How can we miss Mike Pence when he won’t go away?

Good day all. Since 2020, former Vice President and well know backstabbing deep state sleaze, Mike Pence has been trying to make himself relevant to the Republican Base. The problem with this, is the Base is made up of people who support President Trump and know that when called upon, Pence followed the instructions of the Deep State Elite.

Over the President Trump’s interregnum, Pence, who could have tried to make amends has actually doubled down and gone full Never Trump. Now he has decided that HE is the gatekeeper of Conservatism. Here are the details from the National Pulse:

Former Vice President Mike Pence attacked figures including Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Tucker Carlson, and WarRoom host Stephen K. Bannon, while announcing a new book on his version of conservative values.

First, Tucker Carlson has managed over the last few years, since he was fired by Fox, to seriously damage his reputation. I know that I don’t pay any attention to him and haven’t for some time. I don’t follow Steve Bannon at all and have no idea what he’s ranting and raving about these days. As for RFK Jr.? He’s doing what needs to be done with the CDC. Clean up the corruption and push back on Big Pharma. I don’t know what Pence’s problem with him is. I suspect we will find out.

Former Vice President Mike Pence has publicly attacked America First public figures, including Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Tucker Carlson, and WarRoom host and former Trump White House Chief Strategist Stephen K. Bannon, claiming their politics are contrary to what he claims is traditional conservatism. This announcement comes as he prepares to release his upcoming book, What Conservatives Believe: Rediscovering the Conservative Conscience.

As I mentioned above, attacking Tucker Carlson these days is going after low hanging fruit. As more people come to understand what Carlson is saying, they are tuning him out and reducing him to irrelevancy.

Pence complained about the Republican Party’s shift towards “more isolationist views,” particularly with respect to President Trump’s reluctance to heavily involve the U.S. in the war between Russia and Ukraine.

There is a reason for this. We saw how the Bush administration decided to go after Saddam Hussein when there really wasn’t any reason to. This is on top of not going all in with regards to Afghanistan. The Neocons in the Bush Administration were more interested in nation building, rebuilding contracts on the taxpayer’s dime and playing world police then in looking out for the interests of the United States of America.

He also attacked President Trump’s tariffs, aimed at protecting American workers from unfair competition with foreign producers, and smeared HHS Secretary Kennedy, a former Democrat, as “pro-abortion”—despite the fact that he has advanced no pro-abortion policies in office.

Pence was particularly exercised over the fact that President Trump and some American conservatives no longer offer unconditional support to Israel and even criticize its actions at times, insisting that “There’s no room in the conservative movement for opposing American support for Israel, and there’s absolutely no room in the conservative movement for antisemitism.”

The only part of this statement is correct is that antisemitism cannot be tolerated. The few criticisms made were minor and dealt with certain specific things. Now what actually happened was President Trump provided Israel with what they needed, unlike the Biden Maladministration. Biden and his handlers were pretty much cheering on Hamas. What President Trump did was get Hamas to agree to something they didn’t want to do. However, if Hamas plays their usual games, President Trump was quite willing to send in the B-52 renovation crew.

He even claims that he has “long-held the belief that literally, since the American founding, the support for Israel and return of the Jewish people to their historic homeland came straight out of the heart of the American people,” despite the fact that the American founding predates the modern State of Israel by 172 years.

Pence should just do a MacArthur and just fade away into the obscurity he so deserves. He is a classic country club RINO that no one trusts.

Pence became extremely unpopular among grassroots conservatives after betraying President Trump following the 2020 election, with his failed bid for the Republican nomination seeing him trail far behind candidates such as Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley, who themselves trailed far behind President Trump.

Ron DeSantis has done great work as Governor of Florida. His problem was that he thought he could be the 2024 Republican nominee. People kept telling him it wasn’t his time yet. If he had not been a dick, he probably would have been the Vice President and well set up to be president in 2028. Still, there will be a place for him in the Vance Administration, someplace where his talents can be put to good use. Perhaps Secretary of State?

As for Nikki Haley, she’s done. She went totally off the deep end and attacked President Trump. She was another who could have had a good shot at some major position, and instead, she embraced the Deep State and the Country Club Neocon Republicans. She’s only slight more popular then Liz Cheney.

Pence is only relevant to the Country Club Neocon RINO set, a group that is basically dying off. After his betrayal of President Trump, no one in the Republican Party is paying any attention to him. He is everything that was wrong with the Republican Party when the Bush and Cheney families controlled it. Now they are gone and Mike Pence should just take the hint.
