Good day all. In the last few months, thanks to a citizen reporter and YouTuber, Nick Shirley, the American people have finally become aware of the massive amounts of fraud and waste occurring in Minnesota. The news of the levels of fraud has ended the political career of Govno Walz and may lead to his and Attorney General Keith Ellison’s indictments.
Nick Shirley then went to take a look at Kalifornistan. Sure enough, he found even grater levels of fraud, corruption and theft of taxpayer funds. Kalifornistan’s answer to these revelations? Unsurprisingly, instead of cleaning up the mess, they want to kill the messenger. Here are the details from Fox News:
As California Attorney General Rob Bonta celebrates the dismantling of a $267 million hospice fraud scheme, critics are sounding alarms over proposed legislation they argue could punish people who are trying to expose fraud within their own communities.
“They’re trying to make it so citizen journalists or just average Americans who are going about seeing what’s happening inside their community — they’re trying to scare them from talking about potential fraud taking place inside of these communities,” independent journalist Nick Shirley said Tuesday on “The Will Cain Show.”
“They’re literally willing to impose a $10,000 fine or imprisonment if you go and seek to find out the truth about a location that could potentially be fraudulent inside your own neighborhood.”
I can’t say I’m surprised that the Democrats are working to shut down anyone who wants to find out how much of their money is being stolen. You may be wondering why they are so dead set opposed to people investigating potential fraud. The odds are that the Democrats are profiting from said fraud. The last thing they want is some busybody citizen digging into where the Democrats are getting their money from.
California State Assemblywoman Mia Bonta, D-Calif., the attorney general’s wife, introduced AB 2624, which is titled “Privacy for Immigration Support Services Providers” or the “Stop Nick Shirley Act” by critics. It would expand existing safety and privacy laws for people working in immigration support services.
Immigration support services? Would those “Immigrants” be in the country illegally?

The proposal would establish a program to keep residential addresses confidential and would also impose steep penalties for doxing these service providers. Victims could seek damages of at least $4,000, while those who post personal information with the intent to threaten or incite violence could face criminal fines up to $10,000 and possible jail time.
Nick Shirley isn’t threatening anyone and the last I saw, he was simply pointing to places that were basically fraudulently set up to steal tax money. Now there will be some unintended consequences if this load of drek is passed into law. It’s the left that likes to dox, threaten and attack people.
Nick Shirley said the bill’s supporters are “trying to protect these people who are committing this fraud. They’re stealing millions upon millions of dollars, and it just makes you wonder who their donors are.”
In case you were wondering, the Assemblywoman is married to the Attorney General of the State of Kalifornistan. I’m sure there was absolutely no collusion between them regarding this bill. Another aspect of this bill looks to me to flat out attack the 1st Amendment. Here are those details from Fox News:
Republican lawmakers like DeMaio argue the legislation would have a chilling effect on the work of citizen journalists.
“AB 2624 would allow activists and taxpayer-funded organizations to demand the removal of video evidence — even if it captures misconduct in plain view — and threatens journalists with massive financial penalties,” DeMaio said in a statement. “That’s not about public safety — it’s about protecting powerful interests.”
The Democrats do not care about public safety. They have demonstrated that repeatedly and the cost has been increases in property crimes, assaults, rapes, kidnappings and murders. For the Democrats, as long as they aren’t personally affected, they don’t care. What they do care about is anyone who they perceive as a threat to their various revenue streams. As to removing videos showing actual crimes occurring? Good luck with that. They may be able to get certain platforms to comply, (YouTube), but others will refuse. (TwitterX)
The bill’s introduction follows investigations by independent journalists, including Shirley, that exposed alleged fraud schemes in the Democratic-controlled state. In March, Shirley published a video alleging $170 million in fraud was committed by registered hospice care and healthcare companies. Shirley visited various locations of the registered clinics, showing him interacting with the alleged fraudsters.
Since the report went public, Vice President JD Vance, who also serves as the administration fraud czar, announced the federal government has suspended 447 hospices and 23 home health agencies suspected of fraud in Los Angeles. The total fraud estimated in those schemes is more than $600 million.
That is probably a very low-balled estimate. The last I saw, the estimates on the fraud in Minnesota is approaching $18 billion dollars. Kalifornistan is much larger and even more corrupt. Vic President Vance is also still putting his team together and is just starting the investigations. If they’ve found this much in a limited time? Yeah, I think there is a fair chance that a lot of Democrat politicians might be looking at orange jump suits. If this is the case, all this bill will do is slow things down a bit.

I also expect that if it does pass, it will be challenged almost immediately in court. If this ends up in front of a COB judge, they will uphold it. (As long as they get their cut) then to the 9th Circus Court of Appeals, and they to will uphold it. That clown court has never seen a case suppressing individual rights that they didn’t uphold.

Then on to the Supreme Court, where Roberts will try to avoid doing anything, The two liberal justices and the DEI hire will rule in favor of the bill and I suspect the Republicans will slap it down. The problem is that this will take years and who knows just how much damage will be done? It may be time to do something really drastic with regards to the Criminal Class in Kalifornistan. Whatever is done, has to be within the law, not that the Democrats care about the law unless it benefits or affects them directly. We shall see if this Act to protect Democrat Revenue Streams passes and is signed by that incompetent crook, Govno Gavin Hair gel Newsom.
