Good day all. This story came out back in March, but with everything that has been going on, ended up on the back burner. Senator Charles “UpChuck” Schumer has once again said the quiet part out loud and admitted that all the Progressive judges he, Biden and Obama put on the bench are there only to stop President Trump.
Since President Trump first came into office, both in his first term and now his second, judges, primarily Democrats, actively usurp authority they don’t have and ignore the Constitutional Separation of Powers. I’ve written about this any number of times that the United States Judicial Branch is fast becoming an active threat to the United States and the Constitution thereof.
Now we have confirmation that this was the plan all along from none other then good old Senator UpChuck Schumer. Here are the details from Your News:
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer acknowledged on PBS this week, (March 21st), that Democrats intentionally appointed 235 “progressive judges” with the explicit aim of ruling against President Donald Trump. The admission came during an interview with PBS NewsHour’s Geoff Bennett, who questioned Schumer about the current state of the nation’s constitutional order.
Schumer responded affirmatively, asserting, “Yes. Our democracy is at risk because Donald Trump shows that he wishes to violate the laws in many, many different ways.” He then added, “The good news here is, we did put 235 judges—progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump—last year on the bench, and they are ruling against Trump time after time after time.”
Schumer flat out stated that the Constitution means nothing and that Rule of Law is dead. All that matters is the Rule of Democrats.
Schumer’s remarks appeared to confirm the strategic nature of these judicial appointments. In a clip shared by Libs of TikTok, he stated, “We did put 235 judges, progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump, last year on the bench, and they are ruling against Trump time after time…” Schumer’s comments have sparked significant backlash among conservative leaders, who accuse Democrats of politicizing the judiciary.
This is just another element of the Lawfare that the Democrats have declared on their political enemies.
Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) condemned Schumer’s admission, writing on X, “‘Progressive judges’ That doesn’t mean ‘judges who follow the law.’ It means progressive activists wearing black robes.” His post quickly gained traction among supporters concerned about judicial impartiality.
The one thing every person expects is that judges will be impartial, at least to the best of their abilities. What we have been seeing over the decades is that the Democrat judges, by and large, are not even attempting to be impartial. (Yes, there are a few Republican judges who are the same, but they are far and few between) This can and will lead to “Bad things” if this nonsense isn’t shut down and hard.
Representative Eli Crane (R-AZ) also responded forcefully, stating, “Here you have Schumer admitting that they put progressive judges in place for the explicit purpose of ruling against Trump. It’s all coordinated and intentional. Congress must act.” Crane’s comments reflect a growing chorus of Republican lawmakers calling for oversight of the judiciary in light of what they view as deliberate political interference.
There are two ways to deal with these judges. One is to impeach them in the House and convict them in the Senate. With the Democrats holding the number of Senate seats they have, not to mention the general squishiness of a number of Republican senators, unless the judge has been convicted of a crime, that isn’t happening. The other way is for congress to close down all the inferior, (Below the Supreme Court), and summarily retire all the judges. That will also take out a number of actual good judges. (Yes, there are a few)
Schumer’s televised statements mark a rare moment of transparency regarding the Democratic Party’s judicial strategy, which he framed as a defense of democracy. However, opponents see it as confirmation that the judiciary is being used as a tool to challenge and obstruct the Trump administration’s policies.
Schumer is scum. Schumer has always been scum. He only cares about his own personal power and wealth, followed by making the Democrat Party the only party in the United States. His and pretty much all of the other Democrat’s idea of “Democracy” isn’t what everyone else’s idea. For the Democrats, Democracy is all about the Democrats.
Thanks to Obama, Biden and Schumer, the judicial branch has been pretty much discredited in the eyes of many Americans. We are seeing the Obama and Biden judges actively subverting the Rule of Law and the Constitution. A few have decided that they should be the ones running the Military, not the Commander in Chief.
Things are starting to come to a head. Personally, I think it’s time to start knocking these judges down a few pegs. Far to many consider themselves to be the ultimate law in the land. I hate to break it to them, but the ultimate law is the Constitution. These judges might actually try reading it. As for UpChuck Schumer and the Democrats? Perhaps it’s time for an actual criminal investigation under the RICO statutes.
