Good day all. This is a breaking story. The organizer of the “Protest” of the church in St. Paul has been arrested. Don Lemon seems to have escaped justice, for now.
As you may be aware, Anti-Ice insurrectionists have been assaulting anyone who they think might be associated with Immigration and Custom Enforcement. This is why a group of idiotic libtards decided to storm a church during a religious service. They decided that the pastor worked for ICE.
Since then more and more information has come out, including a post by the organizer of the “protest” that listed everyone involved. This included former CNN blowhard Don Lemon. Now two of these people have been taken into custody by federal agents. Here are the details from Fox News:
Federal authorities have arrested two anti-ICE agitators after a mob stormed a church service in St. Paul, Minnesota, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Thursday.
Bondi named Nekima Levy Armstrong and Chauntyll Louisa Allen as the suspects. FBI Director Kash Patel said Armstrong’s arrest was in connection with a violation of the FACE Act, which prohibits interfering with the exercise of religion at a place of worship.
The FACE Act, (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act), was passed to stop people protesting in front of abortion clinics. It’s always been of questionable constitutionality and it has been abused by Democrat DoJ prosecutors. One of the people charged under this act was a man who was down the street and who’s son was attacked by someone who worked in the clinic. He was acquitted in what was clearly a political prosecution.
What I wasn’t aware of is it also protects church goers as well. In this case, these “Protesters” weren’t marching around outside in front of the building. They stormed in and disrupted the service. This would be no different then pro-life protesters if they stormed into a clinic and disrupted it.
Allen was charged with conspiracy to deprive rights, the Department of Homeland Security said.
“Minutes ago at my direction, HSI and FBI agents executed an arrest in Minnesota. So far, we have arrested Nekima Levy Armstrong, who allegedly played a key role in organizing the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota,” Bondi wrote on X.
“A second arrest has been made at my direction. Chauntyll Louisa Allen has been taken into custody,” she announced minutes later.
“We will share more updates as they become available. Listen loud and clear: WE DO NOT TOLERATE ATTACKS ON PLACES OF WORSHIP,” she added.
It certainly helps the DoJ that Nekima Levy Armstrong was stupid enough to post a list of people who were involved in the “Protest.”
Armstrong, whose website identifies her as a civil rights lawyer and “scholar-activist,” helped to organize the storming of Cities Church in in St. Paul on Sunday.
She is an actual lawyer and she posted a list of people involved? Is she stupid? What am I saying? Of course she is!
Allen is a member of the St. Paul School Board who also helped organize the protest.
I wonder if they’re also going to add conspiracy charges as well?
Armstrong continued to harass people connected with the church as recently as Wednesday, when she accused one of its pastors of having a “conflict of interest” due to working for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Armstrong claimed in a Facebook post that one of the church’s pastors is a leader at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
I have no idea if the pastor is associated with ICE and frankly, I don’t care. What these clowns did crossed a line. If they had pulled this in other states, at best, they would have gotten the snot kicked out of them. At worst? A few would have been removed in body bags.
In a September 26 post, Armstrong had high praise for Joanne Chesimard, also known as Assata Shakur, who was convicted of the murder of State Trooper Werner Foerster in 1977. Armstrong called her “a brave, wise, powerful, and revolutionary Black woman.”
This cow is to stupid to be allowed out without a keeper. Well, it looks like she’s going to be a guest of the federal prison system along with Chauntyll Louisa Allen. I suspect that the FBI is looking at arresting others as well. However, it doesn’t appear that Dimbulb Don Lemon will be one of them. I leftist magistrate, (Not a judge), denied the warrant to arrest that hamster molesting jerk. I assume this will be appealed to a real judge in the next day or so.
The good news is that every single person in that church has grounds to sue that sleazeball into bankruptcy. (They can also sue everyone else as well who was involved in that invasion) I’m also wondering if the Racketeering laws can also be used as well? At least Bondi has actually done something. Now if we can just get her to charge all the Biden maladministration criminals, starting with Garland and Wray.
