Good day all. We are rapidly approaching the inauguration of the second term of the greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump. The Democrats are planning to do what they can to protect the Deep State. They are already trying to sink President Trump’s nominees. (And failing miserably with Pete Hegseth)

Now a report has come out that all the bureaucrats, or a fair number of them, fully intend to disobey and ignore any instructions that they don’t like. Here are the details from the Daily Signal:
A surprising number of federal government employees admit they are gearing up to act like a deep state, opposing the incoming second administration of Donald Trump.
Most Americans, even many of the elites who voted for Vice President Kamala Harris, are willing to support Trump’s administration, according to an RMG Research survey commissioned by the Napolitan Institute.

Yet 42% of federal government managers who work in the Washington, D.C., swamp intend to work against the administration.
I suspect these losers are all in the Union as well as under Civil Service rules and think they’re protected. I hate to be the one to break it to them, but refusing to follow instructions from senior management is a fireable offense. Add to this little detail that Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy are going to be looking for people like these clowns and they might want to think about updating their resumes.
The article then goes into a little detail on the polling methods and details. They did three different surveys of three different groups of Americans.
The polling firm focused on what it calls the Elite 1% who have postgraduate degrees, earn more than $150,000 annually, and live in densely populated areas.
We call these people “Out of Touch with Reality” people in many cases. Not all of course. Some of these people work to maintain their grasp on reality. (Yes, I’m being sarcastic again)
Main Street Americans who meet none of these three criteria and who represent between 70% and 75% of the U.S. population.
These are where President Trump picked up a lot of his support. These are the people that Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and the Democrat party have done actual harm to.

Federal Government Managers—federal employees who live in the National Capitol Region around Washington and earn at least $75,000 annually.
These are the people who think they actually run things. Now they appear to be planning to make it all “Official.”
Main Street Americans tend to have less faith in government and want more freedom for Americans.

The Elite 1% tend to have more faith in government and say Americans have too much freedom.
This is the group that tends to generate most of the Karens you hear about on YouTube and Reddit. They love to claim that they are opposed to racists and quick to call anyone who support President Trump and are “Main Street Americans” racist white supremacists. They also are big supporters of DEI policies, not realizing that what they are doing is saying entire groups of people are to stupid to manage anything on their own. (They tend to say this about Black Americans) The good news is that most Main Street Americans are also black, white, hispanic/latino and don’t give a damn about someone’s skin color.
The story then goes into the question asked, which was “Looking ahead to the next four years, will your political efforts be primarily to support the Trump administration or resist the Trump administration?”

The numbers are interesting. While most Main Streeters are supporting the Trump administration, the Elites also said they would by about 48%. This includes those who made the mistake of voting for Kamala Harris and Tampon Tim Walz. Then we come to the Federal Managers.
Federal Government Managers, however, proved evenly split, with only 44% saying they would support the administration and 42% saying they would resist it.

Another question that was asked of the bureaucrats was what you would do if you received a lawful order that you disagreed with. The answer will both concern and anger you.
The survey also asked Federal Government Managers what they would do if Trump gave them a lawful order that they considered to be bad policy. Only 17% of Democratic managers who voted for Harris would follow Trump’s order. Three times as many (64%) said they would ignore the order and do what they thought was best. This amounts to a declaration that they plan to act like a deep state, opposing the people’s elected president.
This shows why we need to not just cut the size of government, but flat out gut it like a fish. When the Main Street voters were asked how they felt about this response, they were not amused.
More than half (54%) of Main Street Voters said that a bureaucrat who refuses to follow a lawful order from the president should be fired, and even most of the Elite 1% (52%) agreed.
This should start worrying the Bureaucrats, but these worthies are nothing if not tone deaf to what is going on outside of their little fiefdoms. The poll/survey goes on to ask what the priorities should be for the new administration. The main streeters say immigration, the economy are their priorities. The Elites generally agree with this. Care to guess what the bureaucrats consider to be important?
Many of the Federal Government Managers selected issues that didn’t register for most other Americans, such as guns and crime (10%), climate change (6%), education (5%), equality (5%), and cybersecurity (5%).
About the only thing there I would consider in the top five of my priorities is cybersecurity. Our networks need some major overhauls. What I don’t see being at all helpful is some bureaucrat who has a degree in gender studies telling tech companies how to secure their networks.
The Daily Signal article then asks a very important question. What does this mean?
This survey confirms that bureaucrats in the administrative state are planning to oppose Trump from within, whether that means by refusing lawful orders or by engaging in political activism against Trump outside of work hours. This deep state phenomenon undermined the first Trump administration, and the president has pledged to fight it aggressively in the new one.
Unlike most political hacks and far to many bureaucrats, President Trump learns. It’s pretty much agreed that he was a bit startled when he won the 2016 election and wasn’t as prepared to take office as he should have been. He didn’t truly understand that depths the Deep State and the Uniparty would go to get him.
This time around, he has shown that he is ready. He has selected a number of people for his cabinet who are going through the confirmation process now. To date the Democrats have shown in their attacks on Secretary of Defense-designate Pete Hegseth and Attorney General-designate Pam Bondi have pretty much destroyed the Democrats who have been questioning attacking them. They are going to be confirmed along with all of the other nominations President Trump has made.
These people are almost all from outside of the Washington D.C. environment and have no love for these bureaucrats. I expect that many if not most of them who have been Fu**ing around for years are about to find out that their day is done, and be shown the door. Refusing lawful instructions is a termination offense and neither the Unions or the Civil Service acts will protect them, especially if the Republicans are serious about overhauling the Civil Service laws.
