UN wants a world Climate Court

Good day all, I come to you with the latest in totalitarian stupidity, brought to you by those wonderful people at the United Nations.

What is it that I speak of, you ask? Allow me to educate you.

The Moonbats are holding another complete waste of time & money summit meeting in Durban, South Africa to discuss Climate Change and how they can profit from correct it. What they have come up with is a real beaut.

Behind the scenes, throughout the year since Cancun, the now-permanent bureaucrats who have made highly-profitable careers out of what they lovingly call “the process” have been beavering away at what is now a 138-page document. Its catchy title is “Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-Term Cooperative Action Under the Convention — Update of the amalgamation of draft texts in preparation of [one imagines they mean ‘for’] a comprehensive and balanced outcome to be presented to the Conference of the Parties for adoption at its seventeenth session: note by the Chair.” In plain English, these are the conclusions the bureaucracy wants.

So, what is it that the UN Bureaucrats want? In short, nothing less than the implementation of a totalitarian government under their rule.

A new International Climate Court will have the power to compel Western nations to pay ever-larger sums to third-world countries in the name of making reparation for supposed “climate debt”. The Court will have no power over third-world countries. Here and throughout the draft, the West is the sole target. “The process” is now irredeemably anti-Western.

This is what happened when we allowed the kleptocrats from the Third World into the UN. Now they want to impose a court on the United States. I wonder how they planned on enforcing any rulings they make?

War and the maintenance of defence forces and equipment are to cease.

Uh huh. So the United States is to disband it’s military? While the Marxist Totalitarian Liberal Democrats would sign off on that in a heartbeat, there is a small problem of the rest of the American people. Most of us rather like the military and how they maintain our national sovereignty.

So what else do these fine upstanding National Socialists have in mind?

The treaty calls for the west to achieve a 50% CO2 emissions reduction within the next eight years, a feat that would completely bankrupt the global economy and spark a new great depression, as well as a “more than 100%” reduction by 2050, which presumably could only be accomplished by killing billions of humans to prevent them from exhaling carbon dioxide.

The Malthusians ((Malthusianism)) among the elitists have absolutely no problem slaughtering millions or even billions of people…as long as it’s only the “Lower Classes” so affected. So what else is in this wish list for the enslavement and extermination of billions?

The reduction in CO2 concentration the text calls for would actually begin to kill all plant life and trees on the planet because they need levels of carbon dioxide above 210 ppmv to survive.

Ahh, I see. In order to save the planet, we must first destroy the planet. Can it get any worse? This is the UN, of COURSE it’s going to get worse!

Environmental enforcement arms of the UN will be given the power of a global government in the name of fighting climate change. “The draft “agrees that common principles, modalities and procedures as well as the coordinating and oversight functions of the UNFCCC are needed”

I would love to see you chumps trying to enforce your rule here. You think your bluehats have problems with third world people taking potshots at you know, wiat and see what happens when you run into people who don’t follow the rules of “Spray and Pray, but instead use “Take careful aim and gently squeeze” instead.

So what other mandates are you planning?

This world government will mandate that western nations submit reports every two years on their progress and then implement the measures demanded by the world government.

How about “No!” as our response?

And how are you kleptocrats planning on paying for all this?

The UN will create several new slush funds from which to enrich its coffers, including a tax on shipping and aviation fuel, a new “green climate fund” and a worldwide cap and trade. Most of the costs will be handed down to taxpayers.

Good luck with that! While you may want to further enrich Al Gore, I, for one. won’t play OR pay.

((Christopher Monckton, 3rd Viscount Monckton of Brenchley)) I’ve heard of Lord Monckton and he has been one of the biggest pains in the arse ((That would be ASS for those of you in Rio Linda)) to the Church of Global Warming Climate Change for a very long time. Here are a just a few of the items these twits want:

“Rights of Mother Earth”:The draft, which seems to have been written by feeble-minded green activists and environmental extremists, talks of “The recognition and defence of the rights of Mother Earth to ensure harmony between humanity and nature”. Also, “there will be no commodification [whatever that may be: it is not in the dictionary and does not deserve to be] of the functions of nature, therefore no carbon market will be developed with that purpose”.
Thepeak-greenhouse-gas target year – for the West only – will be this year. We will be obliged to cut our emissions from now on, regardless of the effect on our economies (and the lack of effect on the climate).
World government: The Copenhagen Treaty draft establishing a world “government” with unlimited powers of taxation and intervention in the affairs of states parties to the UN Framework Convention fortunately failed. Yet at the Cancun climate conference the following year 1000 new bureaucracies were established to form the nucleus of a world government, with central control in the hands of the Convention’s secretariat and tentacles in every region and nation. The draft “agrees that common principles, modalities and procedures as well as the coordinating and oversight functions of the UNFCCC are needed” – in short, global centralization of political, economic and environmental power in the manicured hands of the Convention’s near-invisible but all-powerful secretariat. No provision is made for the democratic election of key members of the all-powerful secretariat – in effect, a world government – by the peoples of our planet

And so on and so forth. The United Nations was founded at the tail end of World War Two to try and prevent World War Last. (aka World War Three/All out Nuclear War) In this it succeeded. Now, it has become a magnet for the Fascist Totalitarians who want to rule the world. The people supporting the UN is a list of overeducated elitists, Marxists, Communists and tyrants. It is time for the United States and the other First World democracies to pull the plug, starting with the United States.

The next president should walk in during a meeting of the General Assembly and simply state:

Effective 12:01am Eastern United States Time, the United States is withdrawing from the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council. All US forces currently acting as United Nations Peacekeeping forces have been instructed to no longer obey any instruction from the United Nations, continue to protect themselves in whatever way is required, including the use of lethal force, and to prepare to return to their bases as soon as logistically possible.

The United Nations is no longer welcome in the United States and is hereby ordered to vacate this building. You have 30 days to conclude your move to another location OUTSIDE of the United States. If you fail to do so, United States forces will remove you from these premises.

All foreign embassies based in New York City and it’s environs shall contact the United States Department of State to determine your status.
