Good day all. Not a day goes by that more information on the attempt to overthrow President Trump isn’t found and that is what has just happened. FBI Director Kash Patel located a large number of documents that had been hidden away. These documents weren’t just hidden, but appear to have been slated for destruction.
The documents were found in burn bags. These are bags that sensitive documents that are slated to be destroyed are put into and then later incinerated. What Director Patel found, and has turned over to the Congress, confirms even more details about the conspiracy to overthrow the elected president of the United States, Donald Trump. Here are the details from Fox News:
FBI Director Kash Patel found a trove of sensitive documents related to the origins of the Trump–Russia probe buried in multiple “burn bags” in a secret room inside the bureau, sources told Fox News Digital. Sources told Fox News Digital that multiple burn bags were found and filled with thousands of documents.
Since Kash Patel and later Dan Bongino became the Director and Assistant Directors of the FBI, they have, quite literally, been physically searching the Hoover building. These aren’t the only documents they’ve located. What they also found was that a lot of these documents were original and not digitized or logged anywhere. As I understand it, even documents slated to be destroyed are logged somewhere.
Sources told Fox News Digital that one of the documents FBI officials found in a burn bag was the classified annex to former special counsel John Durham’s final report, which includes the underlying intelligence he reviewed.
Excuse me? Isn’t this what members of congress have been asking about for years?
The declassification of the classified annex is being done in close coordination between CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Patel, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi and acting National Security Agency Director William Hartman.
There is a process for declassifying documents. One is the President of the United States simply saying “This is now declassified,” and the other is what is now being done. The latter way does take a bit longer as they go through and make sure that information that needs to remain classified isn’t released. That would be things like foreign sources and certain technical means of intelligence gathering.
The declassified annex will be transmitted to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, who ultimately will release the document to the public.
Which has been done and it was devastating. Here are the details of the release and the contents from the Washington Examiner:
The newly declassified annex to special counsel John Durham‘s 2023 report reveals that the Obama-era FBI failed to investigate credible intelligence indicating the Hillary Clinton campaign was orchestrating a plan to link President Donald Trump to Russia falsely, with indications that she expected the FBI would aid in the effort.
The 24-page annex, declassified Thursday at the direction of Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA), sheds additional light on what Durham called one of the most serious episodes of political weaponization in modern intelligence history.
The problem with the entire Durham investigation is that nothing came of it. Part of the problem was who was in charge at the time. (In the White House, it was a small cabal with Joe Biden as a senile figurehead. In the DoJ, Garland and Wray) They had every reason to bury the Durham investigation and that’s exactly what they did. (Hence the documents found in burn bags)
The release follows a recent string of disclosures from CIA Director John Ratcliffe and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, who earlier this month declassified dozens of pages of Trump-Russia documents. These include intelligence showing that by the spring and summer of 2016, the FBI had acted as “an accelerant” to Clinton-backed opposition research, chiefly the Steele dossier, that falsely portrayed Trump as a Russian asset.
“This was a Hillary Clinton plan,” Ratcliffe told Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures this week, “but part of it was an FBI plan to be an accelerant to that fake Steele dossier … pouring oil on the fire, amplifying the lie, and burying the truth.”
During President Trump’s 2016 campaign, he would occasionally chant “Lock her up!” referring to Felonia von Pantsuit’s history of alleged criminal activities, culminating with her private and well hack mail server. Once President Trump took office, he didn’t pursue criminal charges against Felonia. Today? I don’t think he’s feeling very generous towards her, or the others that tried to railroad him into prison on bogus charges. Returning to the Cox News story:
“Ultimately, the release of the classified annex will lend more credibility to the assertion that there was a coordinated plan inside the U.S. government to help the Clinton campaign stir up controversy connecting Trump to Russia,” the source, who was granted anonymity to discuss sensitive intelligence matters that have not yet been made public, told Fox News Digital.
“Mere days after this intelligence was collected, the FBI launched Crossfire Hurricane,” the source said. “It’s really hard to see how Brennan, Clapper and Comey are going to be able to explain this away.”
They aren’t going to be able to. What I want to see is Felonia herself being questioned on this whole mess. If she’s put under oath in front of a congressional committee, would assert the 5th Amendment or would she lie through her teeth?
Fox News Digital reached out to previous FBI Directors Christopher Wray and James Comey for comment and has not yet received any responses.
Those two are probably seeking the advice of counsel right about now.
“Just think about this,” Patel told Rogan. “Me, as director of the FBI, the former ‘Russiagate guy,’ when I first got to the bureau, found a room that Comey and others hid from the world in the Hoover Building, full of documents and computer hard drives that no one had ever seen or heard of. Locked the key and hid access and just said, ‘No one’s ever gonna find this place.'”
That sounds about Comey’s speed. He is going to be shown to be one of the worst directors of the FBI ever. It’s now looking like he was actively covering up the criminal actions of Felonia von Pantsuit so she would win the election and keep him on as Director. (Probably also for a little blackmail if needed. That’s also a long tradition of the FBI’s)
Patel and his staff have been working through the documents, some of which are related to sensitive investigations, including the FBI’s original Trump–Russia probe, known inside the bureau as Crossfire Hurricane.
There may very well be actual, legitimate investigatory documents in those bags.
The Fox News story then goes into the long history of the Crossfire Hurricane “Investigation” and Kash Patel’s role in blowing it apart. He was the one, working for the Representative Devin Nunes who discovered the widespread surveillance abuse of Carter Page.
“While most members of Congress were ready to ignore the unprecedented civil rights abuses against the Trump campaign and myself, Kash Patel’s training as a top public defender made him the perfect advocate for exposing one of the greatest election interference scandals of all time,” Page told Fox News Digital.
Patel was an integral part of the creation of a memo released by then-Chair Nunes in February 2018, which detailed the DOJ’s and FBI’s surveillance of Page under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
Nunes and Patel revealed that the infamous anti-Trump dossier funded by Democrats “formed an essential part” of the application to spy on Page.
“Kash was instrumental in unraveling the Russia collusion hoax and finding evidence of government malfeasance despite constant attempts by the FBI and DOJ to stonewall our investigation,” Nunes, who now chiefs Trump’s Truth Social site, told Fox News Digital earlier in 2025.
And now the absolute worst nightmare for the Democrats and crooked DoJ/FBI agents has happened. The plan was to destroy President Trump by any means necessary including manufacturing evidence that would put him in jail. When all that failed, they set it up so someone would have a clear shot at President Trump, literally. (You don’t really think the first attempt was due to flat out incompetence, do you?
Now the worst case scenario, as far as the conspirators are concerned, has happened. President Trump was reelected in a landslide and he has put people into place that were targeted by Comey, Wray and later Garland. If anyone has a motivation to find out the actual truth, it’s Kash Patel and it looks like he’s doing just that.
