Obama DENIED help for SEALS in Libya

There is breaking news coming out on the Al Qaeda attack, and the murder of Ambassador Stevens and 3 others. It’s now come out that requests for help were denied by the Obama administration.

The story was just broken by Fox News a short time ago and is racing around the internet. Rush Limbaugh is speaking about this as I write this. Here are the details from Fox:

CIA operators were denied request for help during Benghazi attack, sources say

Fox News has learned from sources who were on the ground in Benghazi that an urgent request from the CIA annex for military back-up during the attack on the U.S. Consulate and subsequent attack several hours later was denied by U.S. officials — who also told the CIA operators twice to “stand down” rather than help the ambassador’s team when shots were heard at approximately 9:40 p.m. in Benghazi on Sept. 11.

This is even bigger than the emails that came out the other day. I referred to that as Obama’s Watergate. This one is even bigger. Not only did they know there was an attack underway, Obama refused requests by the operators on the scene to go to the consulate.

Former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods was part of a small team who was at the CIA annex about a mile from the U.S. Consulate where Ambassador Chris Stevens and his team came under attack. When he and others heard the shots fired, they informed their higher-ups at the annex to tell them what they were hearing and requested permission to go to the consulate and help out. They were told to “stand down,” according to sources familiar with the exchange. Soon after, they were again told to “stand down.”

Woods and at least two others ignored those orders and made their way to the Consulate which at that point was on fire. Shots were exchanged. The quick reaction force from the CIA annex evacuated those who remained at the Consulate and Sean Smith, who had been killed in the initial attack. They could not find the ambassador and returned to the CIA annex at about midnight.

At that point, they called again for military support and help because they were taking fire at the CIA safe house, or annex. The request was denied. There were no communications problems at the annex, according those present at the compound. The team was in constant radio contact with their headquarters. In fact, at least one member of the team was on the roof of the annex manning a heavy machine gun when mortars were fired at the CIA compound. The security officer had a laser on the target that was firing and repeatedly requested back-up support from a Specter gunship, which is commonly used by U.S. Special Operations forces to provide support to Special Operations teams on the ground involved in intense firefights. The fighting at the CIA annex went on for more than four hours — enough time for any planes based in Sigonella Air base, just 480 miles away, to arrive. Fox News has also learned that two separate Tier One Special operations forces were told to wait, among them Delta Force operators.

According to sources on the ground during the attack, the special operator on the roof of the CIA annex had visual contact and a laser pointing at the Libyan mortar team that was targeting the CIA annex. The operators were calling in coordinates of where the Libyan forces were firing from.

Now we know there was a drone orbiting overhead during the attack. The White House knew what was happening and who was doing it. The correct response would have been to send out alert aircraft from Sigonella ((Naval Air Station Sigonella)), probably fighters, followed by an AC130 Spectre gunship ((Lockheed AC-130)). The gunship might have needed to be armed, so figure a good 2 hours before it could arrive on station. The fighter, depending on fuel, could have been overhead in as little as 30 minutes. Even if they couldn’t attack do to the confusion on the ground, they could have buzzed the attackers at Mach 1+ speeds and deafened them from the sonic boom.

For the last month, all we have seen from Obama and his administration are lies, denials and accusations. There has been an all out coverup to keep this from the American people, and I include the Obama Steno Pool, formally known as the Main Stream Media. There is no way that Obama could NOT have known what was going on. He is the one who would have issued the orders to go in to Libya and he wouldn’t do it. He appears to have ordered the military not to do anything.

I’m no lawyer, but it seems to me that Obama, Panetta and Clinton may be guilty of giving active aid and comfort to the enemy and murder. (If Panetta tried to do something and was prevented, that would be another matter) Obama needs to be defeated for reelection and the new administration needs to go through the Obama administrations actions with a fine tooth comb. If what I think has happened, then Obama needs to be criminally charged with treason.

Section 3 defines treason and its punishment.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
