Good day all. Ever since Elon Musk bought Twitter and exposed the Deep State’s censorship regime, Progressives, aka communists, the world over have been trying to shut him down. The European Union has been flat out trying to impose censorship on Americans in the United States. Needless to say, The EU is being ignored.
This hasn’t stopped either the EU or countries such as France from trying to get Elon Musk. They have asked the Department of Justice for assistance in their “investigations.” Here are the details from Newsmax:
The U.S. Justice Department has told French law enforcement it will not help with efforts to investigate tech billionaire Elon Musk’s social media platform X, the Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday, citing a letter from the DOJ’s Office of International Affairs, dated Friday.
Paris prosecutors in February raided X’s French offices and ordered Musk ?to face questions in a widening investigation as part of a year-long probe into suspected abuse of algorithms and fraudulent data extraction by X or its executives.
What that investigation was about was a money grab and a means to impose European censorship on Americans. The so called charges were and are absolute garbage. The DoJ’s response was straightforward, and to the point.
“This investigation seeks to use the criminal legal system in France to regulate a public square for the free expression of ideas and opinions in a manner contrary to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution,” the letter reviewed by the Journal said.
The letter added that France’s requests for U.S. assistance “constitute an effort to entangle the United States in a politically charged criminal proceeding aimed at wrongfully regulating through prosecution the business activities of a social media platform.”
Ever since Musk released the Twitter Files, showing how bad the censorship of Socialist Media had become, both the American Left and their best buddies in the EU have moved to shut him down and, if possible ruin him and put him in a European prison.
So blatant have the attacks from the EU and the formally Great Britain, that Americans have been pretty much threatening the various authorities in the EU with what would happen if they tried coming after Americans over what they posted. Unfortunately, far to many of the Eurotrash Elites aren’t getting the message.
X and Musk have come under scrutiny from regulators and governments in several countries since his takeover of the platform, with authorities examining ?issues including content moderation, data practices, ?and compliance with local laws.
In other words, Things were being posted on TwitterX that the Eurotrash Ruling Elites didn’t like. Since they really can’t get at either Elon directly, and TwitterX doesn’t appear to have any data centers in the EU, there isn’t much that the EU secret police can get at. This is probably why they went to the DoJ. They may have thought that this was still the Garland DoJ and that he would be happy to screw over Americans.
“We are grateful to the Justice Department for rejecting this effort by a prosecutor in Paris to compel our CEO and several employees to sit for ?interviews,” an xAI official told the WSJ, ?adding that xAI hopes the prosecutors “recognize that there is no wrongdoing here, and terminate their baseless investigation.”
They won’t of course. The Cheese Eating Surrender Monkey’s aka the French, think they rule the world. The truth is, they haven’t amounted to much since Napoleon. The Europeans have been upset since President Trump’s first election in 2016 and how he wouldn’t bend over for them. Back then, he told the Europeans that it was time to start paying their share regarding their defense. They definitely weren’t happy about that.
When we had the Tainted Election of 2020 and the installation of the worst president in American history, the Eurotrash rightly, assumed things would go back to the way they wanted, with the United States acting as Europe’s attack dog when needed. Of course, they soon found out just how bad Biden was and knew they had to work around him.
Then their worst nightmare occurred and President Trump was reelected. If they thought he was tough on them the last time, they’re now learning that this time he’s had it with Europe. There is a good chance that the United States might just decide that it’s time to pull out of NATO, especially with all the censorship demands being made towards Americans.
People are asking why we are spending hundreds of billions of American tax dollars on a bunch of jumped up elitists that do not care about their own countries and yet want to impose their views on America. The French going after Elon Musk is just another nail in the coffin as far as most Americans are concerned. A tip of the hat to the DoJ for doing the right thing…finally.
