Good day all. It seems that Eric Swalwell, bust known for wanting to drop nuclear weapons on American gun owners, is not to happy with the fact that anyone dares to arrest Democrats.
Swalwell is notorious for many things. His stupidity and his sleeping with a Chinese spy. For that alone, he should be removed from the House of Representatives and blocked from ever having a security clearance. I won’t bother with his threats towards Americans who exercise their rights to keep and bear arms. Now this dork has decided that any Law Enforcement Agent who dares to arrest one of the Chosen People, (Democrats), should be charged themselves. Here are the details from Lifezette:
Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA) said during an appearance on MSNBC Wednesday that top state prosecutors across the country should consider bringing charges against federal agents who arrested Democratic lawmakers during recent high-profile confrontations.
Speaking on MSNBC’s “The Weekend” with co-host Symone Sanders-Townsend, Swalwell referenced the recent arrest of Senator Alex Padilla (D-CA) and suggested state attorneys general should investigate what he referred to as “rogue agents” if their conduct meets applicable criminal statutes.
What a moron. Jose Padilla tried to storm the podium that DHS secretary Kristy Noem was speaking from. He didn’t identify himself and was screaming like a lunatic. The agents there had no idea who he was so they took him down like the lunatic he is. Once they found out who he was, they released him. The agents simply did their job and negated a potential threat from a raving lunatic. (In other words, your standard Democrat)
Sanders-Townsend opened the segment by questioning what she characterized as a lack of strong response from Democratic leadership in light of recent law enforcement actions involving members of their own party.
Oh this should be amusing.
“My concern is, and I want to juxtapose with what happened to Senator Padilla, the handcuffing of him being thrown to the ground at a DHS presser by FBI agents after he was escorted into the room by FBI officials and the National Guard,” she said.
I’ve already covered this. If Padilla had identified himself, I doubt he would have been cuffed. He still would have been escorted from the room.
“LaMonica McIver has now been indicted. She was charged and indicted on federal charges.”
In her case, they have miles of video footage of her assaulting federal agents. In case you didn’t know dummy, assaulting a federal agent is against the law.
She added, “I don’t feel like House leadership and Senate leadership on the Democratic side has been as forceful as they should be, given the escalation by the government on their own members. What say you?”
How could they be? If UpChuck Schumer and Jughead Jeffries tried anything, the response would be a simple “Let’s review the videos, shall we?” Schumer, at least, knows they don’t have a leg to stand on.
Swalwell responded by pointing to actions taken by House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, saying, “Yeah, well, I’m seeing it from Leader Jeffries, who led us to the House steps immediately after Senator Padilla had been arrested. Then we went to Senator Thune’s office to demand answers afterward.”
And Thune, as useless as he is, could simply have told them to pound sand. Now I have no idea what Thune did since this is the first I’ve heard about Jeffries and the other “Leaders” going to his office.
He then turned his attention to state prosecutors, saying, “But I also see attorneys general across the country who have law enforcement powers. And the way I see it is, if I was a prosecutor, the top prosecutor in my state, and these rogue agents arrested somebody like Alex Padilla, who was just exercising his First Amendment right in his own office building and had him arrested, if I had a criminal statute that met the facts, I would use it.”
No, he wasn’t. He was actually interfering with Kristy Noem’s 1st Amendment rights. As I and everyone else has said, if that retard had just identified himself, he wouldn’t have been introduced to the floor.
Swalwell’s comments come amid growing tensions between some Democratic officials and federal law enforcement agencies.
There is a reason for this of course. The Democrats no longer control the FBI, DHS, DoJ or any of the other Federal Law Enforcement agencies. Worse, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Dan Bongino and others are on what is essentially a mole hunt, rooting out all the Deep State Democrat operatives who made the Federal Law Enforcement system nothing more then an arm of the Democrat Party.
Swalwell’s remarks did not specify which statutes could be applied or what charges he believes could be brought, but his suggestion that state-level prosecutors should target federal law enforcement officers is likely to intensify existing political divisions surrounding the role of agencies like the FBI and DHS.
Eric Swalwell is a moron among other things. Like almost all of the Democrats, anything they can’t control, they want to destroy. Now that they’ve lost control of the Federal Law Enforcement apparatus, they want to smash it. For decades, unless it was something so egregious or a Democrat had lost favor with the Ruling Elites, if you were a Democrat Office Holder, you could get away with almost anything.
We saw how the Democrats used the DoJ for their own purposes for decades. While Nixon wanted to use the DoJ and other agencies to go after his political enemies, several things stopped him. First was that a majority of the personnel were actually loyal to the United States, The Constitution and took their oaths seriously. Second, Nixon wasn’t a very likable person.
Under Clinton we started really seeing a change in how various Federal LEO’s operated. We had Ruby Ridge, and the Branch Davidians. The fallout from that was the Murrah building. Under Obama, the DoJ started to be weaponized. If the Democrat’s plan for the 2016 election had worked, and Felonia von Pantsuit had won, we would be in a full police state by now. Instead, she proved what an inept candidate she is and the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump took office.
Still, he was a neophyte and didn’t truly grasp just how deeply entrenched the Democrats were in the Justice system. We’ve seen the results of that over the last eight years. When Biden was installed as the figurehead president after the Tainted Election of 2020, the Democrats weaponization of the DoJ went full speed ahead. We saw how bad things got under Garland and Wray.
Now that President Trump is back in office, he has put people in place that he can trust who will and are beginning to dig out the rats in the Justice and Law Enforcement system. This is something that Democrats like Swalwell are worried about, hence his threats against any federal agent who arrests a Democrat. Perhaps it’s time for Director Patel to look into Eric Swalwell. I see a lot of smoke around him and where there is smoke, there is usually fire.
