Good day all. Things are starting to warm up for the 2024 presidential election. Recently, the Democrats decided that Chicago would be the city to hold the Democrat National Convention.
I think this is the perfect city to hold the convention. The only other city that could match Chicago would be San Francisco. However, it looks like the Toilet by the Bay decided not to make a bid for the convention, and that left the Murder Capitol of the Country, Chicago as the perfect location. Here are the detail from the Washington Examiner:
Chicago is set to host the 2024 Democratic National Convention, beating out bids from big cities such as Atlanta and New York.
Well, New York would be a good choice. They have a great District Attorney who’s police of releasing rapists, murders and muggers would have really spiced things up for the delegates.
The convention’s selection comes after several Democratic lawmakers across the Midwest wrote letters to President Joe Biden and DNC officials arguing that holding the convention in the Midwest would be crucial for Democrats as they seek to keep their hold on the White House and congressional seats.
How typical. The only time they give a damn about Flyover Country is when they need them to hold on to their seats. That may have worked in the past, but I think that ship has sailed and run full speed into the iceberg.
The 2024 Democratic National Convention will take place from Aug. 19 to Aug. 22, expecting to draw 5,000 to 7,000 delegates and alternates and bring about 50,000 visitors to the Windy City.
I can see the muggers, rapists, gangs and all the others salivating at the thought of all those rich, white Progressives. Why all they need to do is hold out their hand and say “Pay me reparations or I’ll kill you!” They might not even need to show a gun or a knife.
To advocate for Chicago, 35 Democrats across nine states wrote letters to the president, pointing to Democrats’ success in Midwestern states, particularly in Michigan and Illinois.
“In an incredibly polarized nation, whose electoral college model has a griphold on election outcomes, the Midwest is utterly indispensable to the party’s success and should be the home of its 2024 convention,” the letter said.
About that. Michigan’s election is appearing to be even more questionable than the 2020 tainted election. The Democrats are already going full speed ahead in utterly destroying the state economy. As for Illinois? The Democrats in Cook County have owned the state for almost a century, and thanks to their policies, businesses have been pulling up stakes and fleeing the state.
Illinois serves as a cornerstone for Democratic policies. Chicago secured a strong win for Democrats after residents recently elected Brandon Johnson, who is expected to introduce more liberal policies than what has been seen in previous years.
This is the fool who replaced former mayor Beetlejuice. His latest brilliant idea is to send out social workers to deal with the criminals. I can’t wait to see the lines of Social workers holding back the mobs as the Presidential Motorcade travels through the city to the convention site. (Why do I get the feeling that the Secret Service won’t permit Biden or Harris to attend citing safety issues?)
Illinois leads several Democratic states in policy, including an assault weapons ban and support for abortion and workers’ rights — all three areas expected to be at the top of voters’ concerns heading into 2024.
Illinois is a 2nd Amendment free state. Only criminals are permitted guns. As for workers rights? What the Washington Examiner journalist actually means is taking care of the Unions. As for abortion? The Democrats are firm believers in abortion up to the 6th year it seems.
The convention is likely to highlight the importance of the Midwest’s “Blue Wall” states — Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota. All the Democratic governors were reelected during the 2022 midterm elections.
And all of those states are starting to implode. Illinois flat out doesn’t count since the Republican Party is a joke and the Democrats have had the deceased vote sewn up for decades. Minnesota is confusing. George Soros just bought himself a state supreme court judge who has announced she won’t actually follow the law or the constitutions of Minnesota or the United States. I suspect that voters remorse is already kicking in.
It will also display the successes of Biden’s agenda and job performance as the president is expected to announce a reelection bid for 2024 sometime this year.
Successes? What successes? The economy is tanking, Inflation is the highest it’s been in decades, Gas prices are going up again and the rest of the world is laughing at Biden. He actually makes Obama look competent. I did a quick check on the writer of this story and she is from Illinois, so probably doesn’t have all that firm a grasp on reality. Hopefully, her editors have had a quiet word with her.
In any case, it will be interesting to see how the heck Chicago cleans itself up for the Convention. The police are hamstrung and their officer are demoralized and quitting in droves. The crime rate is escalating and the new mayor doesn’t appear to be interested in actually getting it under control. (That would mean putting criminals in jail) I suspect it’s going to be very interesting when the Convention opens in 2024.

No sooner had I put the finishing touches on this post when I checked Fox News after a blurb popped open on yet another Biden scandal. They had several stories in major crimes going on in the city.
Brawl ensues at White Sox game, security hardly anywhere to be found
A huge brawl broke out at Saturday’s Chicago White Sox game for over two minutes with several spectators involved. Fists were flying all over the place before a woman was dragged from behind over a row of seats on the first-base side. One lone security guard attempted to make peace, while another pair of women were throwing haymakers at one another.
And then we have this one:
‘Teen Takeover’ terrorizes Chicago as hundreds of children destroy property, attack tourists
Hundreds of teenagers stormed the streets of downtown Chicago, smashing car windows, attacking bystanders and sending panicked tourists running from the sound of gunfire.
Yep, I think Chicago is going to be the perfect location to highlight the Democrat’s “Successes.”
