Good day all. The investigation into the planned terrorist attack on the UFC event at the White House is continuing. Initially, it was reported that this was all done by home grown, domestic terrorist morons. However, that initial report is no longer operative.
It’s now being reported that the “Ringleader” of this conspiracy is not an American citizen. In fact, he’s an illegal alien who came in under Obama’s illegal DACA program. Here are the details from Fox News:
Abraham Alvarez, identified in federal documents as the alleged “ringleader” of a plot to carry out a mass casualty event at the UFC White House event on June 14, is an illegal immigrant from Mexico who overstayed his visa, according to Homeland Security information first obtained by Fox News Digital.
Alvarez came to the United States as a child and was granted by the Obama administration in 2014 deportation relief through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program after he failed to leave the country when his B2 visa expired in 2001.

This was an executive order of questionable legality, but Obama was never one to give two fucks about the law when it suited him, that President Trump has been trying scrap DACA since his first term. The courts, including the Supreme Court have blocked President Trump from killing this program for years. The supreme court blocked him in 2017 with that spineless squish, John Roberts voting with the liberals. Frankly, I hope this discovery is used to beat that sanctimonious moron about the head and shoulders.
Court records outed Alvarez as a foreign national considering he consented to a consular notification after his arrest this weekend, though the documents provided no information on his specific immigration status nor his country of origin.
I wonder if that terrorist thug is trying to get himself deported instead of spending the next 20 or so years in a supermax? I suspect a hovel in Juarez is looking very inviting right about now.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer for Alvarez following the FBI’s arrest.
I’m sure that the FBI and DoJ will be more than happy to honor it when the time comes.
“This illegal alien from Mexico should never have been allowed in our country,” DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said in a statement to Fox News Digital on the attack. “He was the ringleader of a failed terror attack targeting UFC Freedom 250 at the White House.”
“He will face justice and swiftly be removed from our country,” she added of Alvarez.
That will be after he completes his sentence? I am rather annoyed that the taxpayers are going to have to support this worthless slimeball. Perhaps they can add “With Hard Labor” and they can put him to work for a few years making little rocks out of big ones.
The State Department did not respond to an inquiry from Fox News Digital regarding whether or not it would revoke Alvarez’s DACA immigration status if he is found guilty of involvement in the plot.
That goes without question, however it might be a moot point.
If convicted of conspiracy to commit murder, each plotter faces a maximum penalty of life in prison and a $250,000 fine. Planning to carry out violence on White House grounds carries an additional maximum penalty of five years in prison.
So he can get life plus five years? Can we arrange that sentence to be carried out in the gas chamber? In any case, this is more proof that protecting illegal aliens is a national security matter. I think the next time some jumped up progressive judicial idiot starts issuing orders that will be overturned to benefit illegal aliens, the DoJ should point to this and simply ask if the judge is willing to bet his or her own freedom on this?
These people were low end morons, but they did come up with the basics of a very dangerous plan. What worries me, and I have little doubt, is causing many sleepless nights in the DHS, the DoJ and the Pentagon is what might have happened if this sort of plan were put together by actual competent people who understood internal security?
As for these low end retards, they should be stood against a wall and shot. Failing that, they should never see the light of day again. As for the illegal alien? Use him as an example for the COB judges when the next case they want to use to usurp authority comes up.
