Good day all. I intended to post this earlier, but real life intruded. Recently, New Jersey was forced to admit that they had thousands of non-citizens on their voter rolls and that several hundred may have actually voted. This has proven to be very embarrassing to Govno Sherrill. She has been fighting the DoJ’s request for access to the New Jersey voter rolls.
Govno Sherrill was forced to admit that yes, there were thousands of non-citizens on the rolls, then she did what Democrats always do when they get caught with their fingers in the cookie jar. She blamed everyone else and denied that it was a problem. Here are some of the details from Fox News:
Democratic lawmakers told Fox News Digital they agree New Jersey’s voter registration error demands accountability but say it doesn’t justify claims of widespread election fraud.
A small problem with that. The last report I heard was that over 250,000 non-citizens have been found on the voting rolls around the country. These numbers came from states that are actively working with the DoJ to clean their voting rolls. New Jersey, being a Democrat controlled state, has been doing everything they can to not verify their records. Once the news broke on New Jersey, Sherrill blamed a software glitch.
New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill on Tuesday said a “serious software error” led to the mistaken registration of roughly 6,600 noncitizens through the state’s Motor Vehicle System, while the company that provides the identity-related security services denied any wrongdoing.
“In New Jersey, we absolutely need to have accountability for what happened,” Sen. Andy Kim, D-N.J., said.
“It was just horrible. There was a big problem with that computer problem that they had. We need to try to address that going forward.”
There was a small problem with that attempt at blame shifting. The vendor fought back and they brought receipts. Here are those details from the New York Post:
The software company that New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill blamed for 6,600 noncitizens getting put onto the voter rolls insists that local officials were responsible for illegally registering the immigrants. Sherrill (D) claimed Tuesday that a “serious software error” in the state’s Motor Vehicle System involving French tech company IDEMIA caused the mishap, which led to some 400 noncitizens voting.
This is where the software company called bullshit on New Jersey and Govno Sherrill.
But IDEMIA said that the state had access to data showing that those individuals were not citizens — but apparently registered them to vote anyway.
ID recipients who said they wanted to register to vote, but declared that they were noncitizens, were added to voter rolls in 2023 and 2024 — despite it being illegal under federal law.
And this is where the software company nuked the Govno and her claims that it was a bug in the software.
“The 6,600 records submitted to the [Motor Vehicle Commission] and Division of Elections contained correct information according to the design specifications as set out by the state,” Lisa Shoemaker, a spokesperson for IDEMIA, told The Post on Wednesday.
“All 6,600 individuals indicated ‘Yes’ to wanting to register to vote and ‘NO’ to being a US Citizen,” she added.
“This information was recorded correctly and always available.”
“At no point was a noncitizen ever marked as a citizen in the database.”
I have absolutely no doubt that of the DoJ asks, IDEMIA will be more than happy to provide them with whatever information they need. The worst thing that happens is a delay if warrants or subpoenas are required to protect the software company. Returning to the Fox News story:

That’s just it. You have the tools. You either disable them or just don’t use them. Now Sherrill is in full CYA mode.
Sherrill said she immediately ordered an investigation after the error was discovered and that the state’s Division of Elections is removing ineligible voters from the rolls. She said fewer than 400 of those improperly registered cast ballots.
That is 400 more then the law allows. None of them would have voted if the state had actually done it’s job. As to your “Investigation?” I think one of the people that needs to be investigated is YOU! You could have fixed this quite easily. Simply issue an order to do a full check on all the voter registrations to make sure that no one was on them who shouldn’t be. I wonder what they’ll find next? I suspect lots and lots of dead Democrat voters who keep voting from the grave. This brings us to who is to blame. For Sherrill, she’s going to blame President Trump. Here are those amusing details from the New York Post:
Despite the mortifying disclosure that more than 6000 non-citizens were on the voter rolls and some 400 of them actually voted, Sherrill managed to use her press conference about the fumble to take a swipe at President Trump.
