Good day all. Many people have been complaining how Kash Patel isn’t arresting everyone who went after President Trump and conducting lawfare on hundreds, if not thousand of others. They fail to understand just how deep the rot is in the DoJ and FBI and how much Director Patel has already dug out.
One we think that Director Patel has finally gotten a handle on things, we get another report of just how bad the FBI was under Comey, Wray and Garland. Here are those details from Newsmax:
The FBI subpoenaed records of phone calls made by Kash Patel and Susie Wiles, now the FBI director and White House Chief of Staff, when they were both private citizens in 2022 and 2023 during the federal probe of Donald Trump, Patel told Reuters on Wednesday.
I located the original Reuters story and it provides a lot more details, especially in regards to Susie Wiles. Here are the additional details from Reuters:
Reuters is the first to report on the FBI’s actions that took place during the Biden administration, largely when Special Counsel Jack Smith was investigating whether Trump had interfered with the 2020 election and had hidden classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, according to Patel. Smith was appointed to take over that probe in November 2022.
And as we now know, this was nothing more then a blatant attempt to destroy president Trump and end the threat of the American People to the rule by the Democrat Elite. Ok, I’m being a little bit over the top, but we have been learning just how out of control the DoJ, FBI and Jack Smith were.
Patel portrayed the seizing of his phone records by the FBI and efforts to conceal them as an example of overreach by unelected government officials under Biden, a theme often repeated by President Trump.
“It is outrageous and deeply alarming that the previous FBI leadership secretly subpoenaed my own phone records – along with those of now White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles – using flimsy pretexts and burying the entire process in prohibited case files designed to evade all oversight,” Patel said in a statement to Reuters.
Reurters claims that they couldn’t independently verify all this, but we do have a little history on our side. We learned last year that files were actively hidden by Christopher Wray and James Comey that showed the levels they would stoop to in order to Get Trump. That additional documents have been found doesn’t surprise me one bit.
At least 10 current FBI employees have been dismissed as a result of the revelations about the targeting of Patel, Wiles and others connected to the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case, according to three FBI officials.
Once again, we are seeing things that lead me, and many others to believe that the FBI can’t be reformed, that it must be disbanded and all personnel terminated. Yes, good honest agents will be lost. They can reapply to a new investigative service, but the burden of proof will be on them.
Democrats in Congress have consistently defended Smith from previous GOP criticisms, saying he had acted appropriately in seeking phone records and other evidence they said was necessary to thoroughly investigate allegations of wrongdoing by Trump and his associates.
There were no wrong doings. This was nothing less then the outright suppression of anyone who might go against the Deep State and the Democrats. If you think the Democrats have learned anything about Lawfare, think again. They are already making outright threats against anyone working with the Trump Administration.
Patel publicly said in 2022 that Trump had declassified the documents taken to Mar-a-Lago, a claim prosecutors disputed and Trump’s lawyers did not make in court. Patel was summoned before a grand jury hearing evidence in the case that year after he was given limited immunity from criminal charges.
This was an attempt to coerce Kash Patel and make him turn on President Trump. The problem with this is in order to “Give” Jack Smith and the others what they wanted, Patel would have had to flat out lie under oath. Obviously, he didn’t give them what they wanted. This is where a major line was then crossed. The FBI went beyond getting phone records to an actual wiretap and, apparently, without a warrant.
In 2023, the FBI recorded a phone call between Wiles and her attorney, according to two FBI officials. Wiles’ attorney was aware that the call was being recorded, and consented to it, but Susie Wiles was not.
This in and of itself is a major issue. Attorney/Client privilege is something that is very tough to break and intentionally so. In order to break the privilege, the lawyer has to be a party to a crime. Think the movie the Godfather and Don Corleone’s Consigliare, Tom Hagen. Hagen was a part of the crime family, but the FBI would have to prove to a judge that he was involved in the criminal activities. As for the lawyer allowing the FBI to record the call? I don’t think so and the attorney has denied it. Here are those details from Fox News:
White House chief of staff Susie Wiles’ attorney in 2023 is disputing claims that he agreed to let the Biden-era FBI record a call with his client without her knowledge, according to a report.
“If I ever pulled a stunt like that I wouldn’t – and shouldn’t – have a license to practice law,” the unidentified attorney said, according to Axios. “I’m as shocked as Susie.”
He’s correct of course. It would take something extreme for a lawyer to basically betray a client like this. Usually it would involve a life and death situation. No lawyer worth his or her salt is going to allow the FBI to record a call he is having with his client.
The lawyer, whose name has not been publicly released, pushed back that he “categorically denies he allowed his client to be recorded by the FBI,” according to Axios reporter Marc Caputo. Wiles reportedly “believes him & that the Biden-era FBI may have lied about it,” Caputo wrote on X.
Considering the levels of corruption in the DoJ and the FBI, I have little doubt the agents flat out lied. I think this is why those 10 agents were fired. The question is, do they have enough evidence to take to a grand jury?
The report sparked conservatives and Trump allies to back the unidentified lawyer and balk at the case overall.
“I know the long time lawyer ….and I believe him – This is a violation of basic constitutional rights every American by right – has. We need accountability and we need action,” Trump 2024 co-campaign manager Chris LaCivita posted to X.
I’m afraid we may have to wait until after the midterm elections. Pam Bondi has proven to be a disappointment and needs to be replaced. She’s not as bad as Sleepy Sessions was, but she is definitely in way over her head. If Ken Paxton declines to run against the RINO Cornyn in the runoff, (Unlikely unless the SAVE act is passed and sent to President Trump), he would make a good AG. If not him, then I think Harmeet Dhillion would be a great choice.
“So the lawyer Biden’s FBI eavesdropped on during a call with Susie Wiles said he had no idea it happened,” OutKick founder Clay Travis posted to X. “This is a huge story. Biden’s FBI spied on Trump’s campaign manager in the 2024 campaign.”
As far as I’m concerned, this wasn’t some “Rogue operation.” I fully believe that Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray and whoever was running the Biden Maladministration were fully on board with this. It’s even possible it was ordered by Biden in one of his few moments of clarity. He was that corrupt. We can’t prosecute Biden no, but we can go after everyone else involved and this should be done. Perhaps Pam Bondi will pull her vibrator out and actually do her job. We shall see.
