Good day all. For about a year now, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, along with Border Control agents have be rounding up and deporting hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens. The overwhelming majority of these illegals are also guilty of other crimes as well.
The problem we have been seeing are the Democrat controlled cities and states. They have been actively interfering with ICE operations. Then you have all the “Activists” who have been flat out attacking agents. Two of these activists have been killed. One tried to run down an agent and the other is still under investigation. (That may have been an Officer Involved Shooting that was triggered by an accidental discharge. Basically a Final Destination scenario)
The Democrats have been fighting President Trump over the expulsion of illegal aliens almost since day one of his administration. They have called on their COB judges to stop any deportations. However, much like their blocking the voter ID bill called the SAVE ACT, the Democrats are on the wrong side of the immigration issue. Here are the details from the Western Journal:
Newly released polling indicates that a clear majority of Americans are supportive of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and believe they should be left unobstructed.
Some 57 percent of Americans believe that ICE agents “should be able to do their job without being impeded or harassed,” according to polling conducted by Plymouth Union Public Research. The survey, which gauged public sentiment on President Donald Trump’s immigration enforcement agenda and the conduct of deportation officers, found that most Americans generally want to see illegal immigration addressed.
First, this story was published on January 25th. Second, I think those number might be on the low side, There are plenty of people, myself included, who won’t take polls or if we do, we will lie.
“Voters broadly see illegal immigration as a serious issue that President Trump is properly addressing,” the survey said. “There is clear openness for enforcement measures and general approval of the current approach, especially efforts to disrupt cartels and hold foreign actors accountable.”
People saw what happened in the first Trump administration. He was well on his way to securing the border and removing illegal aliens. Then we had the Tainted Election of 2020 and the installation of the worst president in American history, Joe Biden.
We know he really wasn’t running anything and the then Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas threw open the borders and allowed millions of illegals into the country. Hundreds of thousands of them were also criminals in their own countries and continued their crime waves here. Biden and Mayorkas’s excuses were that it was impossible to secure the border.
Once President Trump returned to office, he quickly moved to lock the border down again and finish the Border Wall that Biden wanted torn down. The last reports I saw were that border crossings were way down from the high point of thousands per day, proving that Biden and Mayorkas were flat out liars.
“Support extends to ICE officers enforcing these policies. Voters emphasize respect for their service and the need to let them do their jobs,” the survey’s findings added. “By contrast, organized efforts to obstruct enforcement draw limited sympathy and appear confined to a small but vocal slice of the electorate.”
Correction. A small, vocal and violent slice of the electorate. These “Protesters” are actually paid professional agitators. Now the DoJ and FBI are starting the laborious task of following the money being used to fund these terrorists through all the shell companies and NGO’s.
Respondents strongly believed border enforcement to be a priority, with 74 percent of those surveyed stating that fighting illegal immigration is “an important issue” for both President Donald Trump and Congress to fix, according to the survey. Only 7 percent of respondents declared the issue “not important at all.”
There is no question that the Immigration system needs a complete overhaul. However, we also need to deal with the 20+ million people in this country illegally. We also need to deal with the likes of Judge James Boasberg and other judges like him who have decided that they are the ones in control of immigration policy in this country, not the Executive and legislative branches.
The survey further found that 58 percent of Americans believe ICE agents put their lives on the line to keep the public safe and 57 percent believe ICE agents have the “dangerous job of keeping us safe from violent criminals.” A slim majority, 51 percent, also approve of using ICE agents to combat illegal immigration.
That last one, the “slime majority” who also approve of using ICE agents to fight illegal immigration? The last I checked, that was their job. I think we need to see ho that particular question was formatted.
“Overall, the center of public opinion favors the America First message of fighting illegal immigration and supporting ICE agents protecting our communities,” the Plymouth Union Public Research survey concluded.
Anti-ICE demonstrations have rocked Minneapolis and have cropped up in other major cities across the country. Democrats in Minnesota have sued to remove ICE agents from the state, and congressional Democrats have threatened to withhold funding from the agency unless major reforms are enacted.
These so called demonstrations are nothing less then flat out insurrection. We have seen dozens of attacks on ICE and other federal agents, usually terrorists ramming federal vehicles and in several cases, actually firing on federal agents.
As for the Democrats, they do not want illegal aliens removed from the United States. In fact, they want millions more to come in. One reason is to use them for the 2030 census. The idea is that they will gravitate towards states that are Democrat controlled, increasing their population and thereby giving them more house seats.
Eventually, the Democrats want them to be given citizenship so they will vote for Democrats thereby ending any hope of the Republicans of gaining control of the government. This is called the “Great Replacement Theory.” The idea is that native born Americans are moving away from the Democrats so they need to dilute their votes with people who have no interest in the American way of life.
Now one thing about polls. They are about as accurate as predicting the weather 20 years down the road. It all depends on how questions are formulated, how many people they reach and a number of other variables. Back in the days of landlines and no cellphones, polling was much easier. The polling companies knew just who they were reaching out to. These days? Mobile numbers are transportable. Someone who has a Texas area code may actually live in Michigan.
However, despite the best efforts of the Democrats and their legacy media propaganda corp, President Trump is keeping his word to the best of his ability. Whenever a 10 year old girl is raped by some foreign pedophile, and people see that the only reason he was here was due to Democrat policies, the anger increases.
Now that the midterms are coming up, we’re going to see a flat out war start between the Democrats and the Republicans. It might not involve guns, probably, but it will be a fight to the bitter end. The Democrats are already working on how they can steal more elections. If they somehow manage to gain control of the house and senate again, they will start trying to impeach everyone. We have seen how they are threatening to arrest everyone who opposes them. It’s time to take them at their word and the best way to handle it is to send them packing.
