Good day all. Now that the Democrats have regained control of Virginia, they have started moving to destroy the state and institute a dictatorship. They’ve put forward bills to cancel the 2nd Amendment, massive tax increases and outlaw the Republican party.
Ok, that last one is a bit over the top. However, one bill that has been proposed would, for all intents and purposes legalize the same fraud we’re seeing in all the other Democrat controlled states. Here are the details from Fox Business News:
A Democratic Virginia lawmaker is backing a bill that would ban the state from verifying a nonprofit’s eligibility to provide and receive federal taxpayer benefits, a move that comes as scrutiny over the misuse of taxpayer funds continues to intensify.
The introduction of House Bill 1369 by Virginia Democratic state Del. Jessica Anderson came in the wake of a massive fraud scandal involving nonprofits in Minnesota and amid pressure by the Trump administration for states to enact better oversight of how taxpayer money is spent.
“No state agency responsible for the administration of federal funds shall impose a requirement on a nonprofit charitable organization providing a federal public benefit to determine, verify, or otherwise require proof of eligibility of any applicant for such benefits,” the one-page bill states.
I wonder what rock this Democrat crawled out from under? The last report of the fraud amounts is closing in on $19 billion dollars. There are estimates that the amount of money stolen each year could approach $1+ trillion dollars. There has been some discovered in Red states, and many are now working with the Federal Government to both stop this and find the people who stole the money. Most of the fraud so far discovered has been in Blue States. Now this idiot wants to make it easier to steal from the Taxpayers?
Currently there have been some 80 arrests and a number of convictions in the Minnesota fraud scandal. It’s so bad that now the DoJ is looking into how the state authorities allowed this to happen. There is a fair chance that some of that money found it’s way into the pockets of certain elected officials at potentially the highest levels of the Minnesota government.
Instead of learning from all what is happening in Minnesota and other blue states, this nitwit wants to double down on it. Now I am going to ask the question. What does Delegate Jessica Anderson stand to gain if any mechanisms to discover and stop fraud in Virginia are shut down by her bill, should it become law?
