Good day all. The recent primary election in Kalifornistan has all the hallmarks of a massive level of fraud. This post isn’t about that. This is about Govno Gruesome Gavin Newsom saying a new law will let Kalifornistan arrest anyone, including President Trump for saying that there is election fraud.

The bill in question, Senate Bill 73, was signed by Newsom a few weeks ago. The bill is meant to block Federal and state law enforcement from looking at records without a warrant, among other things. The whole thing is disguised as a law to “Secure” elections, but it doesn’t do that at all. What it appears to do, in my unschooled opinion, is protect the Democrats tools to steal elections.
With the recent primary election and the very questionable results, such as they are, (The idiots are still counting), President Trump made some comments regarding the probability that the Democrats were stealing the Los Angeles mayoral primary election. This led Numbnuts Newsom say that the new law would allow him to arrest President Trump for questioning the results. Here are the details from the Western Journal:
Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom of California on Tuesday raised the stakes of the midterm elections and the landscape for 2028 by issuing an implied threat of incarceration to President Donald Trump.
“Trump says voter fraud should land people in prison,” Newsom wrote on the social media platform X.
“Agreed,” the governor added. “And let’s start with the politicians spreading election lies with the goal of illegally interfering with counting ballots.”
Newsom is a blithering moron and incompetent. He’s also a typical Democrat elitist in what passes for his thought process. Anything he doesn’t like is illegal and anyone he doesn’t like or agree with is a criminal and should be in prison. Of course, if Newsom and that loser of an Attorney General were to actually try something this stupid, the first thing they would run into is the 1st Amendment and freedom of speech.
In the seven days since the election, mail-in ballots have slowly altered projected results.
For instance, in the Los Angeles mayoral race, election-night projections showed former reality TV star Spencer Pratt advancing to a November runoff against incumbent Democratic Mayor Karen Bass. Now, however, progressive City Councilwoman Nithya Raman looks poised to advance.
Noodles Raman’s “victory” is almost certainly due to VFET. From what I’ve been reading, all of the mail in votes have been for her. None for Pratt and very few for Bass. Experts are saying that this is a statistical impossibility. Which reminds me. Hey Numbnuts! You going to arrest me for saying the election was fixed?

This banana republic-like method of conducting an election has raised suspicions, notably from Trump. The president, of course, has always maintained that Democrats used mail-in ballots to cheat him out of the 2020 election.
The U.S. Attorney is looking into things and he’s said that there will be arrests. Considering Newsom’s big mouth and threats, he might well find himself facing a grand jury. For instance…
Newsom, however, was not finished making threats.
“In California, I just signed a law making that punishable with up to 3 years behind bars. More to come. FAFO, Donald,” the governor concluded.

The Democrats have gone quite insane with their TDS. The Arizona Attorney General is still trying to prosecute President Trump over the 2020 tainted election. As for Arizona? I seem to recall the FBI came in with some warrants and yeeted all the election records for the last few elections from a couple of counties.
In a May 27 news release, Newsom’s office announced that the governor had signed Senate Bill 73.
As the release makes clear, the bill is aimed at “growing threats of election interference and intimidation, including efforts by allies of President Donald Trump to undermine confidence in elections and disrupt lawful election administration.”
I wonder if that moron actually knows what the bill he signed actually says?
The text of the bill contains nothing about “politicians spreading election lies with the goal of illegally interfering with counting ballots,” as Newsom put it, but the wording of Newsom’s post implies he has creative ideas on how it could be enforced.
I’m not surprised that Newsom is making things up and threatening to jail people for speaking. Look at what that totalitarian thug did during the Great Panicdemic of 2020.
The implicit message is that questioning the clearly questionable election process in California constitutes “election interference and intimidation” by undermining “confidence in elections.”
Newsom writes, the punishment for that is “up to 3 years behind bars.”
Good luck with that you fascist moron.
Newsom, meanwhile, has tried to position himself as Trump’s chief antagonist, most likely in anticipation of a 2028 presidential run.
Newsom might win the nomination. However, the disaster that is what was once known as the State of California will be front and center in any campaign. While Newsom and the Democrats might think they can steal the 2028 election, far to many people are watching and with what is currently going on in Los Angeles. He will be hammered at the polls.
And that was the real message of Tuesday’s post from the governor. The anti-Trump lawfare of the Biden years is on the agenda if he gets into the White House.

There is a major issue with that plan. Kash Patel, Pam Bondi, before she was shown the door, Harmeet Dhillon and Todd Blanche have be working to clean out all the people involved with the lawfare against President Trump and people who support him. If, by some miracle, Newsom got in and started that up again, the odds are that shooting would occur.

As it is, things are looking bleak for Kalifornistan. Their primary targets for revenue are leaving the state in droves. Business are abandoning Kalifornistan every day. The DoJ and FBI are now digging into the fraud in the federal welfare and other payments and are already clawing funds back, denying any new funds and starting to arrest people. All of this happened under Newsom’s watch. I think he might want to pay attention to Minnesota and the fact that both Walz and Ellison are now targets for a criminal investigation.
