn’t actually prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, and are now seen as potentially very dangerous. Of course, that’s all for other posts.

Zients was previously a co-chair for the Biden transition team and has worked at Facebook, The Advisory Board Company and CEB.

I had to look these organizations up. Faceplant, of course, is well known. The Advisory Board Company is a “consulting” company based in Washington D.C. and is basically another bunch with a large siphon hose leading into the treasury. CEB has something to do with lawyers and the Kalifornistan Bar. (Not the one you drink in)

The shake-up comes as Biden is facing the biggest scandal of his presidency so far, with stashes of misplaced classified documents continuing to be found at his private residence in Wilmington, Delaware. Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel to investigate the matter earlier in January, tapping former U.S. Attorney Robert Hur.

And it will be his job to thoroughly investigate the documents and proceed with the appropriate actions.

It will be interesting to see how this Beltway bandit operates. If things continue to blow up in Biden’s face, he could be forced to resign, or, if his crimes are so blatant, be removed under the 25th Amendment, which would put Zients directly in the hot seat, or Biden could be impeached in the House and convicted in the Senate. (The Democrats will have decided that Biden is a lost cause and has to go) Well, it will be interesting to see how he performs. Hopefully, he will be yet another complete and utter Progressive Failure and will help drag the enter Biden Maladministration into the Beltway swamp where the gators will chow down on them.
