Biden Judge declares noncitizens can vote

Good day all. For the last year or so, we have been seeing more and more stories of noncitizens on the voting rolls and some of them actually voting. Those on the rolls are usually surprised that they’re registered and quickly move to have their names removed. The issue is the ones who vote knowing it was illegal to do so.

Or at least it was illegal. On October 1^st, 2026, a Federal Judge in Florida threw out the charges against a foreign national accused of voting in an election. Here are the details from the Epoch Times:

A federal judge on Oct. 1 threw out a case against a Jamaican woman who voted in a U.S. federal election, finding that the law that prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections is unconstitutional.

Oh this should be good. Actually, this is very bad and I want to see what this moron’s reasoning is, that is, if he even has the capacity for logical reasoning.

U.S. District Judge David Leibowitz in Florida said in a 31-page opinion that Congress lacked the authority to pass the law, which makes it “unlawful for any alien to vote in any election” involving a federal candidate and opens them up to one year in prison for each violation.

“The text, structure, and original public meaning of the Constitution show that Congress does not have the constitutional power to enact this statute. The best reading of the actual statute that underpins this criminal case yields an inescapable conclusion: 18 U.S.C. § 611 is a voter qualification statute, and the Constitution does not authorize Congress to legislate voter qualifications for federal elections,” Leibowitz said.

“Except for very specific constitutional provisions (that cannot support this statute; we will go through them), Congress has no power to say who can vote or who cannot vote in federal elections—that foundational power is reserved for the States, and limits Congress.”

I looked up this traitor, and yes, I am calling this leftist scumbag a traitor. It won’t surprise you at all who appointed this walking piece of human debris.

Obviously, the DoJ is trying to figure out their next steps.

“We deeply disagree with the ruling and are evaluating our potential options including appeal,” a Department of Justice spokeswoman told The Epoch Times in an email.

This has to be appealed at the very least. What also needs to be done is removing this person from the bench. If I were the united States Attorney, or the Attorney General, I would look into having him indicted, charged and put on trial and yes, I would consider a charge of treason to be appropriate in these circumstances. I do believe he is working to overthrow the Constitution of the United States and the government of the United States. In any case, there is plenty of precedent that this commie judge flat out ignored.

Government lawyers disagreed, writing in a filing that “State governments have initial and principal authority for administering elections within their jurisdictions, but the Supreme Court has recognized that the Constitution provides that the federal government maintains authority over elections, including guarding the safety and integrity of congressional elections.”

The lawyers pointed to a 1932 decision known as Smiley v. Holm, in which the nation’s top court held that the Constitution gave Congress the authority to “ supplement … state regulations” regarding elections and impose “additional penalties for the violation of the state laws or provide independent sanctions.”

Once again we have another Leftard Judicial activist who is abusing his office to help the Democrat Party, and by extension, the Democrat Socialists of America, literally destroy the rule of law, the Constitution and the United States of America. We have now reached the point where the administration will have no choice but to take direct action against these black robed tyrants. Having some of the worst ones, and I include this walking diaper stain in that list, dragged out of the courtroom in handcuffs and put on trial, about the only way the rest will come to understand that to many lines of have been crossed.
