Good day all. Back in the interim between President Trump’s first term and his current term, the Biden Maladministration declared lawfare on President Trump and anyone close to him. One of the things the Biden Regime did was declare that President Trump didn’t have any Executive Privilege.
This was done to force several of President Trump’s advisors to testify against him on the bogus charges the Democrats and RINO’s were trying to bring against him. In the end, it all failed and President Trump was reelected in a landslide in 2024. Now the shoe is on the other foot and President Trump has just announced that Biden doesn’t have executive privilege. Here are the details from Fox News:
President Donald Trump rejected former President Joe Biden’s assertion of executive privilege over a tranche of documents requested by the Senate as part of various probes into the 46th president, determining it is “not in the best interests of the United States.”
White House counsel David Warrington wrote Monday in a letter addressed to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and obtained by Fox News Digital that Trump “does not uphold the former President’s assertion of privilege” over records sought in four congressional probes. The letter directs NARA to provide the materials to Congress.
Well. Isn’t that a fine kettle of fish. You had Biden, who hated President Trump, who, along with his handlers and all the Obama people, doing everything they could to get Trump. If any of his advisers talked with President Trump, then as far as the Biden Maladministration was concerned, they had no rights and would be forced to testify and provide documents. Now the shoe, as they say, is on the other foot.
The dispute centers on documents related to investigations into Biden’s health, alleged politically motivated probes into Trump and his allies, and the Biden family’s financial dealings, which Republicans argue go to the heart of Congress’ constitutional authority to conduct oversight.
One thing that executive privilege doesn’t cover is criminal activities. For instance, Nixon ordering the cover-up of the Watergate break in. We now know that Biden was not mentally competent to be president of the United States and may have been so before the election. We also know that the Biden family was not above selling influence. The lawfare conducted against President Trump and others is arguably the worst violation of constitutional and civil rights of American citizens in decades.
The letter came as a response to communication from NARA on Dec. 10 informing the White House that the former president had asserted executive privilege over the requested materials.
David Warrington said the assertion “is not justified” as to documents identified in two letters Biden sent to NARA on Oct. 22 and Dec. 3.
The first category of documents involved a request from the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations for records related to what the letter described as the “coverup of former President Biden’s health and cognitive decline.”
Honestly, I can’t see how that could be covered under executive privilege. Biden’s mental acuity, or lack there of, was a concern on many levels, not the least of which was the handling of America’s nuclear weapons. If something happened that required the president to order a release of nuclear weapons, would that dementia patient have even understood what was going on?
“The abuse of the autopen that took place during the Biden Presidency, and the extraordinary efforts to shield President Biden’s diminished faculties from the public, must be subject to a full accounting to ensure nothing similar ever happens again,” Warrington wrote, quoting a prior letter.
Oh yes, the Autopen. It looks like that Biden didn’t actually sign a number of orders personally and that they were all done by autopen. One such order involved freezing natural gas permits. When confronted by Mike Johnson, Biden stated that he had never signed any such order. This means that one of two things happened. Either Biden was so far gone mentally that he couldn’t remember a major order that affected a major industry, or he never actually authorized that order in the first place. My personal belief is that it was the latter. The order was issued by whoever was handling Biden.
Biden also asserted privilege over two Senate Judiciary Committee requests concerning “coordinated efforts by the Biden administration against President Trump and his staff through politically motivated investigations.”
The White House argued that “the constitutional protections of executive privilege should not be used to shield from Congress evidence of a President’s efforts to imprison his opponent.”
This one is a no brainer. Every day, more and more information comes out of the blatant violations of the Constitution, the Rule of Law and the civil rights of the people being targeted by Joe Biden, Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray. We can’t do anything regarding Biden, but the others? They should be jailed for what they did or tried to do. (Ok, we will give them the rights they were denying everyone else)
A third set of documents related to the “Biden family’s financial dealings and potential conflicts of interest,” the letter noted, referencing Biden’s use of private email accounts and his work on Ukraine as vice president while his son Hunter Biden held a lucrative position on the board of an energy company there.
And that would revolve around all the financial irregularities, (Graft, corruption, shell companies, etc), that has been discovered regarding the Bidens. Note that Hunter, “Hoovernose” Biden received a pardon, actually signed by Dementia Joe. The other family members received autopen pardons.
Warrington acknowledged that the Supreme Court has recognized executive privilege as protecting presidential decision-making and deliberations but said he was “unaware of a Supreme Court ruling or constitutional text that extends those protections to former President Biden’s efforts to assist his son’s shady business deals,” underscoring a fight about how expansive the scope of executive privilege is in the face of Congress’ oversight demands.
Shady is an understatement. There are rumors that Dementia Joe Biden was, originally, fine with Putin going in and taking over the Ukraine, the idea being that all the records would suffer an accidental incineration. When Zelensky and the Ukraine were able to stop Russia, and the Europeans started backing them, the Biden Maladministration decided to send the Ukrainians just enough weapons to keep the fight going on as long as possible. (I don’t think anyone expected the Russians to be so bad militarily)
When Biden denied President Trump’s executive privilege, that opened the door for President Trump. Of course, the goal was to put President Trump in prison, or failing that, get him killed. When he was reelected, all the cunning plans of the Biden Handlers collapsed. Now we’ll see if there is anything in all those documents.
