Good day all. Minnesota appears to be rapidly moving towards outright rebellion against the United States government. The recent shooting of a woman who tried to kill a Federal agent has set off the libtards, AWFLs, Karens and communists. It looks like the shooting is going to be ruled justified. However, this isn’t sitting well with Keith Ellison, the Attorney General of Minnesota.

Ellison, who is a hard left Democrat, (Actually, he probably is a communist), has decided that once again, the facts in a case don’t matter and he will railroad someone he doesn’t like into prison. Here are the details from Fox News:
Following the fatal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)-involved shooting of Renee Nicole Good last Wednesday in Minneapolis, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison emphasized that “there is no statute of limitations on murder,” suggesting the agent involved could face charges at a later date if political leadership changes.

During a Thursday appearance on “The Jim Acosta Show,” Ellison asserted that “there is no absolute immunity” for the agent who shot and killed Good, contradicting Vice President JD Vance’s claim following the shooting.
“For anyone watching your show, Jim, there is no absolute immunity. It’s untrue. And there is no statute of limitations on murder, by the way,” he told Acosta. “And that’s something that they should keep in mind because they’re not always going to be in power, and we will make the justice system operate on the basis of fairness, justice and truth one day again.”
There are a few issues with Ellison’s comment/threat. First is the actual evidence. There is no question that Good was interfering with Federal Agents in the performance of their lawful duties. Second, there is a tone of evidence that Good, at best, attempted to flee and at worst intended to run down the federal agent. Third, that agent was injured seriously enough to be hospitalized. Finally, there is that pesky little thing called the Supremacy Claus in the Constitution. This is totally a federal matter, not a state matter.
Following up on Ellison’s assertion, Acosta said, “And if you have to wait until 2029, so be it,” seeming to imply that a presidential win for Democrats in 2028 could lead to the agent’s prosecution.
“That’s what it is, you know what I mean?” Ellison concurred. “There’s a reason why a statute of limitations on murder doesn’t exist. It’s because when you snatch a person’s life away, it leaves an indelible print on everyone around them. People can’t unsee this.”
It looks to me that this scumball has decided he is going to go after this agent and the facts and evidence be damned. It isn’t like this hasn’t happened before. This POS railroaded the officers involved with the George Floyd incident into prison. There is no way that the officer now doing 30 years got a fair trial and I’ve seen reports that the so called “Forensic Medical Evidence” was manufactured by the Medical Examiner. Floyd died from an overdose of Fentanyl, not from a knee on his neck. Without question, Ellison knew all this and didn’t care.
Ellison noted that for people like Good’s wife and children, their lives have “been altered forever,” which is why “justice is not going to go to sleep or go away.”

“We will pursue this to its logical, factual end,” Ellison added.
No, you won’t. Your “Logical end” is that agent in prison no matter what. His mentality is exactly the same as that of Lavrentiy Beria. He was the head of the Soviet Secret police under Josef Stalin and one of his quotes fits what Ellison is planning to a tee.
“Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime”
On Tuesday, a top Department of Justice (DOJ) official said the department would not pursue a criminal civil rights investigation into the agent involved in Good’s death.
They won’t because they see this as a case of self defense. If you look at the videos, the entire incident, from Good initially backing up until the agent fired was about two seconds. He almost went under the SUV. In case you didn’t know, and the only way you can’t know is because you are a stupid Liberal Democrat retard, a 4000 pound car is going to do a lot of damage.
Federal officials said that when Good drove forward in her vehicle toward the ICE officer, he acted in self-defense and described the driver’s actions as “an act of domestic terrorism.”

I don’t know about domestic terrorism, but attempted murder of a federal agent? That definitely fits. Keith Ellison needs to shut the f**k up. In fact, I think he had better start worrying about himself. An investigation has now been opened regarding how he and the other elected and appointed officials allowed billions of dollars to be stolen under their watch. Personally, I think there is a better chance of Ellison standing trial then the agent he wants to railroad.
