Good day all. The Democrats are chortling over finally “Getting Trump!” in what most of the people consider to be bogus charges in a kangaroo court. However, the Democrats may not really be considering what the blow back is going to be.
First, of course, the polls are showing that the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, have actually gone up in his favor. The odds that President Trump is going to win are increasing by the day.
The second issue, and one that the Democrats obviously weren’t thinking about, is what will happen to them? The usual deal with Democrats is that they project on others what they actually do. They accused President Trump of mishandling classified information, however we have proof that Joe Biden was flat out stealing classified documents and leaving them where anyone could get at them.
We also have Felonia von Pantsuit who sold her office, mishandled classified information, and destroyed evidence. Yet, those two as well as many other Democrats have been given a pass. No more. Now we have people saying that it’s time to do to the Democrats what they have been doing to the Republicans and do it to them good and hard. Here are some of the details from Mediaite:
Sean Davis, the CEO and co-founder of the the right-wing website The Federalist, called on Republicans to draw up lists of Democrats to “put in prison” in a social media post reacting to Donald Trump’s conviction on Thursday evening.
“In 2016, the presidential race was decided based on candidates releasing lists of potential Supreme Court nominees,” wrote Davis. “In 2024, I want to see lists of which Democrat officials are going to be put in prison.”
“This is what happens when you cross the Rubicon,” he added.
“If you are a state AG/prosecutor with original criminal jurisdiction, you had better be drafting up charges, indictments, and warrants for every Democrat official involved in this insane, treasonous attack on our entire constitutional republic,” he mused in another post.

To say that Mr. Davis is a bit annoyed with the Democrats would be a slight understatement. As for the obvious remarks by your average liberal that “He’s just another one of those Pro-Trump MAGA types and we can ignore him,” that isn’t the case. Mr. Davis did not support President Trump in 2016, among other things. He’s also supported John Kasich, who proved his TransRepublican credentials by supporting Joe Biden.
“Frederick Douglass wrote that three boxes were essential to American liberty: the ballot box, the jury box, and the cartridge box. Elections, rule of law, and self-defense were what protected our freedoms,” declared Davis in another post reacting to the verdict. “Democrats stole the 2020 election, and then they ran a Soviet show trial with a rigged jury to throw their top political opponent in prison in 2024. Understand what they’re coming for next, and why.”
Mr. Davis is short one box of liberty, and that is the Soap Box. However, what he is saying is that the Democrats have taken that one step to far and it’s now time to show them the error of their ways, in a lawful manner. While you might think he’s just one guy ranting and raving, he’s not actually alone. Another person is John Hindraker of Powerline Blog.
John Hindraker is another who isn’t, or wasn’t an ardent of President Trump. He was hoping that someone else would win the primaries, such as Ron DeSantis. The kangaroo court and corrupt judge may have opened his eyes to the utter evil that the modern Democrat Party is. He is also calling for prosecutions of Democrats in a post he put up May 30th.
A grotesquely biased jury of Trump-haters, led by a judge who put service to his party above his judicial responsibilities, has returned guilty verdicts against Donald Trump on all 34 counts with which he was–absurdly–charged.
Just for your information, John Hindraker is a lawyer with over 40 years of experience. I think he knows a thing or three about crooked judges and corrupt DA’s.
What to do now? First, it is now absolutely essential that Trump be elected president. The Democrats cannot be allowed to get away with this effort to turn America into a banana republic.
Second, the Democrats understand nothing except the raw exercise of power. Therefore, Republican attorneys general and district attorneys should bring criminal charges against Democratic officeholders wherever possible. No Democratic officeholder should be allowed to retire, in any jurisdiction with Republican law enforcement, without facing criminal charges. There can’t be a single Democratic official in America against whom a criminal case can’t be brought that is better than this case against Trump. It should be open season on Democrats in the criminal courts.
I would argue with that to some extent. There are actual honest Democrats. Tulsi Gabbard for one…Oh wait, she quit the Democrat party in utter disgust and has so turned on them that she was briefly considered to be a potential running mate for President Trump.
There must be another one, somewhere. Hmm, I honestly can’t think of any right now. I’m sure I’ll come up with a name of one eventually.
Third, the criminal prosecutions should begin with Joe Biden. Unlike Trump, Biden is actually a criminal. He is already known to be guilty under the federal bribery statute, to the tune of at least $20 million. If Trump wins in November, his Department of Justice should immediately indict Biden, and Biden should be hounded until the day he dies or goes to prison, whichever happens first.
You can also add violations of the Espionage Act with regards to the decades of stolen classified documents he had, and you might be able to bag him on rape and child sexual abuse charges regarding showering with his then teen daughter. One thing that Robert Hur did that has come back to bite him was to try and white wash his findings by saying Dementia Joe was to senile to be tried. That wasn’t for him to judge. That’s for a court to decide.
Of course, Republicans face a disadvantage that Democrats don’t. Some cases, including, I assume, a federal criminal prosecution of Biden, would have to be brought on the Democrats’ home turf, Washington, D.C. If that is the case, so be it: as Mark Steyn says, the process is the punishment. Biden likely would not live long enough to face a jury in any case.
There is that. However, there may be ways around it. For starters, forcing any number of these Obama and Biden judges off the bench. They have abused their power in way to many cases and having Attorney General Paxton basically tell them to “Resign or be prosecuted,” and then lay out the charges might get a few of them off the bench. The others? Follow through and arrest them.
There are many others that can be hit, either at the state level or at the federal levels, starting with Alvin Bragg, Fatass Fani Willis and Judge Juan Merchan. You might also consider going after any number of state legislators who routinely pass laws that end up being overturned due to their blatantly obvious unconstitutionality.
Frankly, the only way to fix the Democrat Party is to break them. I would also add a potential RICO case against the party at both the Federal and State levels. You might even add a few State Bar associations to the list, considering they’re generally hard left and will disbar any conservative lawyer who dares go against the Progressive Narratives. Finally, there is always the old “Follow the money!” Go after some of the Democrat’s donors and hang a few of them…out to dry.
And attorneys general in states like Texas, Florida, South Dakota, etc., should look into whether Biden’s taking of bribes or other actions could qualify as crimes under their states’ laws. After all, if Alvin Bragg can prosecute Donald Trump for federal campaign finance violations that he didn’t commit, another state official can likely find grounds to prosecute Biden for bribery, which he did commit.
Why not? They started this after all. The difference, which I think Mr. Hindraker and Mr. Davis understand, is that if the Republican AG’s do this, they will make sure that they have actual crimes with real evidence. Lord knows, the Democrat Party is utterly corrupt. You might have a few members who are honest, maybe, but in general, they are the biggest pack of scum and villainy outside of Mos Eisley. I would love to see the upper echelons of the Democrat Party on trial. How about you?
