Good day all. Once again we have a Biden judge who is usurping authority and has ordered President Trump to allow 12,000 “Refugees” into the United States.

This is a breaking story and it hasn’t really landed in the news yet. The only sources I have for it are pretty much part of the Democrat Propaganda Corps, so some of their details may be questionable. Here are the details I have from The Hill:
A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to allow about 12,000 additional refugees into the country, rejecting the White House’s argument that approved migrants can be turned away if they did not arrive in the U.S. by early February.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) argued a previous court order meant the government only had to accept about 160 refugees who would be en route to the U.S. by Feb. 3, but U.S. District Judge Jamal Whitehead rebuffed that interpretation.
As an FYI, this judge is one of the Biden judges so you can rest assured that he does not have the best interests of the United States, the Constitution and certainly not the American People.
“It requires not just reading between the lines, but hallucinating new text that simply is not there,” he wrote Monday. “It is surprising that there could be any disagreement about the meaning of a judicial order that articulates three specific criteria in plain, straightforward language.”
This was one of the many Executive orders that President Trump signed early on in his Administration. I don’t recall the reasoning of the order, but I suspect that it was run through a number of lawyers before he signed it.
Faith-based refugee aid groups filed a lawsuit in February after President Trump issued an executive order that indefinitely suspended the U.S. Refugee Assistance Program (USRAP), created by Congress in 1980 for people fleeing persecution, wars or natural disasters in their home countries.
First, would anyone care to guess where these “Faith Based” groups are, or were getting their funding from? Second, this was set up 45 years ago and things were very different back then. Third, just how many of these “Refugees” are actually refugees?
The initial lawsuit argued that Trump’s order was illegal because it sidestepped Congress, but the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the president has broad authority over who is allowed into the country.
Excuse me? The 9th Circus actually agreed that the President of the United States has the authority to allow or deny foreign nationals into the United States? Was someone piping Meth smoke into their courtroom?
However, it directed the federal government to continue processing previously approved refugees who had “arranged and confirmable travel plans to the United States” by the time Trump issued his Jan. 20 executive order that suspended the program.
One of the issues with these approvals was who was approving them. That would be the Biden Maladministration. They were not known for properly, or actually bothering to vet people trying to enter the United States.
The DOJ set a two-week deadline from that date for refugees to travel to the U.S., but the refugee aid groups argued that arrangements only had to be made and not immediately underway. Whitehead agreed on Monday.
“Had the Ninth Circuit intended to impose a two-week limitation — one that would reduce the protected population from about 12,000 to 160 individuals — it would have done so explicitly,” the judge wrote.

I think we’re are just about at the point where the courts find out just how powerless they actually are. They can issue all their rulings, decrees and pronouncements, but it requires the Executive Branch to enforce their orders. We already have one state refusing to obey an order to stop arresting illegal aliens, and I saw something about the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court being sued. (I’m planning on digging into that later)
The judicial branch is in the process of becoming an actual threat to the United States, the Constitution and the actual rule of law. They are now siding with actual invaders and attempting to prevent the Administration from removing them from the United States. We have others ordering that the United States Government bring illegal aliens that have been removed back into the country. If these clowns keep pulling this eventually, you may see the President flat out ignore their orders. After that?

we should really just ignore the courts
It is reaching that point. What can be done is congress can desolve all the courts except the supreme court. This puts every single judge into retirement and they lose all authority. Of course the workload for SCOTUS would explode.
Congress would then create new inferior courts and the President would appoint a fresh set of judges.
