Good day all. The reverberations of the Biden Bugout from Afghanistan are continuing. It was that event that Americans believe started the maladministration’s slide into abject failure. (As if there was any doubt that Biden is an abject failure)
A new book about to be released says that Dementia Joe “Exploded in frustration” that his vacation was being interrupted by the coming collapse of the Afghan government. Here are the details from the Daily Caller:
President Joe Biden “exploded in frustration” when he learned that Afghanistan was on the brink of collapse while he was on vacation at Camp David in Aug. 2021, an upcoming book about the White House alleges.
Franklin Foer makes the claim in his book, “The Last Politician: Inside Joe Biden’s White House and the Struggle for America’s Future,” which is to be released by Penguin Press on Tuesday. Biden reportedly became incensed after he had learned the Taliban was expected to march toward Kabul, causing Ashraf Ghani, then-president of Afghanistan, to flee the city.
“Give me a break,” Biden exclaimed, according to the book.
Before he left office, the greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, had a plan drawn up on pulling out of Afghanistan. Instead, the Worst president* in American history threw the plan out and came up with garbage. I don’t need to go over the results, we’re still seeing them.
Ahead of the withdrawal, several White House officials went on vacation. Secretary of State Antony Blinken went to the Hamptons, then-White House press secretary Jen Psaki was at a beach and Biden was relaxing at Camp David, Foer writes.
When the North Vietnamese finally overran South Vietnam, and Saigon fell to them, President Ford was in the Oval office. He wasn’t at Camp David, eating ice cream and thinking of little girls who’s hair he could sniff. This was a major issue and the Psychopath in Chief couldn’t be bothered to actually pay attention. (To be fair, he probably forgot all about Afghanistan, and how to tie his shoes)
Psaki decided to come back from vacation after seeing images of “Afghans falling from the sky” as they clung to the landing gear of a plane trying to escape the country, Foer claims.
“I’m contemplating coming back,” Psaki wrote to then-White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, according to the book.
“I’m sorry,” Klain responded. “I think you need to.”
Psaki, unlike her replacement, understood just how bad the botched evacuation was for the maladministration. She knew she had to be in the White House ready to lie about how great things were.
The Biden administration internally reviewed its withdrawal in April 2023, blaming former President Donald Trump for ordering communication with the Taliban, negotiating a withdrawal date and failing to leave the Biden administration a comprehensive plan on how the operation should be carried out.
First, President Trump wasn’t expecting the Election Steal, and his people were working on the withdrawal plans. There was an overall plan available and handed to the Biden Maladministration. They tore it up completely because it came from President Trump.
Two parts of the plan the Trump administration handed over was leaving during Ramadan, which would have meant the Taliban were not in the field looking for trouble. The second part of the plan was to use Bagram airbase as the point to evacuate not Kabul for several reasons. More runways and it was easier to secure. Instead Biden had the military sneak out in the middle of the night. One person who needs to be held accountable for that is General (Ret) Miley. Hopefully he will be recalled to duty and then face a court martial for mutiny among other things. He knew damn well what was going to happen but did nothing.
White House national security council spokesman John Kirby said in April that Biden was “proud” of how the withdrawal was conducted.
The Biden Bugout ranks down with the Fall of Saigon for debacles. It may even surpass it since Bugout Biden left American citizens behind and then lied about it.
Penguin Press, the publisher of Foer’s book, states that the book draws on “unparalleled access to the tight inner circle of advisers who have surrounded Biden for decades,” as Foer reportedly does not cite a specific source from inside the White House. Foer notes in the prologue that he reported on Biden “from a close distance” through “several hundred interviews with his White House inner circle, his cabinet, his old friends and members of Congress.”
Usually when you get a book like this it means that the rats are looking for the life boats. When Biden eventually goes down, either impeached and convicted, removed under the 25th Amendment or looses the 2024 election, there is going to be a reckoning not seen in this country before.
If President Trump does gain a second term, he’s going to bring in people who he knows he can trust this time, very few of them people who are part of the Washington scene. The Fall of Kabul and the actions by the Worst President in American history are going to be dragged out into the sunshine. This is why the regime will stop at nothing to “Get Trump!”
