Good day all. The reports that the Manhattan Soros District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, intends to arrest the Greatest President of the 21st, Donald Trump and made up charges, has been exploding all over the internet this weekend. President Trump put out a statement ripping Bragg a new one, among other things.
Now Alvin Bragg is responding to President Trump and others who are up in arms over the clear abuse of authority of the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. Here are the details from the Daily Wire:
Manhattan District Attorney Attorney Alvin Bragg reportedly offered a private response on Saturday to remarks made by former President Donald Trump, who urged supporters to protest after claiming that he would be arrested on Tuesday.
So this leftist Soros DA is to gutless to come out in public to make his remarks?
Trump’s remarks come after a report from NBC News said federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies were analyzing security assessments and making plans to prepare for the possibility that Trump could be indicted next week, although no date is given in the report. A spokesperson for Trump later said that Trump has been given “no notification” that there will be an arrest next week.
President Trump took to Truth Social and let fly at Brag and the DA’s office in New York.
“PROTEST, TAKE OUR NATION BACK!” Trump wrote at the end of one social media post, while adding in another: “WE JUST CAN’T ALLOW THIS ANYMORE. THEY’RE KILLING OUR NATION AS WE SIT BACK & WATCH. WE MUST SAVE AMERICA! PROTEST, PROTEST, PROTEST!!!”
Needless to say, all the usual suspect are seeing that as President Trump ordering an attack on all those poor innocent hard working politically motivated prosecutors. As usual, they are getting it completely wrong…again.
Bragg, who has been accused of leading a politically-motivated case against the former president, reportedly wrote in an email to employees that was obtained by POLITICO: “I’m sure you have seen the ongoing press attention and public comments surrounding an ongoing investigation by this office.”
“Please know that your safety is our top priority,” Bragg continued. “We have full confidence in our outstanding security staff and investigators, along with our great OCA and NYPD colleagues, and will continue to coordinate with all of them. We do not tolerate attempts to intimidate our office or threaten the rule of law in New York. Our law enforcement partners will ensure that any specific or credible threats against the office will be fully investigated and that the proper safeguards are in so all 1,600 of us have a secure work environment.”
I have no doubt that people have been calling in death threats. I have one thing to say about that. STOP! That is flat out illegal and they will track you down and kill you. That being said, I would be interested to know what the numbers are. A few hundred? These would be people making a lot of noise who won’t actually do anything. If it’s in the thousands or more, then New York has a problem.
Yes, most of these people are blowing off steam. However, if Bragg does arrest President Trump, a fair number might decide to “Do something” that won’t be legal. That has to worry the NYPD. Then there are those who have not said anything at all, and may have gone off “The grid.” These are the ones who really worry police. These are the ones who probably know what they’re doing.
I suspect that Brag and his cronies are starting to get worried about all this. Actual legal scholars are saying the theory Bragg is thinking of using is flat out garbage. There is also the issue that Bill Clinton also paid off a woman to “Go away” and she was claiming flat out rape. Is Bragg going to arrest Bill Clinton?
I think Bragg is beginning to get scared that he and the others pushing this in the DA’s office may have bitten off more than they can swallow. The absolute worst case scenario won’t be a few lone wolf types taking a shot at him and others in the office, it will be tens of thousands of armed people coming into the city to “Take care of business.” Make no mistake, arresting President Trump on fraudulent charges could be the democrats next Fort Sumter, and with much the same result.
Scary times indeed. I’m sure that more information will come out tomorrow. It sounds like they might be rethinking the whole thing, especially with the reactions coming out of Congress. Then there is the growing evidence of the Biden Crime Family’s corruption. If Bragg does arrest, (or tries to), President Trump, then the floodgates will be opened. Look for Biden, Obama potentially and Clinton being picked up.
***POSTCRIPT***
Late yesterday, one of President Trumps lawyers stated that they had not been contacted by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office regarding the Arrest of the Greatest President of the 21st Century. The lawyer also commented that they haven’t been able to get much, or any information from the DA’s office, and said that was “unusual.”
Perhaps the slamming that the DA’s office has been taking over the weekend has sunk in? Stay tuned!
