Good day all. This is a breaking story. I woke up to news that some nutjob had tried to storm the White House Correspondents Dinner last night. He had a shotgun, pistol and some knives. One Secret Service agent was hit, but his body armor stopped the bullet. The nutjob was taken alive and is under arrest.
Obviously, this is a breaking story, so the 72 hours rule is in effect. From what I’ve read, the criminal is a Kalifornistan Kook who was working as a part time teacher. From his resume, he is very smart and works in the computer field and has done some game design. Because of this, it looks like he put some serious planning into his evil plot. While the criminal has been named, I’m not going to.
There is major news coverage as you would expect. When the shooting started, the Secret Service detail promptly got President and Mrs. Trump out of the ball room and then escorted other cabinet members who were there to safety as well, not that it was needed. The Secret Service body slammed the criminal and dragged him away.
This brings up a few issues. When the shooting started, agents at the checkpoint started shooting back. They all missed.
Since the Butler, Pennsylvania attempt on President Trump’s life, people have been looking at the Secret Service and asking what happened to them. Obviously things have been done to correct the more glaring issues, but I would have thought that marksmanship training as well as training to fire while under stress would have been high on the list of things to do for the Presidential Detail. That definitely needs to be looked into.
Another thing I didn’t realize was that, thanks to the Communists Democrats, the Secret Service Agents are also not getting paid. I have a suspicion that this incident is going to be used to body slam the Democrats into doing what they should have done months ago.
Another thing that I see happening is that the moonbat COB judge that is interfering with the construction of the White House Ball Room will be finally put into his place. I read somewhere that the latest bit of idiocy from that jerk was saying that he didn’t “See any security reason” to allow the ballroom construction to continue.
One of the reasons that the Correspondents dinner was held in the venue is simple. There was no place large enough at the White House to hold the dinner. I have a feeling that this judge is going to be flat out told that his obstruction is now putting the safety of the president at risk.
This brings us to another issue. The Democrat Party and their outright threats to President Trump and anyone who supports him. We have been seeing the Democrats stating that they will impeach President Trump on Day One if they regain control of the House.
We have others, such as James Carville, who are flat out stating that once they regain control of both houses and the presidency, They will pack the court with justices who will tear up the constitution and rule in favor of the Democrats. They will also arrest President Trump and anyone associated with him. In other words, what Carville is saying out loud is that if the Democrats regain power, they are going to institute a full blown dictatorship. Now Carville has gone completely off his rocker, but he’s still plugged in to the Democrat elites and he’s probably reporting what they actually are planning to do.
Getting back to the incident, the criminal apparently used a shotgun, a handgun and some knives. This is going to annoy the gun grabbers. I have no doubt that they were hoping that the criminal would have used an AR-15. Actually, in the closed in area that this happened in, a shotgun actually makes more sense than an AR-15. At close range, which this was, a shotgun is far more destructive, depending on the load out. (Buckshot, slugs etc)
There is a video of the criminal committing his crime. He went through the Secret Service checkpoint at a dead run and he was firing. The video is very grainy and it does look like he was using the shotgun. If so, he was firing from the hip and not trying to aim. We will learn more about this as time progresses.
In the meantime, the Libtards have been their usual retarded selves. A story by Matt Vespa of Townhall listed some of the socialist media responses by the Left.
The dinner was postponed due to security concerns. The good news is that no one was killed. A Secret Service agent was hit by gunfire but was saved by his bulletproof vest. Allen, (The criminal), admitted he was targeting Trump officials. However, the media tried to play the ‘we don’t know who he was targeting’ game, which was comical.
I suspect that some of those initial reports were by journalists who might not have known that President Trump was on site. I do find that hard to believe, but I have to put it out there. Then, of course, there were all the journalists in the venue attending the dinner. I have no doubt that, in their own narcissistic opinion, they may have thought they were being targeted and not President Trump.
For now, the left-leaning influencers on social media are pushing the ‘it was staged’ narrative because a) they’re Trump-obsessed, b) they’re generally foolish, and c) they don’t want to be held responsible for their nonsensical, violence-promoting rhetoric that fuels these lunatics trying to assassinate government officials. That is a fact, and it’s the worst people, too. And these people will be the ones asking why this happened.
Mr. Vespa then goes on to list all the libtards own social media posts. Most of them were from TwitterX with a lot of them Leftwing Loons responding to posts from regular people, law enforcement and some conservative writers. These tweets are about what you would expect from Stage IV TDS sufferers. Right off the bat they are claiming it was a fake assassination attempt, just as Butler, PA, was a fake attempt. Yes, these morons are claiming that the assassination attempt that saw President Trump grazed, an innocent man killed and several others wounded was fake.

He is claiming that his antics are protected by the 1st Amendment. He doesn’t seem to be considering that going into private property and making an ass of yourself is not protected speech. It is a good way to get yourself shot.

This attempt was just another case of the Left going completely off the rails. They hate President Trump and everyone who supports him for a number of reasons. The primary one is that he is working to keep his promises and he is a patriotic American who makes no bones about what his end game is. Making America Great Again.
What happens next is going to be interesting. The investigation into the Criminal is now underway. They have him in custody thanks to the poor shooting of the Secret Service. This is probably, in the long run, a good thing. Now they can question this retard and find out what is going through what passes for his brain. As for President Trump?
