Big surprise, Democrats only want to talk about raising taxes

Nothing helps the blood pressure and digestion than reading about the liberal, progressive democrats demanding that taxes be raised.

I was just finishing up my dinner when I made the mistake of reading this load of crap on Fox News.

Democrats want tax hikes to be the first item negotiated in “super committee” deficit-reduction talks, trying to force Republicans to confront an issue at the heart of this year’s budget fights, sources told Reuters.

The tough stance by Democratic members of the powerful 12-member congressional panel reflects the party’s wariness that Republicans might try to sideline the issue of revenue increases in the negotiations.

Now why the hell am I not surprised? Oh, I know, I wrote about this possibility a couple of months ago when Dirty Harry Reid announced his picks for the “Budget Super Committee.” The list of senators he sent over was a who’s who of moonbats and communists, not one of which has ever done a days work in his or her life.

The panel has the task of finding ways of cutting the deficit by at least $1.2 trillion over 10 years. If it fails to agree on a plan by November 23, automatic spending cuts will be triggered, beginning in 2013.

We are in this mess for one reason and one reason only. Out of control spending, primarily by the Communists Democrats with an able assist from certain RINO’s. Their answer to everything is raise taxes.

There’s just one problem with this. THERE’S NO MORE MONEY FOR THEM TO STEAL! Of course, leave it to the party of treason Democrats to say that people want taxes raised “On the rich.”

Democrats’ calls for increasing taxes on the rich may have been bolstered by a new Congressional Research Service analysis. The September 23 report obtained by Reuters concluded that letting decade-old tax cuts for the wealthy expire at the end of next year as scheduled “could help reduce budget deficits in the short term without stifling the economic recovery.”

This, of course, is absolute bovine droppings. You could confiscate every penny from every person who has more then $200,000 and it still won’t balance the budget. And, if history is any judge, the treasonous scumsucking Democrats will just spend it and massively expand government, just like they always do.

What needs to be done is cutting the size and scope of the Federal Government and reducing the onerous levels of regulations that are strangling the economy. Also, the entire tax code needs to be flat our scrapped and a complete overhaul done. Now, where to cut?

1. Close the EPA and scrap all the regulations they’ve put in place.
2. Close the energy department
3. Close the education department
4. Close the Labor department

These agencies and departments are just for starters. We could and should close most of these bureaocracies. We would be the better for it.

As for taxes, I like the flat tax with minimal deductions. I would also begin the process of phasing out the Social Security and Mediscam systems. Those two will take years, probably decades to unwind, but it should be done. People need to be responsible for themselves.

Now you may be thinking “Well what about the 401K and IRA’s? Those are tax free!”

No, they are tax deferred. You can pay going in or taking it out, but you will pay. I also think we should start shutting down the free medical care, starting with that totalitarian nightmare commonly known as “Obamacare.” Let people put unlimited amounts into tax deferred Health Savings accounts and allow the insurance companies to sell across state lines. I would also end all these mandated coverages. Let people buy the insurance they need.

For instance. I don’t think I’m ever going to need coverage for birth control pills, but I do need catastrophic insurance. (In case of accident or major illness) Young people don’t need major medical, they only need coverage for accidents and unexpected illness. Young people are generally healthy but prone to acts of stupidity like jumping on moving trains or something. 😉

No, we need to get government the hell off our backs. The constitution has a list of responsibilities for the federal government and most of what it does now, to be honest, is not allowed. You can thank Terry Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover and Franklin Delano Roosevelt for the type of government we now have.

Yeah, I’m living up to my moniker of “The Angry Webmaster.” I’m an amateur student of history and I can see where we’re headed, and it’s not pretty. As a nation, we have not been this close to collapse since the Civil War. We need to come to a screeching halt and do a 180 degree turn. It will take the better part of a century to dig ourselves out of the hole these “Progressive” democrats and their allied RINO’s have dug for us.

When I saw the Berlin Wall come down and the collapse of the Soviet Union I thought we had a new golden age coming. I couldn’t have foreseen four presidents in a row who’s only thought was getting and growing the government. Yes, I’m including both Bush’s in this. Clinton and Obama, especially Obama are closet totalitarians. The Bush’s were just inept socialists.

We need to start grabbing our so called representatives by the throat, figuratively speaking and start shaking some sense into them. I, for one, am tired of supporting lazy good for nothing useless welfare drones. I’ve long since reached the point where I’ll say “Get a job or starve. ((And I’ve said it too))”

It’s time to melt the phone lines and tell these fools in both parties that we want CUTS, and not at the expense of gutting the defense of this nation.

Oh yes, the traitors Democrats want to basically shut down the DOD and let our enemies do what they want to us. They’ve never learned and never will even as they are led to the walls and shot by whoever conquers the United States. (Could be Muslims, could be Chinese, heck, even the Russians are rebuilding)

Ok, I’ve ranted enough. I can’t do anymore then try and warn you of what will be coming if the Democrats get their way. Massive increases in taxes and the complete destruction of the economy.
