Good day all. Recently, I wrote about the Worst president* in American history, the corrupt, senile Joe Biden, handing out pardons to people who had done serious damage to the United States. This includes Anthony Fauci, Liz Cheney and Mark Miley. With just minutes left in his maladministration, Biden handed out pardons to everyone else in the Biden Crime Family.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise. We have some pretty convincing evidence, the kind of evidence that ends up in the hands of a judge, that Joe Biden has been selling his office for decades. As Vice President, he was using his son, the crackhead, Hunter “Hoovernose” Biden, as his bagman. There were other reports of others in his crime family who were also involved in his scams. Now he’s pardoned them all. Here are the details from Fox News:
President Biden pardoned his siblings just minutes before leaving office on Monday.
The pardon applies to James Biden, Sara Jones Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John Owens, and Francis Biden, the White House announced. The president argues that his family could be subject to “politically motivated investigations” after he leaves office.
Politically motivated? What a load of utter bullshit. Biden did this to protect the Biden Crime Family, although that wasn’t what he is claiming. Here are his lies about it.
“I believe in the rule of law, and I am optimistic that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics. But baseless and politically motivated investigations wreak havoc on the lives, safety, and financial security of targeted individuals and their families,” Biden said in a statement.
Joe Biden flat out does not believe in the Rule of law or the constitution. He never did. Joe Biden is a psychopath, utterly corrupt, a pathological liar and now, senile. There is significant evidence that there was some sort of “Cabal” that was actually running the “administration.” I think that the Bondi DoJ needs to look into who was actually was running things. I can think of a lot of crimes that were probably committed, if not the actual statutes. (Not a lawyer so I don’t know these pesky details)
“Even when individuals have done nothing wrong and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage their reputations and finances,” Biden added.
The problem with this is that they did do unlawful things.
The pardons come after House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer requested that Trump’s Justice Department investigate and prosecute James Biden for allegedly making false statements to Congress.
Unlike the Democrats, the Republicans followed all the proper processes and procedures before making their recommendations to charge the Bidens for lying to Congress. Now those cases are dead. What isn’t dead are the investigations. All these pardons strip these clowns of any ability to refuse to answer under the 5th Amendment. Since there is now, no danger of these people facing federal charges, they can be called, put under oath and then raked over the coals. If they lie again, then they can be prosecuted.
I’ve been listening to legal podcasts, and a lot of lawyers are questioning the breadth of these pardons. While I haven’t looked into the details of them, it appears that they’re open ended. Again, I’ll leave all that to those who understand all the legal mumbo jumbo. What is apparent is just how lawless the Biden Administration truly was.
The damage done to the Rule of Law by the Biden Maladministration is going to take years to clean up. I also suspect that in the next year or so, we will see a constitutional amendment to update the 25th Amendment. With the obvious mental degradation of Joe Biden and the active cover up of that degradation, we need another mechanism that can be used to trigger the “Declaration of President inability.”
We might also see something dealing with how President’s hand out pardons, although we have to be very careful on that one. It might be that a pardon has to be for a specific action or actions and that it will be an admission of guilt. I do know that two of the death row convicts have refused to accept their commutations claiming it would damage their ability to appeal their convictions.
Now the nightmare is over. Biden is gone. It’s probably likely that he will be kept out of sight and that the next time we hear about him is when it’s his turn to be planted in the ground. (I’m wondering if we can arrange a port-a-potty over his grave?) What I want to see is President Trump’s team start cleaning house and digging into all the Democrats who knew Biden was mentally unfit and did nothing. Forget “National healing”, I want retribution.
One last little housekeeping detail. I’ve moved all the images I have of Dementia Joe Biden and Kackling Kamala Harris into archives. They’re still available, I just don’t see myself using them much any longer.
