Boots on the ground!” None of that happened. Instead the next person in the line of succession took office in Venezuela.

Recently, the head of one of the more vicious Mexican drug cartels had his head turned into a dugout canoe. Since then, a full blown war has erupted between the Cartels and the Mexican police and military.
