Good day all. A week ago, thank to the Schumer Shutdown, funding for SNAP, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, ran out. As expected, the Blue State Soros Attorneys General ran to the nearest Obama/Biden judge to issue an order to fund the program.
Two judges decided that it didn’t matter that all the appropriated fund had been spent and ordered President Trump to use a small contingency fund, set aside for disaster relief, to be used to fund the program. The problem was that it wasn’t enough money. President Trump also trolled the two judges about this. Now one of these idiots has decided that he is now in charge and issued an order that President Trump must fully fund SNAP. Here are the details from Fox News:
A federal judge in Rhode Island on Thursday ordered the Trump administration to fully fund the nation’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) food aid program by Friday, rejecting the administration’s effort to only partially fund the benefits program for some 42 million low-income Americans.
“People have gone without for too long,” U.S. District Judge Jack McConnell said in court Thursday.
Oh wow! The deadbeat class has gone a whole week without their taxpayer provided free money. Oh woe is me.
He scolded the Trump administration for failing to comply with the order he issued last week, which required the U.S. Department of Agriculture to fund the SNAP benefits programs before its funds were slated to lapse on Nov. 1 — marking the first time in the program’s 60-year history that its payments were halted.
President Trump asked this judge how he could legally and constitutionally comply with the original order. As you would expect, all President Trump received as a reply was the sound of crickets chirping. This didn’t stop this black robed fool from blaming the Trump administration.
The judge also said Trump officials failed to address a known funding distribution problem that could cause SNAP payments to be delayed for weeks or months in some states. He ordered the USDA to tap other contingency funds as needed.
“It’s likely that SNAP recipients are hungry as we sit here,” McConnell said Thursday.
To be perfectly honest, if you look at a large number of these “Starving” welfare queens, they could afford to miss a few meals…or a few dozen.
Trump administration officials said in a court filing this week that they would pay just 65% of the roughly $9 billion owed to fund the SNAP program for November, prompting the judge to update his order and give the administration just 24 hours to comply.
Or what? Are you going to issue another illegal order telling the treasury to print money?
“The evidence shows that people will go hungry, food pantries will be overburdened, and needless suffering will occur,” McConnell said. “That’s what irreparable harm here means.”
This shithead, and you can see how angry I am with this black robed tyrant since I’m using language I don’t normally use, has now officially crossed the line. He has willfully violated the Constitution of the United States and now needs to be removed from the bench. If this means indicting and arresting him on insurrection and sedition, then so be it.
As of now, the Trump Administration has appealed the order. If the Appeals court doesn’t knock this idiot down, then it will go to the Supreme Court. In the mean time, I think President Trump should take a page from the legendary, (But probably didn’t happen), comment to a Supreme Court order. “Jack McConnell has made his decision, now let him enforce it!”

Well, that didn’t take long. The Trump Administration appealed and the Supreme Court has shut down the order to fully fund SNAP. What is more surprising was who handled the appeal. It was Ketanji Brown Jackson.
