Good day all. As you may have noticed, the Democrats have taken full control of Virginia and they have wasted no time in asserting their plans to tear up the constitutions of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Currently, they are in the process of outlawing the ownership of firearms, massively increasing taxes on anything they can think of, protecting illegal aliens and making it easier for criminals to prey on innocent people. As for the honest citizens? They are moving to pass laws that are, on their face, blatantly unconstitutional. One of these is putting drones over your home and property to spy on you. Here are the details from the Western Journal:
Virginia Democrats are advancing legislation to grant an environmental department permission to use “unmanned aircraft systems” without a warrant “for the implementation and enforcement” of some green regulations.
The legislation would amend an existing bill, which currently lists some exemptions for Virginia government bodies to use drones without a warrant, including for cases involving missing children or suspects at large. The amendment would allow the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality to control “unmanned aircraft systems” without a warrant in order to enforce programs spanning from water and wetlands protection to erosion and sediment control, according to the amendment.
So basically, they can send drones over your property at will, and if they find something, arrest you. So much for the 4th Amendment’s right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.
Democratic State Assemblyman Alfonso Lopez of Virginia introduced the amendment. Lopez did not respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.
Of course he didn’t. That petty tyrant knows that this is both unconstitutional and liable to set people off.
“Adds the Department of Environmental Quality to the list of exceptions to the warrant requirement for the use of an unmanned aircraft system by public bodies for the implementation and enforcement of the Virginia Water Resources and Wetlands Protection Program, the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Act, and erosion and sediment control in localities without a Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Program,” a summary of the amendment reads.
I foresee some skeet shooting opportunities in Virginia if this load of manure is passed and becomes law.

The modern Democrat party is no different then any of the 20th century totalitarian parties. Those would be the Fascist Party of Italy, the Communist Party everywhere and, of course, the Nazi Party.
Democrats have introduced legislation aimed at a range of issues, from embedding “transgender and queer” history across children’s curricula to expanding parole for convicts.
So much for what the parents want. I do not see that ending well. The Democrats in Virginia are also getting ready to unleash their current favorites, convicted murders, rapists, armed robbers and, of course, pedophiles on the innocent people of Virginia.
This drone plan is probably going to pass and it will be challenged along with everything else that pack of criminals pretending to be a political party is about to shove down the throats of the citizens of Virginia. If you think it’s only going to be used for “Environmental” reasons, I have a few bridges you might be interested in.
I suspect there is going to be a very big and loud split between the State and all the Republican counties that didn’t vote for these tyrants. There already has been some talk about seceding from Virginia and joining with West Virginia, similar to the “Greater Idaho” plan out west. I’m beginning to worry that Kurt Schlichter was a prophet, not a retired lawyer and novelist. As to what happens with the drone spying on you bill? We will have to see how that goes.
