Good day all. The jumped up totalitarians of the misnamed International Criminal Court have decided that they can do whatever they want. In this case they have decided that a nation defending itself against the worst terrorist attack since 9/11 should be arrested.
Since the October 7th terrorist attack by Hamas on Israel, and Israel’s declaration of war against Hamas, we have seen just how truly evil the Left is, especially in the European Union. The levels of antisemitism by the Left is reaching levels not seen since the Nazi’s rose to power.
When Israel went in to Gaza and started blowing the hell out of Hamas, it quickly became apparent to the Hamas leadership that things were different. Israel was not going to stop until Hamas ceased to exist. Very quickly, videos came out showing the usual propaganda by Hamas accusing Israel of doing everything Hamas did.
The problem was that Israel was prepared for that and was constantly releasing footage showing the tunnels filled with weapons, apartments with rockets in them, and of course, all the secondary explosions caused when a single bomb or shell from the IDF set off a tunnel loaded with rockets and other munitions. One that I saw showed a small explosion and then and entire city block going up in a series of blasts.
As Israel began cleaning out Hamas, the usual suspects on the left tried to get Israel to surrender stop their attacks. Israel’s response was basically to say, “Go fuck yourselves.” This led the propagandists and others to manufacture claims against Israel and Netanyahu, leading a very compromised prosecutor to say that he was going to charge Netanyahu with war crimes. Now the ICC has done just that and issued a warrant. Here are the details from Fox News:
The International Criminal Court (ICC) rejected challenges from Israel and issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on Thursday.
The ICC charged Netanyahu and Gallant with “crimes against humanity and war crimes,” including using starvation as a method of warfare and targeting civilians. Israeli President Isaac Herzog condemned the move in a statement on Thursday.
There are a few small details that the ICC is ignoring. First, Israel is not a signatory/member of the ICC and doesn’t recognize it. Second, and far more importantly, Israel will do whatever it takes to protect it’s citizens and Jews from threats. The ICC, in it’s arrogance, doesn’t seem to be considering that if they grab Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant, there is a very good chance that Israel will go after the ICC.
“Taken in bad faith, the outrageous decision at the ICC has turned universal justice into a universal laughingstock. It makes a mockery of the sacrifice of all those who fight for justice – from the Allied victory over the Nazis till today,” Herzog wrote.
Mr. Herzog is referring to the Nuremberg tribunals after World War Two where they tried and hanged the Nazis responsible for the Final Solution. There are those who question the legality of the Tribunal, but the fact is, those vermin needed to be put down and hard.
Herzog argued that the ICC’s decision ignores Hamas’ use of human shields and its Oct. 7, 2023 terror attacks that started the war, as well as the Israeli hostages remaining in Gaza.
“Indeed, the decision has chosen the side of terror and evil over democracy and freedom, and turned the very system of justice into a human shield for Hamas’ crimes against humanity,” he added. “This cynical exploitation of the international legal institutions reminds us once again of the need for true moral clarity in the face of an Iranian empire of evil that seeks to destabilize our region and the world, and destroy the very institutions of the free world.”
Hamas violated every part of the Geneva and Hague conventions. They stored munitions in schools, hospitals and mosques. When relief supplies were sent into Gaza for the civilians, Hamas flat out stole them for their own use. The list of crimes by Hamas would fill a book. Care to guess who the ICC isn’t bothering with?
Israel made several efforts to block the ICC from approving the arrest warrants. They first argued that the ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel, but the court said it could issue the arrest warrants as part of the “territorial jurisdication of Palestine.”
There is no Palestine and there never has been. Israel has been around for thousands of years.
Israel also made other procedural challenges, but they were rejected.
That was a mistake. These elitist scum should have been very quietly threatened. Basically they should have been told that if they proceeded, it would be considered an act of war and dealt with accordingly. The EU and the rest of the Eurotrash might be thinking that if Israel did do anything that “Hey! NATO! The United States will stop Israel.” Yeah, not happening.
The ICC’s move comes just days after Senate Majority Leader-elect John Thune threatened to hit the court with sanctions if it moved forward with the arrest warrants.
“If the ICC and its prosecutor do not reverse their outrageous and unlawful actions to pursue arrest warrants against Israeli officials, the Senate should immediately pass sanctions legislation, as the House has already done on a bipartisan basis,” Thune wrote on X. “If Majority Leader Schumer does not act, the Senate Republican majority will stand with our key ally Israel and make this – and other supportive legislation – a top priority in the next Congress.”
The ICC might want to consider a few facts. Yes, I know that will be hard for them, but they should try. When the ICC started making noises about arresting American service men and women, Congress passed a law, sighed by then President Bush, called the American Service-Members’ Protection Act. This law basically states that the President may use whatever force is required if the Morons at the ICC grab American soldiers in transit and put them on trial. It also covers all “Allied personnel” as well. The nickname for this law has come to be known as the “Invade the Hague, or Bomb the Hague Act.”
If the ICC, or countries supporting Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran grab Prime Minister Netanyahu, then they are going to be in for a very rude awakening. As of January 20th, 2025, at 12:00 EST, The EU’s buddy, Joe Biden will no longer be the President of the United States. Instead, it will be President Donald Trump and he is a good friend to Israel.
If the ICC grabbed Netanyahu and Yoav, he might just provide Israel whatever logistic support they might need to stage a raid into the Hague to rescue of anyone that the ICC should snatch. This could includ aerial refueling, or perhaps using an American Troop Transport as a base for Israel to launch their strike. Then there is Mossad. They have a proven track record when it comes to “Removing a threat” to Israel. This includes all those prosecutors and judges who think they’re the ones in charge.
I expect these warrants will be rescinded in the next few months. Meanwhile, Israel just needs to keep on blowing the crap out of Hamas and Hezbollah.
