American liberals flee to Canada

Good day all. If you need more proof that being a Progressive Liberal Democrat is another term for bug house nuts, then this story may provide it. It seems that the Progressive Elites, are fleeing the United States as their influence wanes, and Canada seems to be where a lot of them are going.

Back in 2016, when President Trump won his first term, we saw hundreds of Hollywood Leftards announce that they were going to leave the United States. Almost none of them did, even though there were offers from people to pay for the one way tickets out.

After the Tainted Election of 2020, the Leftard Moonbats celebrated and we saw them double down on their WOKE DEI antics. Every time we saw another lawfare attack on President Trump and his supporters, these morons cheered. Then their worst nightmare occurred. President Trump was overwhelmingly reelected in 2024 and the Leftards had a collective meltdown.

Once again they started announcing that they were leaving the United States. The general reaction was “Sure you are, just like you did the first time.” However, it looks like the TDS is so strong in them that this time they’re actually doing it. Here are the details from Fox News:

As America’s elite increasingly seek “golden” visas across the globe, others are seeking “refugee status” closer to home. Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Board released data highlighting a spike in Americans moving to the Land of the Maple Leaf.

I find it amusing that these spoiled brats are claiming to be refugees. According the Canadian government, 245 idiots have filed for refugee status this year, on top of 204 last year.

The 245 Americans who applied surpassed the numbers of each previous full year since 2019, according to Reuters.

And why are these Leftards applying for refugee status in Canada? It looks like severe mental illness.

While the data does not specify the reasons Americans are seeking refugee status, many reports suggest political disagreements with the Trump administration.

Yale philosophy professor Jason Stanley, for example, told the Financial Times (FT) he accepted a position at the University of Toronto and cited academic freedom concerns.

“I believe in the values of academic freedom and defending democratic institutions … Not the idea that the proper response to authoritarians is to hide and hope you’re not next,” Stanley said.

First, it’s obvious this moonbat isn’t a refugee. He was offered a job and he took it. No big deal. The same thing happens with Canadians coming down here. Second, I would love to take a look at his ideas of “Academic Freedom” and “Democracy.” Would anyone care to place a small wager that he has always been quick to shut down any opinions that went against his beliefs? (Which are probably to the left of Karl Marx)

As for his comments on “Protecting Democracy,” First, the United States is not a democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic. There is a major difference. Second, I have no doubt that his ideas of Democracy include suppression of anyone who won’t vote the way he wants them to.

Historians Timothy Snyder and Marci Shore also accepted positions at the University of Toronto, according to FT.

I hate to be the one to break it to these clowns, but they aren’t refugees. They’re just working in Canada. Now if they want to go full bore and surrender their United States citizenship and become Canadians, go right ahead. No one will stop you and no one cares.

Leading up to the 2024 presidential election, various celebrities publicized their plans to move if President Trump was re-elected. Sharon Stone, Cher and Barbra Streisand all threatened to relocate, Fox News Digital previously reported.  Streisand once said she wouldn’t be able to “live in this country if he becomes president,” while Stone said she was “certainly considering a house in Italy.”

The last I looked, none of these has beens have actually left.

David Lesperance, a lawyer who represents ultra-high net-worth families, told Axios he is seeing people move to the U.K.

“A lot of the movement that we’re now seeing of Americans moving … would be people who don’t want to live in Trump’s America,” said Lesperance.

They much prefer the United States under the Democrats. The one where these elitist, left wing idiots are in charge and they can live the dream of being a plantation owner in the Antebellum South.

Canada-based Mohamed Bennis, an associate vice president at Arton Capital, previously spoke with Fox News Digital about the increase in “golden” visas. Political divisions, said Bennis, have influenced wealthy Americans to weigh their options. They’re not necessarily changing their primary residences, but they might be acquiring the freedom to have another option. He said that Malta, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Portugal are becoming increasingly popular for Americans seeking residency or citizenship through investment.

I suspect these people think that if they leave, it will make the average American rethink supporting President Trump and his ideas of Making America Great Again. In fact, just the opposite is happening. When we see all these clowns saying “We’re leaving!” people look at them and say:

This is the problem with these people. They are very self centered and narcissistic. They think the world revolves around them. When things don’t go their way, they throw a temper tantrum and run away. The people they truly despise, your average American working man and woman. The Average American has been forced to live through literal decades of abuse, decline and impoverishment, all to benefit the Progressive Liberal Democrat Elite.

The big difference between the two sides is that the “Little guy” didn’t throw a tantrum and run away. They stayed, suffered through all of the crap the Left has dumped on them and quietly worked to take back control. When Donald Trump arrived on the scene and proceeded to actually do what he said, the American people went “Finally!” Where the Left screams, rants, raves and threatens, the Center/Right simply buckled down and got to work. Now the Center/Right is in control and the Left can’t stand it.

If they all want to run away to other countries, let them. It gets them out of our way of Making American Great Again and reduces their ability to meddle and ruing things. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out losers.
