Good day all. Once upon a time, John Bolton was considered to be a great mind who wanted the best for America. Because of this, Bolton was named by President Trump to be his National Security Advisor. On paper, it was a good hire. In reality, Bolton turned out to be nothing more then a deep state Uniparty Neocon warmonger.
Bolton apparently spent most of his time as the National Security Advisor trying to get the United States into war, primarily with Iran and working on his memoirs. When President Trump decided that he’d made a personnel mistake with Bolton, he fired him. Bolton didn’t handle this well and has since gone full on Never Trump. Now its getting worse for Bolton. It looks like he actually had the information that Tulsi Gabbard released and sat on it. Here are the details from the Daily Fetched:
Former National Security Advisor John Bolton has come under fire following the newly declassified documents released by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard on Wednesday. Bolton, along with other key officials, is now facing fresh scrutiny over his ties to the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation.
The story then does a basic recap of what the documents recently released by the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard. Moving down in the story, it now appears that John Bolton was made aware of all the Obama Russia files shenanigans and didn’t brief President Trump.
Now, new developments suggest that former National Security Advisor John Bolton obtained a classified memo in 2018 summarizing intelligence alleging that Brennan played a central role in developing the claims of collusion between Trump and Putin.
Bolton allegedly did not brief President Trump on the contents of the memo and instead secured it in a National Security Council safe.
“Sources tell me in 2018 former Trump Nat’l Security Adviser John Bolton received a classified memo summarizing the explosive report exposing how Brennan cooked up Putin-Trump intel, but Bolton stuck it in an NSC safe and never briefed Trump, believing the Brennan intel,” journalist Paul Sperry wrote on X.
That should tell you what John Bolton thought of the Greatest President of the 21st Century. This Deep State undercover operative deliberately hid critical, need to know information for President Trump.
The report raises concerns about whether senior officials within the Trump administration were withholding relevant information from the President at a critical time.
And, as we now know, they were. When President Trump took office the first time, he had to build a team from the ground up. He had no experience in how things worked in Washington. He knew how they were supposed to work as everyone in the nation does, but we also know what the reality is. President Trump made a number of bad hires when he took the advice of people he thought he could trust. Bolton was one of those hires.
As the broader investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia narrative ramps up, the Department of Justice and congressional oversight bodies continue to review these declassified materials.
John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey and a few others are already lawyering up. The DoJ is also looking at Barack Obama. There is no question that he was not only involved, but ordered the whole Russia Files business. However, he may be covered under the same presidential immunity as President Trump when the Biden/Garland DoJ declare Lawfare on him.
Now it looks like they might need to add John Bolton to the list. At the very least, he needs to answer some very pointed questions, both in front of Congress and the DoJ investigators. I’m not sure what, if any charges could be brought, but at the very least he can be shown for what he turned out to be. Just another Deep State, Uniparty, Neocon, Endless Warmongering RINO. He really should have just quietly stepped away from Washington and rested on his laurels. So much for the man once known as “The ‘Stache.”
