Good day all. Currently, Ground Zero for the massive fraud investigations is Minnesota. (Kalifornistan is a close second) One of the jobs assigned to Vice President JD Vance to run an anti-fraud task force. This team has been digging into how over $9 billion dollars in taxpayer funds ended up being stolen.
There have been extensive reports that people both in and out of the Minnesota government reported issues, both to Govno Walz and State Attorney General Keith Ellison. These reports were ignored and in some cases, there was retaliation against those making the reports. Now the Vance Task Force has sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice. Here are the details from Fox News:
Vice President JD Vance announced on Monday that he has referred allegations involving Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison to the Justice Department’s fraud division for a potential criminal investigation over alleged fraud in federally funded social services programs.
Vance made the announcement during an appearance on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime” when he was asked about a report released by the House Oversight Committee alleging that state officials, including Walz and Ellison, were warned of fraud in the state but did not take action to stop it in part because of litigation threats and concerns about being accused of discrimination.
“We’re certainly going to investigate this, Jesse, and I guess now I can make a bit of breaking news because I left the White House to come here to do this interview with you. And before I did, we actually referred this particular case to the Department of Justice for a full criminal investigation. We are not going to do what the Biden administration did and make judgments of the law before all the facts are in,” Vance said.
This is the difference between the Garland DoJ and the current DoJ. Say what you will about the Blonde Blunder, Pam Bondi, she worked to clean out the rabble who were committing Lawfare and not actually upholding the Law. The AG Designate, Todd Blanche is definitely no Blonde Blunder. I have little doubt that there will be an investigation and he won’t be talking about it, until the indictments are handed down or those two buffoons are, somehow, cleared of wrong doing.
The vice president, who was tapped in February to lead the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud after President Donald Trump announced a “war on fraud” in his State of the Union address, later reiterated his comments on social media.
“Minnesota state officials are not above the law, and if they facilitated fraud, lied under oath about what they knew, or harassed and intimidated whistleblowers, they must face justice,” Vance wrote on X.
That is part of the problem. Minnesota is run by hard left Democrats, (Are there any other kind?) and it wasn’t so much that they looked the other way, they were also benefiting from that theft. How? Some were bribed no doubt, but most of it was “Campaign Contributions.” Because the Somali “Immigrants” who are the ones who stole most of the money, wanted to keep the state off their backs, they donated millions to campaigns.
It worked. It has been the federal government that’s been investigating and prosecuting the criminals. However, until Nick Shirley did his YouTube investigation, the levels of fraud really wasn’t understood. I think even the Trump administration was unaware of just how much fraud there was even with DOGE looking into things.
Vance and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Administrator Mehmet Oz also previously said they were pausing federal Medicaid reimbursements to Minnesota, which Walz said at the time had “nothing to do with fraud” as he described the effort as a “campaign of retribution.”
It isn’t just Minnesota, they are looking all over the country and Kalifornistan, formally known as California, is also being investigated and I think that the Federal Government is stopping money going out there as well.
“Trump is weaponizing the entirety of the federal government to punish blue states like Minnesota,” Walz said on Feb. 25.
I have this suspicion that if, somehow, Harris and Walz had won the 2024 election, the levels of fraud would have exploded and any attempts to investigate would have been shut down. This includes the US Attorney out there who was, with limited resources, able to get some convictions. For people like Nick Shirley? The Blue States, starting with Kalifornistan, are working to criminalize people investigating crime.
Now we have to wait to see if anything will come of this. If there is any justice, it will. If the DoJ can develop enough evidence to indict these two, and then prove beyond reasonable doubt that Walz and Ellison were involved, it will send shock waves through the Democrat party. If this circumstance occurs, look for Newsom and half the Kalifornistan office holders looking for legal representation.