When asked about the possibility of Trump using New Jersey as an example of vulnerable elections, she declared: “I think that Donald Trump has done more to undermine free elections in this country than certainly anyone in my lifetime, including [Russian President] Vladimir Putin.”
She added that Trump “has zero credibility on the issue of election integrity.”
Govno Sherrill knows that she is in big trouble. Granted, she’s only been in office as Governor since January, and most of this debacle occurred under her predecessor, she is still responsible for not looking into things once she was sworn in. Instead, she ignored any potential problems. Why? Because Democrats cheat and she didn’t want to upset that apple cart.
In a prime-time address to the nation last week, Trump claimed nearly 250,000 non-citizens were registered to vote in California, New Jersey, Nevada, and Pennsylvania, with up to 35,152 wrongly enrolled in the Garden State.
Sherrill confirmed Tuesday she had received a letter from the Department of Homeland Security quoting that same figure and said that “we have asked them for any evidence of this, where they got that number, who this is. We’ve received nothing back yet.”
I didn’t see the presidential address, but I can see that Sherrill is showing that denial isn’t just a river in Egypt. The fact that they’ve found over 6000 non-citizens is bad enough.
After the announcement, the White House said Jersey’s foul-up was proof that the US needs to pass the SAVE America Act requiring voters to prove they’re citizens and to show ID.
“Democrats and their media allies have repeatedly said it is impossible for noncitizens to register to vote, let alone cast a ballot. Time and again, they have been proven wrong,” White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson told The Post.
Currently, the percentage of Americans who want the SAVE act passed is running between 70%-80%. This is crossing party lines. The major roadblock to it’s passage are the Senate RINO’s and the Democrats. If the Republican party is smart, and yes, this is questionable, they would make sure that the American voters know about this number and just who is blocking passage. The Establishment Democrats and the Communists now pushing their way in are adamantly opposed to the SAVE Act for a very simple reason. It will cost them elections, and a few have said as much.
Sherrill also tore into her predecessor, Phil Murphy, without mentioning him by name.
“It’s unacceptable that no one in the previous administration brought this to light, demanded accountability, or took action when it happened years ago,” she said. “For too long, the trend playbook has been to avoid tackling and solving tough problems.”
“This failure didn’t occur under my watch, but accountability starts now because the people of New Jersey shouldn’t have to wait a year for a problem to get solved, or two years to learn it even happened.”
This is probably the only honest thing that Sherrill has said regarding this mess. It happened under Phil Murphy and his administration. However, Sherrill is also doubling down on stupid. She could have really stepped up to this. She could have continued throwing Murphy under the bus, but also taken ownership of the problem and moved to fix things. Instead, she’s trying to protect herself and her reputation instead of doing the right thing. But then, she is a Politician and a Democrat.
Now we wait for the next shoe to drop. The DoJ has been trying to get the voter lists from the states to see just how many people are registered to vote who shouldn’t be. It isn’t just non-citizens, it’s also people who are dead and have been for years. (The “Traditional” Democrat voter) Then you have people who have moved to new districts or even new states and who’s old registration wasn’t deleted.
This brings us to an interesting, but little known section of the Constitution of the United States. Article IV, Section 4.
The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
Right now, if you want to get very technical about it, many of the Democrat controlled cities and states are not providing a republican form of government. One aspect of this is doing everything possible to insure that the citizens can vote, and to make sure their votes are counted.
One of the things I’ve heard is that President Trump could force a lot of his electoral agenda through by executive order by referring to this section of the Constitution. It would be a very interesting idea and without question, would land in the courts again. Without a doubt, the COB and RINO Judges would rule against the administration and this would end up in the Supreme Court.
After their last botched ruling on the 14th Amendment, I wouldn’t hold my breath that they would “Do the right thing.” For now, it’s in the hands of the DoJ. I don’t think that anything will be changed until indictments and arrests of Democrat office holders begin.
