Good day all. Currently, there is a case in front of the Supreme Court. The case is Trump v. Slaughter and involves whether the Executive Branch actually has control over the bureaucracy. Last March, President Trump fired Rebecca Slaughter and Alvaro Bedoya from the Federal Trade Commission.
Slaughter took offense at this and sued to get her job back saying that the President had no ability to fire her. Eventually it ended up in front of the Supreme Court and arguments were held December 8th. What stood out was Associate Justice and Biden DEI hire Ketanji Brown Jackson saying that the bureaucrats should be running things, not the elected government. Here are the details from the Gateway Pundit:
Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson unleashed a full-throttle defense of unelected bureaucrats on Monday during oral arguments in Trump v. Slaughter, openly arguing that presidents should not be allowed to fire the PhDs, doctors, and so-called “experts” who run America’s “independent commission” scam.
In other words, bureaucrats should outrank the elected President of the United States.

Yes, that idiot actually said that only the Elite Experts should be allowed to run the country. I also have no doubt that KBJ counts herself in that group. Now this case stems from President Trump deciding to can Slaughter and Bedoya from the FTC. I don’t recall the reasoning, although I do remember this happening. Slaughter sued and as expected, a COB judge order her to be restored to her job.
In July, Biden-appointed U.S. District Judge Loren AliKhan overrode the firing and ordered Slaughter reinstated. The D.C. Circuit, stacked with Obama judges, upheld her decision, citing the 90-year-old case Humphrey’s Executor.
The corruption of the Judicial branch by the Democrats is reaching a crises point. These jumped up judicial tyrants are working to end the Constitution and institute rule by the Democrats and their appointed “Experts.” These fools really can’t see where this is going to lead.
The Supreme Court, on the other hand, does see how bad the inferior courts rulings have been and have been slapping them down hard and repeatedly. Even they are getting fed up with the lower courts. Well most of Justices that is.
The Supreme Court on Monday held explosive oral arguments for over two hours.
During the argument, Justice Jackson launched into a “No Kings” rant, claiming that presidents should have almost no control over scientists, economists, regulators, and other “experts” in Washington’s bureaucratic empire.
According to Jackson, the President, elected by millions of Americans, should NOT control:
• Transportation authorities
• Economic regulators
• The Federal Reserve
• Multimember agency boards
• Vast sectors of federal policymaking
She even insisted that “these issues should not be in presidential control.”
Jackson is not just incompetent, she is an actual threat to the Constitution of the United States. The Gateway Pundit quotes Jackson’s idiocy. She starts out by warning about monarchy and claims that allowing the president to actually preside would make the president a king.

The good news is that the other justices weren’t having it. Justice Kavanaugh weighed in.
Justice Brett Kavanaugh asked what happens when a future president is intentionally sabotaged by the prior administration through strategic stacking of independent agencies with officials who cannot be removed.
“I want to give you a chance to deal with the hard hypothetical. When both Houses of Congress and the President are controlled by the same party, they create a lot of these independent agencies or extend some of the current independent agencies into these kinds of situations so as to thwart future Presidents of the opposite party.”
Independent agencies are NOT accountable to the people. They’re not elected as Congress and the president are, exercising MASSIVE power over individual liberty and billion-dollar industries, whether it’s the FCC or the FTC…”
Which has been going on for the better part of a century, primarily by the Democrats. One of these agencies, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, was deliberately set up to be outside all control of the President and Congress. What Biden’s DEI hire, Ketanji Brown Jackson is claiming is that this is a good thing, as long as the “Right” people are the ones running things.
From the reports I’ve been reading, it appears that most of the justices aren’t sympathetic to the idea of “Independent” agencies that are outside the control of the Executive branch. If the Supreme Court decides in the Administration’s favor, the so called “Independent agencies” will be declared unconstitutional and restore the power of the presidency to remove bureaucrats who he or she decides is not working in the Nation’s best interests. If this happens, I expect President Trump to really start cleaning house.

As for Ketanji Brown Jackson? We need to find a way to remove that incompetent cow from the Supreme Court. Sadly there are only three ways. Impeachment, which the Democrats will block because they have moved to being a totalitarian party and she is doing what they want her to do. Second would be to force her to resign. Finally another way would be if a criminal case is brought against her.
We are going to be spending decades cleaning up the mess left by Obama, Biden and to some extent, Clinton and Bush that is the judicial branch. I can see an amendment to the Constitution that either limits the term a judge spends on the bench, or a way to remove them for cause that doesn’t require the impeachment process. (Perhaps a national recall petition?)
