Good day all. The United States is still cleaning up the mess created by the Biden Maladministration’s opening the borders to the entire world. One of the things being dealt with by the Trump Administration was the 100’s of thousands of unaccompanied minors that were brought across the border.
The policy of the Biden Maladministration was to hand these children and adolescents to anyone who claimed to be a relative and not bother with following up. Since the return of President Trump, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, along with other parts of the DoJ and DHS have been trying to find and, to be blunt, rescue these children from everything up to and including sexual slavery. Now a report has come out that there was massive fraud in the system. Here are the details from the Epoch Times:
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) said on Oct. 1 that it discovered significant fraud in a program, while under former President Joe Biden, that released unaccompanied illegal immigrant children to sponsors living in the United States.
This resulted in alien minors being released into unsafe conditions in the country, leading to abuse and, in some cases, death, according to the review.
The review by the Office of General Counsel and the Office of Refugee Resettlement, an agency within HHS, found that out of thousands of concerning cases under the previous administration where a sponsor applied to care for an alien child, more than three-quarters involved fraud.
“There was just so much fraud,” Office of Refugee Resettlement senior adviser John Fabbricatore told The Epoch Times.
I can’t say I’m at all surprised. First you have, arguably, the most corrupt president in American history, one who may have molested his own daughter and has a long history of very inappropriate contact on preteen and teenage girls. He was also mentally incompetent and most of the day to day operations were handled by people who, frankly, had no problem with handing over children to slavers of all stripes. Then you have the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, Xavier Becerra. It was his job to make sure that these unaccompanied minors were actually placed with their relatives and follow up to make sure that they were safe, being taken care of and were meeting the requirements laid down by law. Instead, it looks like he was aiding in the trafficking of these very same minors.
The Office of Refugee Resettlement received 1,669 reports of Child Level Events, which are incidents, events, or observations that affect the health, safety, and well-being of children, from October 2023 to October 2024. Among those cases involving unaccompanied alien children, the rate of intentional fraud in a sponsor applying to care for that child was 77 percent.
A further review of a subset of those 1,669 incidents—178 cases—found that 85 percent involved intentional fraud.
Fabbricatore likened the previous administration’s handling of the Unaccompanied Alien Children program to “an automotive service line. It was as fast as they could get those kids out the door.”
There is a process for dealing with unaccompanied minors that cross the border illegally. Most of them are teenagers, but there are some that are much younger. When they are caught, they are referred to the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s care, which is under the Department of Health and Human Services. HHS are the ones who are supposed to make sure these children are taken care of. Once their families in their home country’s are identified, they sent back under escort and returned to their parents. This isn’t what happened.
The review found that as unaccompanied minor referrals sharply increased under the Biden administration, totaling around 479,000 from 2021 to 2024, vetting policies were relaxed and releases were expedited.
The goal of the Biden Maladministration was to get as many illegals into the country as possible. Then they would be given amnesty, green cards and a chance to become future Democrat voters.
Fabbricatore said there were many instances of alien children who were kidnapped from their homes and used by cartel members as cover to cross the border. Other times, they were “recycled,” meaning they’d cross with a foreign national then be sent back across the border to make the journey again with someone else.
This was to aid in getting people across the border and into the United States. It was quickly figured out by the Cartels that they could get older teens across who would then move into organized crime.
Furthermore, Fabbricatore said that 87 percent of the 479,000 unaccompanied minors under the Biden administration were listed as 16- and 17-year-old males.
“We’ve had 20 year olds saying that they’re 17, almost going to be 18, just so they don’t go into ICE custody, and they come to a [unaccompanied alien children] facility instead,” he said. “It was this older, male demographic of older teens that were coming across, and once they were released into the country, they simply disappeared.”
Fabbricatore said this tactic was used by the cartels extensively under the Biden administration as a way to get older teens into the United States States.
Now they’re being located as part of various crime syndicates such as TdA. (Tren de Aragua) These punks have no compunction regarding committing murder and firing on law enforcement. We saw this in Colorado and later on across the country. The Trump Administration has been going after these vermin and shipping them out. Of course, these are the very same people the Democrat Party wants to protect.
The HHS secretary under the Biden administration, Xavier Becerra, who is currently running for the California governor’s seat, did not respond to a request for comment by the time of publication.
This isn’t surprising. Becerra plans on being the next governor of the failed state of California. Being accused of aiding and abetting in child trafficking.
Becerra defended in November 2024 his agency’s handling of alien children that entered the United States illegally. He told lawmakers during congressional testimony that once a child was placed with a sponsor, they were no longer his department’s responsibility.
“We work really hard to make sure we first and foremost protect the safety and the well-being of those kids. Every day is a challenge, and we do the best we can,” Becerra said.
In my opinion, for what little it’s worth. Becerra should be under indictment and on trial. Children died under his watch and who knows how many were sold into sex slavery? Many have been rescued, no thanks to the Democrats, but many more are still missing. The Trump Administration, which has all but stopped illegal border crossing from Mexico, is also revamping the entire process in dealing with unaccompanied minors.
Now, Fabbricatore said the administration is focused on strengthening vetting requirements for sponsors and conducting DNA tests on those claiming to be relatives.
He said that the Office of Refugee Resettlement currently has 1,700 children in its care. At the same time in 2024 under Biden, the agency had 22,000 children in its care.
“All we’re trying to do with the vetting is to ensure that children are not going to sex offenders and traffickers and labor traffickers, and that the people who are claiming to be their parents are actually their parents,” Fabbricatore said.
I would love to see how the Democrats react to this story, however it will never be picked up the Mostly Stupid Media. (MSM) Even Fox News probably won’t mention this. Most of the “Lame Stream Media” is to busy accusing President Trump of being a big buddy of Jeffrey Epstein. He wasn’t and what the real records show was President Trump cutting toes to Epstein when he found out what a dirtbag he was and calling the police on him. It was mostly the Democrats who were “Partaking” of Epstein’s underage harem.
This story on just what Xavier Becerra and the Biden Maladministration did is something else that needs to be blasted all over the country. People need to know that when given the chance, Democrats will use children for their own purposes. We see it time and time again. The Lame Stream Media won’t report on this finding on the massive fraud and the direct harm to children that occurred under Becerra and the Biden Maladministration. We need the sol called “Alternative” media to take up the story and pound the living daylights out of the Democrats, and by extension, their Propaganda Corp, aka the Main Stream Media.
