Good day all. There is a group of about 50 COB, (Clinton, Obama, Biden), judges that have been attempting to usurp powers that they do not have. One of these is Judge Indira Talwani.
Recently, the Big Beautiful Bill stripped federal funding from Planned Parenthood. I’m not going to go into the whole abortion thing. I’ve already made my thoughts on it in the past. This isn’t about that so much as it is about this power mad black robed tyrant issuing an order for the federal government to provide Taxpayer funds to Planned Parenthood. Here are the details from the Post Millennial:
Massachusetts Judge Indira Talwani has blocked the stoppage of Medicaid funds going to Planned Parenthood. Congress passed the defunding of Planned Parenthood as part of the Big, Beautiful Bill in July.
Talwani ruled in the case filed by 22 Democratic-led states, which argued that the criteria for the ban on funding were too vague. As part of the defunding law, the states would have had to determine which government-funded health care providers were doing abortions and stop funding them entirely, including those services that were not banned, which patients may rely on.
I’m sorry, but no. This Libtard Bimbo has finally crossed the line. She pulled this stunt during the Schumer Shutdown with SNAP payments. That was rendered moot when the Schumer Shutdown was ended. However, there is no question on this one. It was passed by the House, the Senate and signed into law by the president of the United States.
In the ruling, she acknowledged the states’ complaint, saying, “Plaintiff States argue that Section 71113 fails to provide clear notice in two ways: first, they contend that the definition of a ‘prohibited entity,’ together with the provision’s effective date, imposes vague and contradictory conditions on them; and second, they argue that removing ‘prohibited entities’ from health care providers eligible to provide care for Medicaid participants is a retroactive condition that the Plaintiff States could not have anticipated when they joined Medicaid.”
The story goes into some of the details of this idiots ruling. Basically, she’s saying that she can’t figure out what Congress wanted so she is going to tell them what to do.
The DOJ has seven days to appeal her ruling and that ruling only applies to the states that brought the suit, as well as Washington, DC. Planned Parenthood issued a statement on the ruling, saying “The district court again recognized the ‘defund’ law for what it is: unconstitutional and dangerous.”
I have no doubt that this will be appealed. I also have no doubt that her order will be overturned. I also won’t be surprised if Talwani ends up facing impeachment. She has repeatedly crossed lines she should know enough to not even approach. The one thing Congress will not tolerate is the Judicial branch trying to usurp Congress’s power of the purse. They have shut the money off and that’s that.
This is yet another ruling by the Democrat’s COB judges to block the will of the voters. They flat out refuse to accept that they lost the election. They made a big stink about the off year elections last month and how they “Won Big!”
What the Democrats and their Propaganda Corps are not acknowledging is that outside of Virginia they didn’t flip a single seat. (Even in Virginia, it was the northern county and the Cities that allowed them to win the governorship) The recent election in Tennessee put paid to that idea. These activist judges are pushing so hard that there will come a point where the administration tells them “Good luck enforcing your order.” If they want to create a constitutional crises, they are well on their way to doing so.
